Customers of Omega Windows & Doors Ltd report windows, doors and patio doors fitted to a high standard, with fitters described as professional and the work left clean and tidy. More than one reviewer mentions good communication through the process, and Tom is named by several customers. One reviewer reports hearing more noise through new windows, saying the problem was still there after three visits and a text went unanswered. Another says the wrong lock was fitted to a door, the wrong lock was sent again after repeated requests, and the matter is going to small claims court. A third customer was still waiting to hear when the work could be done after getting a quote.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Tom and the team were fantastic! They came out promptly to give me a quote at a very good price. The team carried out the work professionally and to a high standard. I would 100% recommend them!
Had the whole house done today windows have made a massive difference look amazing and the fitters are decent guys, going to have them back for new doors there pricing was exellent
Still early days with Omega so far. My mother contacted them a little over 2 weeks ago for a Door and 2 windows. They got back to us almost instantly and came out to assess what needed to be done within the week. They arrived on time to do the assessment for the quote and within a few hours we had a response of how much the work will be. This was early last week and now we are waiting to hear back from them as to when they can do the required work. So far, so good. Rest of the review will follow shortly!
I have had patio and external doors fitted today. This was a very smooth and wonderful job done and I would recommend this company very highly. No mess , everything taken away, great job. Thank you.
Recently I had some new windows fitted, including a bay window and composite door. From the pricing, the ordering right through to the completion, I have to say that I've been very satisfied with the service I've received. I'd also mention that the guys who fitted the windows were efficient and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Omega Windows and Doors.
Omega Windows and doors has just replaced our patio doors with a sliding door. The young guy, Dale, who came out to do the job is a credit to himself and the company for whom he works. He worked quickly and efficiently making sure that everything was spot on. Dale, who would appear to be a perfectionist, left after quite a few hours, leaving us with a sliding door which we are confident has been fitted properly. Thanks Omega Windows and doors..
Since having my windows installed by omega windows I can hear more noise coming through them it sounds like I've got a window open they have sent someone out 3 times to sort the problem but it's still the same I've since text back to inform them that the problem is still there but I haven't had a reply
In the process against trader of consumer rights act 2015. Due to not fitting correct lock to door order. Then advised 3 times a lock would be sent . On the 4th occasion of asking for the lock the trader then sent me the wrong lock . I advised trader and he said to me why don’t I use my own lock off my old door . Trader now doesn’t respond hence I’m taking the matter further. I am now taking Tom to small claims court.
Top blokes and quick turn around from contacting them to install. Wouldn’t use anyone else now
Amazing work, really pleased with end product!
Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, thanks to Tom and the team at Omega
Great communication from start to finish! Charlie in the office Guided me through the whole process and delivered with exceptional quality and style! Can’t thank omega enough, highly recommended!
Having done many property renovations with many more planned I needed a reliable, efficient and cost effective supplier to manufacture and install windows, doors and conservatories, Omega does exactly that! A very reliable team, extremely cost effective and a team that listen to what I want and need, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I would strongly recommend them
Omega Windows & Doors Nottingham - AWESOME - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A neighbour recommended Omega to us after having all of her windows replaced, so we got a quote easily, and went ahead with the removal of our really old aluminium sliding patio doors, to be replaced with new white upvc sliding patio doors. The workmanship, professionalism, communication, quality, and price were all hands down fantastic. The void underneath the old doors was also smoothly concreted, and they did great work with all of the trim to make it neat and tidy from both inside and outside. They really did an amazing job, and the fitters were both really lovely gents too. I would 100% use them again for any future work. Clean and tidy afterwards, and they even put back and fixed the fence panel (as the doors had to come in over the neighbours back garden). My other half sadly passed away a few weeks ago. We had been planning to get the doors replaced for years - I wish he could have seen the result - That is how impressed I am with the work done. Great job gents, Thank You Anna H
Just had new door fitted. Really good job by the team and they left the place clean and tidy - always a bonus.
Very obliging staff.
From ordering the windows and doors to getting them fitted in 3 weeks. Tom took me through the process from beginning to completion and invited me to his business premises where I could see the windows being manufactured. Could always contact someone at anytime if I had any queries. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have attached some photos
