We are absolutely delighted with our new air conditioning installation. Ben, Jack and Vinnie were fantastic, and Greg the electrician was just as brilliant. They were friendly, cheerful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They kept us updated throughout the day, explaining exactly where they were with the job, which we really appreciated. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and they left everything spotless when they finished. Such a lovely team of guys who clearly take pride in their work. This is second time I have used Roost. I asked for Chris again as he was so good when he serviced my boiler and mended my Qettle. This time he installed a new system for control ling my heating on line on an app. I’m 80 and not great with I T but he was very patient and explained it until I understood and set it all up for me. I found out they do all sorts of plumbing work so I will definitely use Roost as my go to firm for any plumbing problems that I have. And their prices are very reasonable.
Chris was very knowledgeable about our underfloor heating, quickly identifying the problem, and fixing it in under an hour. Appreciated his pleasant and helpful attitude 👏

Avoid at all cost! They are completely incompetent and left us with a leak. Damage to our property then told us it would be a cost to come and repair their leak. Possibly the worst plumbing company i have ever used.
The removal of my older heating system boiler and tanks and replaced with a new combi boiler system was done to a high standard. This included a new shower. The workmanship was second to none. I would recommend Roost Heating for central heating work.
Roost laid ambideck 20 pro UFH throughout the entire of our downstairs and installed a vaillant heat pump and cylinder. The flooring wasn't an easy job due to multiple level changes but they did an excellent job with the install. Great communication and care in the work at a competitive price. We have had our boiler serviced by Roost for a number of years now. And it has usually been Christian who has carried out the service. As usual he has turned up on time or if he's running late he advises us accordingly. The work he carries out has always been excellent. He is also very friendly and helpful. Over the years we have built up a rapport with him and we cannot recommend him enough. He is excellent. But it doesn't end there. The girls in the office are always helpful and respond very quickly and effectively to our requests. Bottom line therefore is a 5* rating from us. And well deserved it is too.
The team at Roost were so helpful in helping me resolve my hot water issues - helping me diagnose the issue and ultimately (selflessly) pointing me towards the boiler manufacturer warranty as the way to resolve the issue. I was really grateful for their kind and responsive support.

I used the Worcester Bosch website to find an approved installer & chose Roost from the recommended installers in my area to replace a 20-year old boiler. The Roost office staff were great and responded immediately, Cristian came the same day and I had a quote less than 24 hours from my initial enquiry. I’d been quoted almost £1000 more by a big-name company for exactly the same boiler so the Roost quote was very good value. By choosing a Worcester Bosch approved installer, I also got a 10-year warranty on the boiler instead of the 5-year warranty offered by the big brand. Aidan & Ben were friendly, professional and thorough, and explained the process clearly. Everything went smoothly, the boiler was installed & the radiators drained with minimal disruption & they were super tidy throughout - not easy in a small flat. Another benefit over the big brand quote was the new boiler was delivered on installation day and Roost took the old one with them so nothing needed to be stored. Excellent all-round and highly recommended!

I had an issue with my central heating, rang Roost first thing in the morning and Christian came early afternoon the same day, identified the fault and fitted a new part so that the heating was working perfectly. Chris installed Tado X smart thermostats on our central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. The installation was quick and the wiring very neat. Chris showed me how to connect the app and set-up a heating schedule. He also fixed a faulty valve in our toilet while he was here. Great experience and would recommend Roost for smart thermostat installs.

Christian & Jack came today from Roost to install a. new air conditioning system for us with the excellent help of their electrician. We have known Roost for all our plumbing and boiler work for about 15 years now. Chris arrived and carried out a full service of our system, involving replacing joints, draining/flushing fluids, recharging, pressurising and testing. I recently had my solar thermal panel removed when my roof was replaced. Unfortunately, the roofer considered he was capable of reinstalling this. WRONG! Whilst Roost heating were the only company I found that were actually prepared to come and look at why this was no longer working, I was very pleased they did. From the office staff to the engineers, they were all very professional, friendly & helpful. The system has now been flushed through, refilled & pressure tested, by Christian & Max, qualified engineers who know what they are doing! I will certainly be going back to Roost heating for the service in 2 years time.
Boiler service completed today … another example of great service and professionalism.
Chris and Max arrived promptly after there notice call. They introduced themselves in a friendly but professional manner. They worked well together and were happy to answer all my queries re my boiler service. They found an issue with the gas meter, called the gas board and arranged an inspection of the metre. Clearly explained what they had done and why before leaving. The Gas Board guy arrived within an hour, agreed with the diagnosis by Chris and Max. He adjusted the regulator and was fine 30 mins later.
Christian and Jack serviced my boiler and replaced a faulty 3 port valve The lads are skilled and friendly so the job was finished in quick smart time and all tested before they left I was very happy with the service and would recommend Roost to anyone

