I have used Victory Plumbing and heating Several times now And each time i have had a young man called Will Denton Who is very professional very well mannered he came to do A gas Safety check And he does one for me every year And he himself kept to the health and safety guidelines wearing a face mask he is a very nice young man I won't have anyone else If I could give him more then 5 stars i would And he is a clean and tidy worker so thankyou will

Booked a service. Got a prompt response offering a choice of appointments. Actual times and not just AM or PM. Engineer was very punctual.Very friendly and polite also checking my radiators and giving advice. Full PPE worn so no issues there. Very good price and got emailed my service record the same day. Will 100% use for next years service.
Avoid this company, Engineer who I was told was the owner of the company came to service the boiler. He left after 10 minutes saying seal on boiler was unsafe, cut the gas off leaving me with no heating or hot water, He swore at me and refused to help, I asked if he could do something about the seal and he said "not my bloody job". Another company came to my rescue looked at the boiler and said that the problem was not the seal, the front casing of the housing of the boiler had come of the the 2 top hooks .. 30 second job for this company to unscrew the bottom of the panel clip the 2 hooks back on the top and re screw the bottom back into place... easy job.... Victory would have had to take the front casing of to service the boiler but obviously was to difficult for this engineer to do,, If no stars was an option then I would have given this In response to your reply below; I am reviewing this page as you were sub contracted by my insurance company to carry out a service on my boiler so I was a customer of yours (unfortunately), and just to make it clear it was me that asked my insurance company that your company (including the owner!) never return to my property and they were very apologetic to me, and I implore anyone reading this to stay clear of YOUR company as your customer service and competence is NIL,,, Highly un recommended...
I work for Ashbourne estate agents and Victory Plumbing are extremely helpful with their boiler servicing and safety checks. They are always able to fit us in and always get the job done quickly and they are very polite and friendly. Will be using Victory Plumbing for all my plumbing and boiler needs.
We have used this company on many occasions and can highly recommend them! They offer an excellent service and are very competitively priced...wouldn't use anyone else now!
