Absolutely appalling! They cut my window to the incorrect size and are adamant it is correct even though it literally does not fit? They are outright refusing to replace it and have taken absolutely no responsibility. DO NOT go to these people.
Used these guys a few years ago for a bespoke mirror. Worked a charm. Will be sure to go back.

When in to get a Quote for some glass and they left me stand they for about 15 min just to give one that was at lest dubble the markent price. Iv need this sort of behaviour from trade men be for if you dont want the job dont wast people time.

I work as an artist and do my own framing. Ace is local to me, and the place I get my glass. They will either supply me with sheets that I cut down myself, or if I am short on time, they are happy to cut glass to sizes. I have given them piles of frames of all different dimensions that they have cut the glass perfectly for. I haven't used reflective or fancy types, so can't comment on whether they can supply these, but it's all been good for me. After around 5 years and a lot of glass from there, I have only had one that was marked, and that not so that most people would notice, so I have a lot of confidence in them. Whether or not is is a general thing, or because I live close, they have also been happy to deliver to me, which has been a blessing. I find it helpful that I can email, phone or go into the shop, and that they can give me quotes in advance, if I ask for them. If you are looking to fit out your house with glasswork or mirrors, the shop is worth a visit. I would say that it is very good value, and there are often bargains to be had. Great service- thank you!
