I had an absolutely excellent experience with this company. From start to finish, the service was seamless. Michelle was incredibly responsive, reassuring, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. I needed my order posted, and she made the entire transaction effortless with clear, prompt communication. It was by far one of the easiest purchases I’ve made — I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I love shopping here. I always get great advice on products. I recently purchased clean sunscreen by Free People for our holiday to Marrakesh. The temperature was in the 40’s and myself and my boys didn’t burn or go red at all, they played in the water most of the day, were protected and tanned beautifully. Terrific shop carrying a select range of products, with two very knowledgable ladies running it. They seem to particularly major in natural beauty products, so if the chemicals from major companies are worrying you, then give them a try.
The ladies always have good advice and have helped me countless times over the years. A great independent business we are lucky to have them in Banstead.
If I could give 6 stars I would! The ladies at The Natural Way have gone above and beyond with looking for specific items due to my daughters allergies, they even let my girls use their staff toilet! Fantastic local business, go in and see for yourselves!!
Bought some lecithin granules, comparable price to Holland and Barrett which I was pleased about. Glad I made the effort to try somewhere independent and local! Will definitely go back!
