I went there to fit new soles on my Louboutins and on another pair of boots as well. Everything was done so precisely. I was also recommended very good products to renew my shoes and now I can’t believe how amazing they look. The whole experience was very fast, professional and friendly. I recently visited Mr Snob for the first time and was very impressed by the efficiency and great customer service. Key cutting was done on the spot and for a very reasonable price, and I was told to come back if there were any problems at all. The keys worked perfectly, but this came as great reassurance. These guys are the best in the business. I had a tricky pair of shoes to repair where they were squeaking every time I took a step in them, I took these to a number of local cobblers who were unable to repair them. However not the family run team at Mr Snob. They were polite, attentive and informative throughout the whole journey of the repairs. Wouldn’t recommend anyone more highly. Thanks again

Just the best boot and key, cutting shop anyway, helpful, knowledgeable staff who care about what they do. Not the bat of an eye lid was given when copying some 1950s keys.
Great shop. Young lad was extremely helpful took some links out of my watch strap and put a new battery in my car key. Took no time at all and had a good chat and a laugh with both the guys in there. Proper local community shop definitely recommend.

Frankly stunning customer service. Over the years I have bought serval belts and had various items such as shoes fixed by them. They aren’t bad value at all but the level of customer service is unparalleled. I’ve just been in (May 2019) to pick up a belt I had fixed which I bought from there in maybe 2016 or so and they insisted on not charging for it. Excellent staff and will continue to come back.
These guys go above and beyond. Just popped in to get some keys cut, they also helped us out fixing a broken mug we just brought. They were absolutely amazing! Can not recommend these guys enough!
