Got in contact through Heat Geek, and I couldn't be happier. Friendly and answered my many questions throughout! I was able to give plenty of input on the design (which was important to me), and every step was clearly explained. During installation they were very quick to resolve an issue with the radiator supplier and kept me informed. - Very happy with the radiators they installed and the superb quality of all the work. After installation, through no fault of their own, a part needed to be replaced. They INSTANTLY identified the issue, which was then easily sorted. Thank you, everyone involved. Recommended.

We're extremely pleased with our heat pump. Rob did a great job installing our new radiators, cylinder and pipework. He and Aäron worked late to make sure we had hot water asap and were very tidy (hoovering before leaving each day). We're really pleased how warm it is and our heating bills are much lower. It has been far more efficient than expected (SCOP above 4 over the last 6 months). The performance guarantee gave us peace of mind, but we didn't need it - Aäron's design and commissioning were spot on. I really appreciated the time he spent balancing the system to make sure each room is cosy. He's also been really helpful teaching me how to use the controls and is always keen to help if I have any questions.

I genuinely don't have a bad word to say. What truly stands out is that his team clearly takes pride in their work — something that's increasingly rare in many businesses and professionals today. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Aaron installed a Vaillant air source heat pump plus an under floor heating system, renewed the plumbing and radiators upstairs and installed two bathrooms for us. He is thorough, tidy, efficient and took great care to make sure it all works to its maximum efficiency. He is also always available to answer any queries we might have. Highly recommended.

Aaron is a highly professional expert who maintained high standards in the installation, as did Rob and the electrician. Throughout the 5 days that Aaron and Rob spent at my home they took care in keeping their work area tidy and clean. I was kept fully informed on progress and any issues that arose needing discussion. I was happy that I could leave my home to the team and keep my life going. Setting the Heat Pumps up to work efficiently is a complex process and requires a high level of knowledge and skills which Aaron and Rob clearly have and are committed to getting it right. I have only been using the heating system for two days and so far it is functioning well I strongly recommend Aaron and his team. Paul

The fix on my boiler was tricky - it could have been either of two issues and each would be expensive and not certain to succeed. Aaron recommended getting in touch with a friend who was much more familiar with the brand. This felt like a sensible idea. Aaron is a lovely guy and didn't charge me for the visit.

Aäron has done a few bits of work for us over the last few years. He installed a new Mixergy water tank, serviced our heat pump and recently replaced a water pump and power cable. He is polite, knowledgeable and tidies up afterwards. Trustworthy, honest and good value. I would strongly recommend him for your heating, cooling, plumbing and green energy needs.
