10/10 service from Joe at PPH. Honestly I could not recommend him enough. I've worked with tonnes of trades people over the years and Joe is the pick of the bunch. No job too big or too small, super fast and communicated well the entire time. Exactly what you need when working with a trades person. Will absolutely be working with Joe again

Our water heater decided to finally expire. We contacted Joe at PPH for help and advice. From the outset Joe was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His quote was extremely competitive for a new combi boiler/one rad and we asked Joe to do the job. Joe listened to us, took onboard our wishes, explained what he was going to do and completed the entire work to a very high standard in a very timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we thoroughly recommend him and PPH.

Cannot recommend Joe and PPH highly enough. As a completely new customer, calling out of the blue, I was offered super helpful advice and insight before any work was carried out on a boiler issue. On confirming the work to be carried out, a visit to rectify the problems was arranged quickly and without any issue. The problems were quickly identified, a more cost effective solution was found, and clear and understandable explanations were given for everything, rather than overcomplicating things. Couldn't have been more help, and fantastic customer service.

Joe fully explained my problem and all options available, I wasn’t made to feel silly and there was definitely no pressure to choose work that was more expensive. Asked for a service, he said it needed work done to my boiler. Was happy for him to quote me. Clearly didn't want the job, waited weeks for a quote...nothing....called him...excuses...waited another week....still no quote and not answering my calls.....shame as I wanted a company I could trust and continue to use. Clearly dont want to look after their customers when its not a big job.

I contacted PPH/Joe after our boiler went kaput, and a friend recommended them. Within less than a week, we had a brand new boiler (and hot water and heating). Based on a recommendation PPH fitted a new boiler for me in a different room in a Southsea flat in August. I thought it wasn’t cheap but very professional. In Dec my own boiler in Bracknell quit for the last time. I got 3 local quotes. 1st politely declined (Too big a job?) 2nd was (deliberately) vague and open ended with some suspect advice. 3rd was very professional but eye-wateringly expensive. So I contacted PPH on Friday, and on Tuesday I had a new Top of the range Vaillant, smart Honeywell remote control (like it) etc fitted professionally and stress free by Joe (and Sean). Obviously for a new boiler it’s a big cost so get 2or 3 quotes but I am happy I went with PPH. Sound. Denis.

Have used PPH South for the past 6 years since Joe installed our new boiler. They always respond quickly to our calls when we have any plumbing issues and goes above and beyond to fix the problem as soon as possible. They’re very professional, polite, efficient and tidy and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have used PPH for many years and Joe is the best, he kept our old boiler going for as long as possible he always arrives quickly if urgent & is on time for appointments had to replace boiler last year he did it quickly & cleaned up & removed all waste. He has just completed our yearly service. We have also recently had him replace the boiler for my mother. Would recommend 100%

I could not recommend Joe at PPH highly enough. We had a new boiler fitted and found the service very professional from start to finish. Joe also helped us out at short notice, with gas pipe work that was required during renovation work, that we are in the process of completing. We will certainly employ PPH for all future works throughout our project.

I messaged Joe asking if he could have a look at my boiler as my central heating wasn't working. He fitted me in that afternoon and kept me updated when he was on his way. Fortunately, there wasn't actually anything wrong with my boiler and it was a user error which I was very embarrassed about but Joe was great. Our boiler at home was on its last legs. Phoned a few different companies and everyone just made it sound complicated. I called PPH South and they came out free of charge to survey and provide a quote. Joe from PPH South walked me through the whole process. When it came to the installation he was very polite, clean tidy and efficient. He even registered out boiler with the manufacturer for us. PPH South made the whole thing really easy from start to finish with a great result at the end. Very happy and won’t consider anyone else now!

I can’t fault the work and service by Joe and PPH South LTD. After a free no-obligation quote on fitting a new boiler, booking was a breeze and communication was great throughout. The engineers arrived on time and promptly carried out removal and disposal of old boiler and flue and installation of new ones - all work carried out to amazing standard (and all gas safety documents provided) and everything tidied afterwards - you wouldn’t know they’d been there. We have been signed up for our boiler maintenance plan for a year or two. We had to call out PPH and they arrived within a few hours, completely free as it's included in our plan. Amazing value for peace of mind and great price. Much better service than the main brand providers.

Great company, friendly, efficient, reliable and always reasonably priced. We have had various work done by Joe, new boiler, new radiators, etc. The work is always carried out to the highest standard, with attention to detail and the customers requirements always prioritised. The first company I look for when work needs doing.

I've nothing but compliments for this company which installed a new boiler, new copper to bypass 50-yr-old, brittle Polyorc, new taps, toilets, etc . Extremely courteous, tidy, prompt, friendly, considerate, economical & obvious experts in all aspects of their profession. Original price was honoured despite the addition of several other jobs including renewal of some of the filler around 4th-floor windows (saving me many ££) whilst cherry-picker in use for flue installation & bricking up. Another tradesman obviously unaware (?) of cherry-pickers was hoping for an extra £2k for scaffolding. Daily updates & clear explanations provided &, unbelievably, work completed within a few minutes of that planned. Faultless work &, of course, I highly recommnend them. I can't thank them enough.
