Got Caymen over yesterday after talking to Tom, to swap a lock. These brothers know what theyre doing! Im gutted I couldn't meet him as I was working... but my mum absolutely raved about him. She said she couldnt find any fault, he was clean, polite, genuine & caring. And absolute gem. I would 100% recommend this company (already have done), will use them in the future. They were also really fast in attending even though my case was non urgent! Bravo lads! Keep up the amazing work! 🥰

I recently had to have a lock change and was recommended by my insurance provider to contact LockFit Colchester. The service they provided was excellent. Having made contact with Tom he told me it would be probably the following day that they would be able to change the lock . In the meantime he would be in contact with one of his engineers in the area and if free would come over to look at the job. Cayman was in the area and came over 2hrs later. He assessed the job and told me he would be able to replace the lock there and then I was so impressed I asked if he could replace another lock for me . He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all the relevant information and advice so I could make an informed decision. Great price point as well. I would definitely recommend this firm and Cayman and Tom in particular. Thanks guys for such great customer service.
Brilliant service. I messaged yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and Cayman gave me an instant quote and then came round the next morning and fixed the problem. He was very professional and helpful. Would 100% recommend.
Caymen showed up early and replaced my door gearbox, quick diagnostic and done in half an hour or so. Nice chap and quick, efficient service. Cheers chaps!
The service from Caymen was outstanding! He kept me updated throughout the day of his ETA and quickly replaced the gearbox on my conservatory door. He demonstrated real pride in his work and took extra time adjusting the door and meticulously cleaning the uPVC before he left (at 6pm on a Friday!) Thank you!
Lock mechanism failed and I was unable to get into my house. Arrived when promised and fixed there and then. If you need a professional give them a call.

Great service from Tom & Caymen! We had Caymen look at our lock and he was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Our door put a bit of fight up but Caymen would not be beaten and clearly took pride in his work. Very fair pricing, we would highly recommend!
