Lee Glass & Glazing

Superb service as always. Double glazed unit ordered and supplied inside 7 days. I always come here after the kids have done their work with the football. Thanks again

Very pleased with our new front door and side window. Fantastic service and excellent and professional installation team. After sale were really good as well as the admin office members of staff who went above and beyond to help. Will certainly use Lee Glass & Glazing again in the future for sure!

Excellent products and service

Very good work. Very resonably priced.

Very pleased with our new windows great service excellent installation team

They know what customer care is, thank you

Fabulous service, took a template in for a pane of glass on Wednesday, and it was ready for collection by Friday. James was extremely helpful and efficient. Wonderful customer service. Thank you 🤩

Glass cut to size and shape measurements needed over the phone also sending a picture of a awkward shape that needed cutting via email. It was all finalised by a technical drawing to confirm that it was the the final cut I needed. Great service and great price a different company wanted £70+ where as these only wanted about £27 give or take a few pence

Brilliant company, guys came, replaced my glass insert, adjusted patio doors, cleaned after, super happy with the service.

Had 8 double glazed windows replaced today. The whole process from quote to install was professional and first class.

Pleasure dealing with Lee. Thank you again.

Great service every time! They offer great prices, quality products, and reliable delivery. Whenever I call, they provide honest and straightforward updates. Thank you

We highly recommend Lee Glass, from the very helpful Marzena, Andy and the team who always help us and are very quick to reply, to the fitters and for this window, Billy who did a great job of replacing our bedroom window. High quality of workmanship and perfect for us. We previously had two glass panels replaced and each time the fitters did a great job on those. Thanks to all.

As ever, fantastic service from Lee Glass, from start to finish. Great communication from Marzena in the office, hugely helpful estimate and advice from Andy, and lovely job on our new conservatory door from Steve. If only all companies could be as good.

Such an amazing company! Curved toughened glass is their speciality.

Supplied and fitted a beautiful front door and 2 replacement windows. Fantastic company above and beyond ~ thank you for everything 🌟

Highly recommended. I have been using Lee Glass for replacing double glazing panels and for new glazing for our out buildings. They have provided excellent services at very reasonable prices. There fitters have always been helpful and friendly. Recently I had glass cut to fit myself but I gave the wrong size and Lee Glass recut it for me without any fuss.

Great company and great team. Replaced a new kitchen window for us which involved some minor building work too. Quick to book us in & quote - super competitive too! Booked us in for installation at a convenient time for both them & us. One minor hiccup which I noticed after install, but one quick email & reply later and fitter back round to sort - again at a convenient time for us. He also went out of his way to fix a minor problem elsewhere in the house after I asked for just a bit of advice - what a guy. Would thoroughly recommend

The team came out to measure and quote for shower door for me, they were really friendly and professional. I was told someone would ring or email within a week with a quote. Unfortunately, weeks passed and I was never contacted. I rang three times over the span of 3-4 weeks after and was met with the almost exact same response: “There’s no quote on the job. We’ll find out why and ring you back”. I was never called back. I just gave up in the end and went elsewhere.

Lee Glass are fantastic. We changed out four windows in our Victorian house - they fitted modern sash windows which look beautiful and keep the character of the building. We've had various other works going on during the same period. Lee really stand out as the best company to deal with - they always pick up the phone, reply quickly to emails, and really go out of their way to help. Fantastic service, great prices, and overall just a very trustworthy outfit.

Always helpful

Great had a few things done here.

All good

Lee Glass came recommended from friends, and they did a great job, removing original sash windows and replacing with upvc. The office were friendly and helpful in setting up the job and dealing with queries and snags, the fitters were efficient and helpful, took clear pride in the job they did, and tidied up well when they left. No concerns, and I can recommend them in turn.

Absolute cowboys, needed some glass urgently, rang to see if they where open and was number one in the cue, drove all the way from Mapperly & they where closed still number 1 in the cue some idle genius dosnt know how to change the telephone message!!!!!!

Always a professional service

Brilliant service. They came to replace a broken window and did all they could to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard. Nice guys and great service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Used this family run business for near on thirty years... they strive to be the best in glazing, and I have given them many problems to overcome, and they have.

Custom job for three shelves, absolutely spot on. Good for greenhouse glass too.

Big thank you to Chris and Josh for their professionalism and diligence installing two large windows at my house today. Also, thanks to Trev who answered my initial enquiry and was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

We bought a door on Facebook marketplace and before we could collect it, it fell and the original stained glass smashed. To fully refurbish the glass it would’ve been £650+!! I contacted Lee Glass and using the old glass as a template, Trev made another glass panel, and using soldered lead strips and coloured film, made it look exactly the same as the real original stained glass. We’re so so pleased with how it’s turned out, and for a fraction of the cost. Massive thank you to Trev who did such a brilliant detailed job - our entrance way now looks perfect!

Recently installed a bathroom window, and they were affordable, timely, and very tidy. In the following days we found the handle a little stiff, and they came out quickly to adjust it to make sure we were entirely satisfied. Excellent customer service as always, and I can't recommended more highly.

Delighted with Lee Glass & Glazing - I needed a replacement safety glass screen for my motorhome and they produced one from my rough template ... Fitted perfectly. I'm delighted. Thank you.

Good staff and nothing is to much for them. Some units are made while you wait if they are not to busy at the time.

Such lovely professional people. I’ve had two mirrors cut and a bronzed tabletop sheet of glass. The corners in the glass tabletop are superb- just how I’d showed them I wanted! Very pleased.

Great service ,always kind and very helpful. No one could change my broken part of window only Lee Glass and Glazing could! 👌

Excellent service, very good prices

Very friendly and helpful

I needed a small circular piece of photo frame glass to replace the one I managed to smash. It was a very swift process to get the exact shape and size and most pleasing, at a very decent price.

Used this company a few times now. They can make just about anything you want, excellent quality reasonable prices.

absolutely shocked.. there customer service is so not interested in returning your call or emails for a quote and when called they replied we have not done it yet as its only a small job,.. umm small yet its for a commercial office block.. bad experience no manors, rude, and will not be using them.

I do collections and delivery's for Lee Glass, The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant

Excellent service from start to finish. Really pleased with everything they have made and installed for us, especially our mirror splash backs they have transformed our kitchen! The installation team are amazing, polite, tidy, very helpful, caring and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Lee glass, will definitely use again.

Perfect fit in hardened 4 mm glass.

Great service. Very helpful staff. Sensible prices too.

Rude staff

Top place run by top people who know their stuff and always advise well

Good

We went in with a bathroom cabinet and the mirror has broken it had a demister on the brocken piece. Lee Glass took it and took the demister pad of protecting it so as to maintain the adhesive back and made us a new glass door. The demister pad is now fitted back on and all is working beautifully. This could have cost us hundreds to replace the whole cabinet but was just £30 for the replacement glass. Thanks to all the staff
