Polite, efficient, clean and as per their quote. Recommend.
We recently had brand new windows and Portland stone sills fitted by Albion Glass & Glazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team were incredibly professional from start to finish, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. The new windows have completely transformed our home and the Portland stone sills look beautiful. We’re absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend them.
Quick and effective service. Can't fault the quality of the result.
Excellent service! Process made simple, quick and in such a friendly way! Also best price I found in the area. I had a pvc door and a window installed today and they have done such a great job! Only took 2 months between order and installation, they advised me well, they have a great catalogue of products, they installed both in about 4 hours, left no rubbish, fixed the wall damaged by the old door attachment. I was recommended them by a friend and so glad I picked them.
They replaced some hinges for me just before Christmas in a flat I was renovating, clean, quick and efficient, great service especially at such a busy time. thanks, guys
After sale service and responsiveness not as expected.
Contacted them on line They were the first to respond and the best price too. Helped my make the correct measurements and finished style. Answered emails and phone calls promptly. Very friendly and helpful when I collected the unit. Will use them again.
I was locked outside my house after the locking mechanism failed on my door. Albion not only managed to get the triple locked door open without damaging it but also managed to source the long discontinued parts to fix the lock mech saving me the expense of having to replace the whole door. I would highly recommend this fantastic local business!