After several years of failed attempts from many companies to solve my underfloor heating problems I found this company, Roost Heating. An engineer, Tariq arrived shortly after my enquiry was made. He left within an hour having not only fixed the problem but explained clearly what was wrong and what to do .All previous work I had had done seems to have been a complete waste of money (well over £1,000.00) I would highly recommend Tariq to anyone with heating problems.

We recently had our boiler and heating system replaced. We couldn’t be any happier with the work carried out. All workmen initially led by Aidan, who came to our property were considerate, clean & tidy. They were very informative and kept us updated with the schedule of works. Boiler and Underfloor Heating System Serviced 6 December 2024 Having moved into a property with UFH but with no service history and minimal instructions on its operation I was concerned about finding a company to service it. Chris from Roost Heating provided the solution. He carried out a major service on the boiler, explained the modes of operating the system and reset the boiler programmer before returning to service the UHF system; when he optimised the individual room programmers; the reduction in our gas consumption is already noticeable. The service Chris provided was outstanding and I would happily recommend Roost Heating.
Roost repaired the boiler at our office in Winchester. I was impressed with the responsiveness, and surprised they were able to visit us same day even though it was not an emergency. I found the cost reasonable and service good.

We've used Tareq and his team at Roost now for the last 4 years. They serviced our old boiler, dealing with issues swiftly along the way, and have recently installed a new boiler. We discovered that the flue pipe coming from our boiler had been installed incorrectly which we were told was incredibly dangerous and we had to have the boiler shut off and flue pipe changed. I rang Roost heating who offered me a much more competitive quote and were able to attend the property quickly as we had no hot water or heating. They added the correct fall to the flue pipe meaning everything would now pass through as it should and no longer build up and leak for us. On top of the speedy response and competitive pricing, everybody I spoke to in the company was very friendly and offered a high level of service.

We had ongoing problems with our underfloor heating. The people at Roost investigated carefully and were determined to leave us with a reliable and efficient system. They were exceptional problem solvers and considerate, polite and effective. All backed up by excellent customer service - answering/returning calls, keeping us informed of progress and basically doing what they said they would. Finally they left us with a system they believe our local plumber can keep serviced to save us money. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Roost have serviced our heat pump, pressurised hot water cylinder and solar hot water system for the last three years. As they are all integrated it is great to be able to get it all done in one visit . Similarly as consistency is important in maintaining equipment it is good that the same engineer, Christian, has come on each occasion. Booking the visit through the office is straight forward. The staff there understand what is needed and facilitate very well. Christian has always arrived when he said he would. He is a tidy worker and appears knowledgeable about all aspects of the system. He explains the technicalities well. This is a quality service.
Christian is the most fantastic plumber you could wish for. He is so versatile in the jobs he can do. Do contact Roost in order to get him. You won’t be disappointed. We now have a fully working toilet cistern.
Roost heating replaced our antiquated gas back boiler with a new combi boiler and installed additional radiators to the first floor of the house. The service was excellent from the initial visit by Christian to give us a quote. Christian was professional, helpful and personable and explained in detail the work required, answered our questions with no hard sell. The installation Team of Aiden, Jack, Jade and Max arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were professional, efficient, tidy and polite and cleaned up as they worked leaving the work area clean and tidy each night. On completion the installation was tested, and we had a detailed explanation of the system and smart controller, our questions being answered in detail. The team in the office are also professional, efficient and helpful. Excellent service and workmanship - highly recommended.
2nd very efficient visit. Chris & Max replaced faulty blending valve, and a leaking isolation valve on our UHSystem, then added a switch to make the UHS independent of our upstairs radiator heating system, balanced rads and tested system. Warm and cosy tonight! Charming guys, arrived as expected on time; a pleasure to have visit and still delighted to have engaged Roost for our future.
Heating failed completely on Monday evening and was repaired and fully working again the next day. The service was very friendly and the cost remarkably low.

