Booked, quoted, done! Easy, clear communication. Upfront about potential extras that might be needed (unlike some other trades people). This meant the quote was slightly higher than the eventual bill. Happy days, rather than the other way around! Great gas engineer, who can communicate clearly which is valued by customers. Thank you for the new boiler! (And energy efficient tips) 😄
Graeme did a fantastic job of replacing our gas hob, installing a new gas supply to the kitchen and disconnecting an old fire place for us. He was very polite and friendly and we’d definitely recommend his services.
