Pope & Parr customers report high-quality windows and doors, with one saying the fitting was everything they would expect. One reviewer praised the same standard of work and customer care over four years, including aluminium windows, sound advice and friendly skilled fitters. Another reported windows that look smart and cut outside noise, and one had a sticking patio door lock fixed under warranty within hours of reporting it. One reviewer reported a poor finish on eight Victorian window replacements, very poor communication requiring repeated emails and calls, and damaged handles not replaced as promised.
Very good company goods are always high quality and fitting is everything you would expect
Can't even drive
It was four years ago that I first experienced Pope & Parr’s high standard of work when they fitted my sliding glass door. They have just replaced the rest of my windows with aluminium units and have given me that same level of customer care and quality fitting. From the outset, I found Pope & Parr to be a no nonsense, straight talking company that provide sound advice, windows at a fair price and friendly skilled fitters. It is refreshing to know that in todays age of decline that a company like Pope and Parr still succeed to deliver a professional trustworthy service.
Well installed. Happy with door.
Had 8 windows replaced by Pope & Parr a few months back and the service and finish were mediocre to poor. The house is victorian with some of the original windows still in. I used Pope & Parr because of their experience with properties of this age, but that was not apparent when they were fitting them. The finish was poor especially considering some windows were nearly £1000 to replace. I also found out the fitters were on minimum wage with no proper training. The communication was very poor, having to send multiple emails and calls to get any response. I was also told that several handles that were damaged would be replaced but three emails and nearly a month later nothing. I would not use them again.
Had windows installed within the last year. They look smart (especially with the encapsulated original stained glass) and this year's Goose Fair has been a muffled rumble in the background as the double glazing cuts the sound out, unlike last year when it was about as loud as outside!
Can't fault the service!
I hope your better dealing with glad then your driving cut me up on the phone then middle finger RED TRANSIT MK13EOW
Bought wooden windows and doors 7 years ago. Hot weather meant patio door lock was sticking. Reported at 0830 and fixed under warranty by 12:30. What service should be!
Very professional, competitive and attentive
