How does pricing work?

There is no monthly fee and no contract. Your office team earns 5% of the invoice payments it chases and collects for you. If it doesn't collect a payment on a job, it doesn't earn anything on that job.

In return it handles everything around the work: answering enquiries, sending and chasing quotes, scheduling, customer updates, collecting payment, trader coordination, documents, certificates, and support. An office admin costs around £25k a year and is paid whether the invoices land or not; your office team only earns on money it actually collects.
