After a really tough day had safelock locksmith come over within 30 minutes and helped me with 3 locks that needed securing. Even helped with a door that hadn’t been opened for years for free and tightened a front door which wasn’t shutting properly. Highly professional and knows the job inside out. Really good value compared to anyone else. Service was fantastic and a really friendly guy as well. Thank you! Highly recommended!
We had a Todd Door fitted and the lock was never right / always stiff to open. After a visit from Todd Doors they washed their hands of it, however, Egis saw the issue immediately and was able to replace the lock and add a new handle. It is now perfect and I highly recommend Egis.
The locksmith was able to come at short notice and replace the lock on our door. They were expensive, and the job was more than the quote they provided over the telephone. In hindsight, I should have only paid for the quote.
Egis helped with an issue with the back door at our office and took care of it quickly and easily. He showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it without any hassle. Super professional and friendly. Our door works perfectly now and we would definitely call him again. 100% recommend!

I contacted Egis to help replace a sticking lock on my elderly mothers front door. He responded very quickly and had excellent communication. He knew exactly what unit was needed and accommodated a date which meant I could be at the house when he was due to do the work. We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend. - I have since edited this review as the lock he had reportedly repaired did not work and locked my elderly father in his room. He was was not particularly courteous and borderline rude when he came back to open the door.

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . The internal door latch to my home office failed just before 11pm, so I couldn't get in to collect my phone and shut down my PC. A quick phone call resulted in a visit and an open door within less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!
