The initial problem was related to the boiler which was not working. James was able to visit later in the day to diagnose the problem and arrange for the spare part to be ordered. These arrived within a couple of days and the boiler was back working. Also while on site he advised on a couple of things that needed to be done which should of been done at installation. These were done within a few days. All works completely were competitively priced and I was happy with the overall work and flexibility provided!

Great service throughout project (complete refurbishment of two bathrooms). James went above and beyond to sort any problems which were encountered on the way. Can't recommend highly enough!

Originally phoned as my boiler had stopped working. Had a prompt reply and arranged a call-out. Diagnosis was not great but managed to do a temporary fix as old boiler was not really worth repairing due to parts being expensive. Advice given was to get new boiler as obviously would be more efficient and cost effective.Old one was approx 18 years old! Arranged for new boiler on recommendation and day to be fitted. Arrived on day that was agreed. Removed old boiler and completed all fitting of new boiler plus pipe work that was required. All work carried out in a very good, clean, friendly and professional manner. I would recommend using Solent Plumbing and Heating Solutions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again plus recommend to any friends or family

James removed a boiler from a bedroom that was taking up a lot of space and installed a new one in the attic. This involved running pipes up into the attic and building a new frame for the new boiler to sit on. The quality of work was fantastic and I am really happy with the result, gaining additional space in a small bedroom. He provided a free non-obligation quote quickly and was flexible to install, bringing an additional gas engineer to complete the work in a day so I was not without heating or hot water for long. Highly recommended and great value. Thank you James.

Excellent value for money, professional, efficient and courteous. Responded quickly and sorted the problem there and then. Will use again and would highly recommend. I recently had a loss of power to my tenants boiler over the Christmas period. James attended within 24 hours and rectified the problem within another 24 hours. I have used James on numerous occasions now and he is consistently reliable and very effective at resolving heating issues. Furthermore he is excellent value for money.

Could not fault solent plumbing and heating in any way shape or form! I called with an emergency plumbing situation, James came out, remedied the situation post haste! Wasnt overly priced and extremely friendly! Since then, I have had James and his team back to revamp my bathroom! The missus is over the moon with it, happy me! When my boiler broke down and I feared the worst and thought it would be a replacement boiler. James attended promptly and was very proffesional. On his advice the boiler only required a pump which was not expensive. I found James to be very trustworthy in his advice and would reccomend him to anybody looking for decent and honest heating engineer who you can trust.
