I had Alban undertake a plumbing job for me and I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He did the job promptly and did not make any mess, everything left spick and span. Everything cleared and taken away. I will certainly have him do work for me again as he is first-rate.

My boiler was not working and Alban installed my new boiler at a very competitive compared to the other quotes I received. He arrived on time, polite and easy to talk too. He explained the whole process and my new boiler was installed in one day. Highly recommended and would definately continue using in the future for all my servicing and maintenance. I received my warranty and building compliance which looked very professional.

Very disappointed with this company. When I booked the gas safety check, I was told it would cost £49. After the engineer completed the inspection and confirmed everything was fine, I was suddenly asked to pay £285 instead. The price increase was never clearly explained or agreed to before the work was carried out. This felt misleading and left me feeling pressured to pay much more than I had been quoted. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Make sure you get a written quote and confirm all charges before allowing any work to begin.

Alban was very punctual, friendly and very informative and helpful. He did a great job with excellent customer service and got my boiler working again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any plumbing & Boiler problems and look forward use his service again!

Do not recomend them at all. The sent me an engineer that is not gassafe registered. He charged me £890 but the problem still unsolved I called him and the company 40-50times per day and they did not answer. Wrote so many emails, and messages on whatsapp but still unsolved. Every time is answering different person, and nothing happend I will make a claim and report them to gas safe

Alban arrived on time at every appointment. Every price he quoted was exactly what he said it would be. Very friendly, trustworthy and just an all round nice guy. I’ve kept his number for any future work needed. Top bloke.

Alban came round the day after I made contact to provide a quote for a replacement boiler. He managed to order the parts to carry out the work shortly after. Very happy with the job. Alban came round with a colleague. They were both very polite and professional. We have a young baby who needed a couple of naps throughout the day. They were as quiet as possible whilst working and even managed not to wake the baby. Very impressed.

I highly recommend Urban Gas Plumbing! I initially called them out because I had a persistent leak coming from my boiler that I was worried. The engineer arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He identified the source of the leak within minutes turns out it was a faulty seal that had seen better days. He had the part on the van, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was bone-dry before moving on. The best thing about this was he showed me where the leak was and also showed me the broken part. As I was thinking that it could of been a loose bolt or nut. Since he was already here and had the system open, I asked if he could perform a full boiler service as well. Even though I hadn't pre-booked it, he was happy to accommodate me on the spot. He did a thorough job checking the pressure, cleaning out the debris, and ensuring everything was running at peak efficiency.
