Safelock Locksmiths Ltd

I contacted Egis to help replace a sticking lock on my elderly mothers front door. He responded very quickly and had excellent communication. He knew exactly what unit was needed and accommodated a date which meant I could be at the house when he was due to do the work. He arrived on time, paid incredible attention to detail and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Thanks Egis for such great workmanship

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend. - I have since edited this review as the lock he had reportedly repaired did not work and locked my elderly father in his room. He was was not particularly courteous and borderline rude when he came back to open the door.

Replaced locks and ignition on my car. Did the work at my house. Really friendly and did a fantastic job.

Friendly, efficient and professional. I couldn't recommended -Safelock Locksmiths Ltd highly enough - thank you for your prompt service today...)

Excellent service would give more than five stars if I could. My Barrel lock had broken on my French doors. “Gav me a rough price over the phone and when he came there was no extra cost. Highly recommend this service. Quick professional really nice guy.

The internal door latch to my home office failed just before 11pm, so I couldn't get in to collect my phone and shut down my PC. A quick phone call resulted in a visit and an open door within less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

Had my door kicked in. Turned up quickly and did a repair there and then. No fuss. Reasonable price.
