Very pleased with the service we got from Smart Safe Electrical. They were very professional and kind. All interaction with the staff both in our house and over the phone/by email has been extremely positive.

Absolutely abysmal service from Smartsafe Electrical. Despite qualifying for an Eco4 grant in an EPC rated G house as a single mother with 2 children under 4, SmartSafe Electrical cancelled the entire install with less than 24 hours notice. They were unable to provide any real justification for this despite previously giving me absolute assurances they would have no problems completing the install. This has left me in an extremely vulnerable position with escalating bills and no remedy from them.

Highly recommend Smart Safe Electrical as an installer of our solar system. The team provided a great service from start to finish and stayed in touch to help us register as an exporter to the grid. They are knowledgable and approachable. I have already recommend them to a couple of people who were interested to find out more.

Honestly, I waited a month before writing this review to ensure I could provide a thorough assessment. Smart Safe Electrical did an excellent job installing the solar panels with impressive quick installation and top-notch quality. Their prices are also very reasonable. I see all materials used good quality as I checked these during installation and I did inspect the solar panel as well. I specifically requested that the cables be covered with conduits and securely protected, considering my kids spend most of their time playing in the garage. They comfortably accommodated my request and ensured all cables were properly covered and safeguarded. Key details: to show how quick installation was - Contract signed: May 3rd - Solar installation completed: May 16th Certificates: 1. MCS Certificate: Received one week after installation. 2. DNO Approval: Applied before the start of the job, but ESP Utilities took about four weeks to respond. Approval was received four weeks after installation. (Well informed) 3. 2 Year insurance backed warranty provided - Received one week after installation. 4. NICEIC & Electrical installation certificate - Received one week after installation. 5. Product warranty provided as agreed in the contract. 6. I am still waiting for the Export Tariff with Octopus. I will update this post / review with the date once the MPAN sorted ( I see this process may take some time ) **UPDATE** MPAN Sorted : 14th July ; Octopus export tariff effective date : 23rd Aug ( All export prior to this not paid ) **UPDATE** During installation, a few roof tiles were broken. However, the team promptly replaced them, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Smart Safe Electrical for their professionalism and customer-focused approach – Smart Safe Electricals are reliable Thank you

Harrison and the team were very professional and very helpful. They fitted storage heaters and solar panels in 3 days. Were tidy and cleaned up any mess they made, and did a neat and tidy job throughout. Would highly recommend them to others.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable with an approach to customer service that is second to none. I can't praise the team enough for their work ethic and friendly accommodating manner. They treated my property with respect and were a pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. They efficiently project managed the installation of solar panels (including organising the scaffolding), fitted new heaters and loft insulation. Safety was always paramount and the testing extremely thorough. From start to finish the communication and answering of queries was excellent and their explanations clear and understandable. I can truly say that they exceeded my expectations on every level. I've no qualms in recommending them unreservedly.

Smart Safe Electrical did a great job in installing my solar panel system and when I asked for a few ammendments, they made it work. I felt the work was both very well completed and well priced. I will be recommending these guys.

Excellent company to work with. Harrison and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and above all, polite and tidy. A pleasure to work with.

I would like to highly recommend Harry and his team for their excellent work. Having moved to this area a little under three years ago we have been continually renovating our house. Harry has helped us with everything electrical from replacing the main fuse board to installing a full mains circuit in the garden and shed and installing low voltage lighting in every room in the house. He and his team are reliable, conscientious and competitively priced. They are also extremely friendly and it’s a pleasure to have them in our home.

I came across Smart Safe Electrical online and enquired. My property was surveyed for solar the next day by Harrison and within a week the install was complete. There were a few minor issues due to a faulty product which was sorted out and replaced the very next day, with no extra cost! A very quick and efficient turnaround. The customer care and install was brilliant from Harrison and his team. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

We recently used Smart safe electrical to install a Solar and battery storage system on our new house. The service was amazing from start to finish, the lads were very polite and professional. We would highly recommend! 10/10.

We found smart safe electrical online as we were keen to get Solar panels for our property. From start to finish they were brilliant, i was in Constant contact with Joe who walked me through everything step-by-step and was always available if I had any concerns. They did an amazing job, were clean and tidy, and the whole team were very courteous and polite. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Harry and his team did an absolutely excellent job for us. They installed ASHP, solar panels and lithium batteries. We are pensioners so it’s all a bit daunting. The team installed everything quickly, expertly and Harry liaised with us every step of the way. The quality of their work is outstanding. We had Trustmark government agency come around recently to inspect, as we had used a gov grant. The inspector was very complimentary about the high standard of work. I can strongly recommend Harry and his team.

We have used Smartsafe on a number of projects, we can highly recommend, reliable, good service & quality of work.
