We have been long-term customers of Connellys Home Centre and over the years Grenville and Sarah have consistently provided us with high-quality materials and outstanding customer service. This review relates to a recent issue in one of the bathrooms in our new home. We had two different plumbers attend, along with three separate visits from Dyno-Rod (via British Gas HomeCare), but unfortunately the problem could not be identified. Various potential causes were suggested and parts were replaced, yet the issue remained unresolved — with an excess payable for each visit. In the end, we contacted Grenville for advice. He kindly came out to our home personally, quickly identified the root cause, and arranged for his plumber to return promptly to fix it. The issue was simple and replacing the shower trap which none of the others could identify. The issue was resolved efficiently, and three weeks later we have had no further problems. We cannot thank Grenville enough for his expertise and support. We highly recommend Connellys Home Centre and their team for bathroom supplies, parts, and installation. We first had Connelly's in to redo our attic bathroom. From start to finish the process was seamless. They were so good we had them back the following year to redo our ensuite, another bathroom and downstairs powder room. Sarah in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. Communication was very clear. She helped advise on all products and floor plans. Their plumbers are excellent. Very experienced in their work, amazing attention to detail, super clean and considerate while working in the house. We had terrible luck with a previous plumber who really messed up our bathrooms and plumbing so really took our time finding someone who we could trust. I recommend Connelly's very highly, if I could give 10/10 I would! Amazing from start to finish

I cannot recommend Connelly's enough. They are very knowledgeable & patient (with my many changes) and very helpful. They kept me informed about my deliveries and made sure everything arrived when it needed to. The range they have is amazing, really great quality brands at excellent prices. Don't hesitate if you need bathroom fixtures, they are second to none.

Adter being recommended by a friend we used Connellys for our ensuite. So impressed were we that we also used them for our main bathroom, further en suite and downstairs cloakroom! Grenville and Sarah are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and their service first class. I would not hesitate in recommending them to help make your bathrooms that extra special.

We were looking to give our very old and tired looking ensuite a refit and visited a range of bathroom showrooms, and were super impressed with Connelly Home Centre. The range of products on offer is fantastic - so many styles to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets. The advice we received on products from both Sarah and Grenville was so helpful to us, as starting a project from scratch can be quite overwhelming - and we did ask a lot of questions! What a great family business this is and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it - customer service is excellent!

If anyone is looking for a new bathroom/shower room look no further than Connelly Bathroom centre in Nottingham. They promise a good job , it turned out to be a fabulous creation of luxury. Finished to perfection. The team were always on time, kept disruption to our home to a minimum. Will be uploading a short video later. Thanks again Grenville and your team. Met Sarah and her father, looking to completely revamp our bathroom and then the cloakroom, they have a lovely variety of units and accessories to view. Getting to the ideas stage, coming up with very sensible suggestions and can't wait to see the changes. I will post before and after pictures in the future. At this time really looking forward to seeing our new shower room.

Purchased a lovely large LED mirror and folding glass shower screen & couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough. Pre, during and after sales service is 2nd to none. The showroom has a vast range of beautiful baths, basins, showers, taps & fittings and has very helpful & friendly staff. If you want a bathroom that is a step up from the usual B&Q/Wickes stuff this hidden away gem in Bulwell is the place to go. Mr DC Sweeney

Brilliant customer service. Found exactly what I wanted with the help of Sarah in the showroom. Really great value and beautiful tiles and bathroom suites. So pleased with our finished bathrooms and tiled kitchen floor. Sarah is very knowledgeable and worked out exactly what we needed and created detail plans for the plumber.

Connely Home Centre discrimate against people who are mask exempt. They wouldn't let me in. When I said I was mask exempt, I was told, not in here.

Excellent service from all staff at Connelly's. Had a bathroom refit was kept to estimate price. Although the job ran into extra time. The fitters did an excellent job cleaning up as they went along. And a thorough clean at the end of the day. Would certainly use again. Their bathrooms aren't just thrown in ,which in this day and age is good. Much attention paid to detail. Many thanks

Had a near catastrophe at 8.30 am today. Water gushing out of the toilet hose and just flooding the bathroom, hall, kitchen and creeping into the lounge. Unable to turn the Stop Tap off, I rang Connelly Home Centre who galloped into action. The Bulwell Cavalry to the the rescue. Within an hour they had stopped the leak, mopped the bathroom floor for us and changed the hose. Grateful thanks to plumber Mark and his mate. Superb, prompt, reliable service. I recommended Connelly Home Centre to a friend as they were helpful when I visited. My friend bought an ex-display shower from them and he was told he could return it if it wasn't the right type. It turned out he did need a different type so he returned it, still in the box. However, he was refused a refund. Needless to say neither of us will be using Connelly again. Very disappointed.
