Brilliant service, polite and friendly

I Gas fitted a new ball valve in my water tank a few days ago, and from the booking of the job until the completion they were faultless, the engineer was punctual, polite and left the site clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them and will defiantly be using I gas again for any plumbing or heating works.

Bert and the team came and diagnosed a boiler fault within 24 hours. Unfortunately the boiler couldn't be fixed so Bert and Remy the installer fitted me a new system which we are delighted with. My experience with i GAS for heating was astonishingly good. They sent "next-day" during Christmas holidays a Polish Engineer. He was quick, precise and above all - competent and great price. Front desk / reception was also very competent and at a price that put a smile on my face. What more could anyone want ?

I contacted Bert at iGas in March on a personal recommendation when I moved in to a large unmodernised property in Titchfield. Bert has been helpful, considerate, professional and flexible as the heating and plumbing project morphed from full installation of new boiler and heating system, through ideas for retro fitting with renewable energy systems, to a small scale piecemeal repair of existing shower pump and installing new showers and wcs due to financial constraints. Bert has been patient and consistently proposes ideas and solutions fit for the purpose and my reduced budget. I have found the service outstanding, both from the office and admin team and Bert himself. I have no hesitation in recommending iGas.

I used i Gas Engineers for heating element replacement on my unvented water heater. The price quoted was competitive and the engineer was well mannered and clearly experienced, carrying out the job efficiently whilst keeping everything clean and tidy. Any questions I had were answered well and overall very pleased with the service.

Bret and his assistant were great. They came to help me in an emergency as I noticed a leaking tap under my boiler which was causing water damage. They were quick to diagnosis the issue . They provided a temporary remedy and didn't even charge for their time. The service was good and fast. I will definitely be using them for other work. Thanks so much

Found this company on google - and spoke to a lovely lady who booked in for someone to come a fit a nest thermostat for us - the customer journey was so smooth and simple - the engineer who came was called Owen I believe and he was so quick and tidy with the install of the nest - highly recommend to anyone

Was v. Good experience from the beginning prompt and quick getting to us job and price explained from the offset, no messing around or empty promises. Turned up on the day arranged with a very high standard of work carried out with very professional staff carrying out the works. Walked and talked through job making sure we was happy with job and quality. Left our house exactly how it was when they turned up could hardly tell they had been. Another excellent job carried out by I Gas Engineers. We replaced a radiator in our small spare bedroom, not the easiest space to carry out the work, however, with usual professionalism, the job was completed within the afternoon to a very high standard. I appreciate the care taken within my home, dust sheets and hoovering, leaving no mess (rather rare with a lot of companies). I like the reliability of I Gas, even if they are running a little late, they keep me updated (I have experienced other companies failing to turn up or make contact). I would thoroughly recommend I Gas, without doubt they are the best Engineers we have ever used.
