Had an outside garden tap fitted and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. Proper tidy job, no mess, and everything done exactly how it should be. Turned up when he said he would and just got on with it. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. If you need any plumbing, heating or gas work doing, definitely give him a message. Top bloke and top service — will 100% use again.

Following frequent boiler breakdowns, I contacted Hot Pipes to quote for, and subsequently install a new gas boiler. The chap arrived on time on the date agreed, was friendly and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. Throughout the job, he was polite and professional, respecting my property and tidying up as he went along. By the end of the day, I had running hot water and central heating once again. All done at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to use Hot Pipes again in the future.
