My underfloor heating went down in a cold Saturday. I was recommended this company. The owner replied straight away in the early morning even if he was already on an other call. He was always so polite and caring in the replies. He really gave me peace of mind. He tried to fit in the time frame I needed (before the end of the day). He sent an employee who enter by using a spare key I have in a safety lock. An absolutely trusted group of people. He worked hard till he found and resolved the problem. All the air was down in the pipes as the boiler pressure was down. I highly recommend them. I’ll certainly book them for other services as various annuals certificates for the house. Thanks again

Abdul did a great job fixing our leak. He was quick and efficient. He put in a temporary fix right away and came back the next day with the parts for a long term fix.

The prices are so expensive, stopped a small leak without buying any parts 30 minute job for £150. I wouldn't recommend them even for a super rich families. That's stealing money from people. And if anyone ask them to do a job, ask first about how much they charge you. You will never say yes. Am so disappointed and not happy at all. Watch out and ask first about the prices.
