Called AW Auto Locks this morning due to an issue with a Sticky Key not turning over. Came out within the hour to do a check, saw my previous key was well worn, so had to be replaced. All in all I got 2 new key blades fitted, new keyholder set to my central locking and all within near enough an hour of the call out. What an absolute gent! Very happy with the service!
Adam provided excellent and quick service. I had my only key stolen while cleaning it so windows were down and unlocked. Adam is very polite and Explained what he had done provided me with two new keys and he tested both. I took my battery out to stop it being stolen so he even put that back in for me. I could not thank him enough very efficient and really good price. Highly recommend

What an amazing guy, I was in a real pickle with my key for my for van as it wouldn’t start as it had worn done with time - wasn’t sure if the barrel needing replacing too he didn’t have one in stock but went to another supplier and bought one for me just in case - from calling him he was with me within two hours and then jump start my van too - Adam is a lovely guy and went above and beyond - would highly recommend him - top service !!

Lost only key to vehicle. Research led us to AW Auto Locks late evening. Rang Adam at 9.20 am today, verbal quote & information provided as to what time he could get to us and why. Arrived on time, produced 2 keys which were coded to car and immediately worked. We are SO grateful to him for his prompt and efficient work that really has enabled us to get mobile again at a great price too!

Called out as my key snapped in my car door, called up and sent pictures of the key, gave us a very competitive quote for a repair or a new key and was out within 30 minutes. Cut a new key and even fixed the electric button on the key which was also broken, free of charge Great guy and would highly recommend, will be using again if needed

Had an unfortunate incident with my car being stuck in St Mary's car park with steering lock on thanks to a faulty key. Whilst arranging for RAC to recover, Adam gave the best advice based on my explanation, ensuring that my situation was sorted as quickly as possible with very little cost. Hi Adam fitted me in quickly to his busy workload. My car key wouldn't work so couldn't lock the car. He explained everything clearly and tried to save me some money. New car key made in half an hour and he was also able to fix the car lock that hasn't worked since I bought the car and didn't charge me. Fab service , highly recommend

Both of my car keys stopped working so I called Adam to see if he could help. His service was excellent. He even tried to help me out over the phone to save me money. He could not do this but re arranged his day to come and help me out of a huge problem of not being able to use my car. Once at mine he sorted the problem out with both keys in very little time. His knowledge was fantastic and his price was very reasonable. It saved me a fortune compared to going to a main dealer. If I ever have a problem again I now know who to call.
