Initially, we were really impressed, the service was prompt, communication was smooth, and the quality of the work was excellent. We were genuinely happy and had every intention of recommending the company to others. When I raised the issue, it wasn’t handled with the seriousness or professionalism it required. The response was dismissive, with no real accountability or follow-up. It’s deeply disappointing that such a good start was completely undone by such careless handling of personal data. We’ve reported this incident to the appropriate channels, because people deserve to know their information is being handled safely and responsibly. Sadly, I can’t recommend this company based on our full experience — and I would advise others to exercise caution before sharing any personal information with them. [Edited Review – Added in response to business reply] I want to clarify a few key points in light of the business owner's response: Payment was made in full. I never refused or avoided payment. I never provided my work email for personal communication — using it to chase a private payment was inappropriate and a misuse of publicly available information. My issue is not with being asked to pay — it's with how the situation was handled and the way I was spoken to. Raising concerns via a legitimate review is not “harassment” — it is feedback. The response I received here only reinforces why I felt uncomfortable in the first place. I’ve raised the matter with the appropriate authorities and won’t be engaging further.
1st time Professional Friendly Service.. On Time and Curtious what more can you ask for!! However unfortunately 2nd time for replacement Units Not So Good Customer service after 8wks waiting for units! Customer Service went out of the Window!! Excue's every time I chashed it up lockdown is causing problems in the delay? But the 1st time in the lock down as well it took 2wks with Good Customer Service but not the 2nd time when I complained about the delay he threw his toys out of the pram! And didn't like me Complaining about the the time it was taken. I think this was justified as it took 8wks and Counting. Then in the Same message he said glass units have risen by 30% But he already quoted me so that would be the price I would be paying!! They must only like New Customers?? But I Cancelled as the Customer Service went down the Pan!! I will Not be using this company again or Recommend them!! This is Reflected in my Star deduction!!
So impressed with Graham, Harry and Karen for the work they did today, replacing 7 misted double glazing units and the glass on our back door. Superb service and communication throughout the process and of course a great price. What a difference it's made - thank you!