I contacted Roost Heating after seeing their website online looking for a solar panel service for myself as well as two family households. They were very helpful and booked a call out promptly. The engineer arrived on time, carried out the service and was very knowledgeable with questions about other heating systems. I was very impressed and can highly recommend Roost.
Having had no heating for 12 days despite 2 visits from British Gas under service contract and long wait to return again I was recommended Roost Heating. They came out following day., quickly diagnosed problem and repaired very efficiently. Will definitely use again and recommend company.

Excellent service from engineer who replaced mixing valve and pump on underfloor system. Following this work had problem with hot water, but Roost were quick to send an engineer who quickly identified and solved the problem.

Christian was superb and sorted out our boiler. Another firm had visited and told me it needed £570 of new parts. Fortunately I didn’t trust them and called Roost. Christian diagnosed a blocked pipe and had it sorted in minutes with no new parts needed. I know who I’ll be calling next time I need anything sorted.

Excellent work from Roost. Overall, this is a very impressive operation and I can highly recommend this firm. They installed a new boiler and changed the configuration of the system which was quite involved in my property. Tareq explained everything and it was very clear he had a lot of expertise and technical knowledge. The team doing the install were great - the job was well staffed, they all knew what they were doing and worked competently together, they had high quality tools and well organised hardware, and left the place immaculate. The copper pipework was neat, clean and well installed. The office team were very helpful and efficient with excellent comms.
I was recommended Roost and Tareq by a friend and I'm really glad they suggested them as they've been fantastic throughout. From initial contact, Tareq was great, providing thoughts and ideas and potential solutions to the project. Professional, but also friendly and willing to listen to suggestions and answer my numerous questions! On the first day, the Tareq and team turned up exactly on time, and after discussing detailed points through and best approach, Chris and Aidan continued and worked on pipe work and first fixes. The work was really good and they left our home spotless. Second fix, Aidan came back and completed the work and was just as great as the first day. Communication was brilliant and he flagged issues straight away (with materials from a different supplier not any of the work done!) and set out best way forward. All in all, really impressed with Tareq and Roost as a company. Neat work, friendly, and great communication from the whole team, including Berni in the office was brilliant in setting up dates, letting me know of any changes etc. Would definitely use again.

Once again we have just received some outstanding service from the Roost team with replacing a cylinder recently. They responded so quickly, diagnosed the problem and then within a few days were able to install a replacement. I had a boiler that was dripping water and had lost pressure so I rang 4 other local heating engineers about it and left messages and none of them replied. I called Roost, got through straight away and a helpful lady, got someone out within a couple of hours. It turned out to be a simple fix, so tareq used the hour to service the boiler as well. Simple, fast, honest, trustworthy and for a fair price. Brilliant.

Our old gas boiler stopped working on Boxing Day and Roost Heating agreed to send an engineer the next day. Unfortunately, the part that needed replacing was discontinued so we decided to replace our regular boiler with a combi boiler. Roost Heating gave a competitive quotation for the work to be started within days. We agreed that they carry out the work and they did not disappoint. The team worked quickly and tidily getting the heating up and running within two days. This meant one of the team members, Mike, working on Saturday. Mike worked non-stop for the whole of Saturday removing the cylinder from the airing cupboard and making sure we had heating working by the end of the day. To finish off Tareq and team returned at the beginning of the following week taking away the remaining unused pipework and tank from the loft. They responded quickly and worked professionally throughout. We will continue to use them next time work needs doing. Highly recommended.
Roost came to our rescue on New Years Eve when the boiler packed up. Tarac managed to get it going, but realistically it was on its last legs and failed again early in the new year. Within days the Roost team were here and in one day had a new boiler installed. Very neat, clean and professional. First class. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Used Roost for a Nest thermostat install, which turned out to be a bit harder than expected (unconventional wiring and faulty valve). Engineer worked really hard to diagnose problems and make sure that he got everything working so we were left with a fully functional system, which he did. Back office is organised and efficient. All round good experience.
