Had to call GPM out to look at the lock on our back door. Arrived same day and within 3 days had sourced the part and returned to install. Kept up to date along the way and had no problems at all. Top level service!
Showed up within 2 hours of calling, got me back in my flat in a matter of minutes nothing bad to say about this locksmith!

I want to say a huge thank you to Lee who came to rescue me when I was stuck in my bathroom with the door locked. He was so calm, patient, and clever in sorting out the situation. I was really stressed, but he handled everything professionally and made me feel safe. He’s absolutely the best locksmith in town, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. Highly recommended!
Lee was quick, friendly and professional. He was with us within 40mins on a Saturday and was super kind and helpful. He fixed the broken key in the lock without the need for a new lock. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very quickly came out and helped us late at night, kept making us aware of the price and that it was after hours call out so would be double, before he started any work. So we were fully aware of cost upfront rather than springing the cost on us after he sorted the problem. Fixed our door rather quickly. A lovely friendly guy. Very helpful on making us aware it wasn't our problems and that estate agents should refund us and if we had any problems for them to call him. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially young and vulnerable people
