I highly recommend Pro Windows. They replaced the glass in some of our current windows and the full units of others, including a bay window and a front door redesign. They were competitively priced compared to the larger companies, even though they offer a superior product, which made the decision easy because we prefer to use a small, local company. Every aspect of the service was professional, from Lee providing a quote and helping us with the decisions, to Tristan and Michael fitting the windows. Tristan and Michael were extremely respectful and considerate and they left my home looking cleaner than when they arrived! The attention to detail was particularly impressive, from immaculate joins in the bay to the neat trimming and sealing and they even sourced bay poles so that the bay they replaced more closely matched the bay that we didn't replace. Lee Morris and team Pro Windows were amazing from the start. You can see why their title starts with Pro as they are Professional and Prompt. As company’s go - they are local in Nottingham (we always prefer to use local companies), competitively priced but you feel like you’re getting a top class service in every aspect. The fitter Tristan was very knowledgeable and equally professional. Our request was to try and balance the modern touch we have put on our home which is a silicone rendered house in an off white, with anthracite windows with a slight wood effect, whilst being sympathetic to our 1950s property and not wishing it to look too modern. Lee made the whole process seem effortless and his immediate know how of how to achieve this look was impressive, despite his initial reservations - as not many customers ask for top lights in bays anymore, preferring a plain look! We had a stained glass 1950s style window to replace an old, ugly 25 year old leaf print design, two large bay windows (5 sections as this would have been in the 1950s) replacing two three sectioned bays that no longer provided much needed insulation or ventilation. The top lights provide a modern/timeless touch to match our Rock door composite front door. We have already received many compliments about the windows and when we extend we will replace the last remaining small bays with Pro Windows. I would have no hesitation to recommend Lee and his team at Pro Windows as they really do deliver on quality.

We recently had our conservatory replaced by ProWindows and wanted to record how pleased we are with both the product and the service. The replacement has certainly made our home warmer and looks so much better than what was there previously. Pro windows replaced our Bi folding doors 2 weeks ago. Really pleased with the end result. They look great. Customer service was spot on and the fitter was very friendly and efficient. He tidied up afterwards. They also kept us up to date with dates when they would be coming to install them. We will be using them again in the new year for our back door and windows. Great service starting off with Lee coming round to quote, to Gary coming round to replace all our windows. Gary was punctual arriving on both days, worked methodically from room to room, tidying up behind him as he went and cleaning up each day both inside and outside the house with any debris. We got the Fensa certificate in the post within about two weeks. Competitively priced, and overall a great service by a local family business. Would definitely recommend their services.

I'm not normally one for writing a review because if the retailer gives bad service or a substandard product we don't use them again. But when you spend £4000 with a local window company & receive truly shocking service & faulty products enough is enough. We paid £4000 up front to Pro Windows of Basford for a set of bi-fold doors & a bathroom window for our loft conversion. We had scaffolding erected at a cost of £200 a week, Pro Windows gave us a delivery day of Wednesday, then it became Thursday & finally after being told from midday Friday, they arrived at 6pm. The delivery had parts missing, the bathroom window glass was damaged which we subsequently didn't find out until fitted by my contractor. I had a conversation with Adele who I must say was very apologetic and she informed her manager Lee to contact me. After 5 days I'd heard nothing so sent an email & a web form asking for an update, no reply for a couple of days so resent the email again asking for an update. Still no reply so resent the mail again. Eventually after 10 days I received a phone call from Lee, who showed no interest in my complaint and his response was that if everything was to run smoothly that would be great, things happen & all he could offer was an apology. I explained that Pro Windows actions have had a knock on effect financially, with extra charges to leave the scaffolding up, paying my contractor for overtime who subsequently also lost money on an onward job he could not attend due to fitting my windows. Yes Pro Windows have now replaced the faulty glass in the bathroom window but Lee said he would go away and consider compensation for the mistakes made. This is now a week ago & heard nothing! I subsequently then spoke with Victoria in customer complaints, who said she would look at the matter & come back with regards to possible compensation for their mistakes. She stands by Lee’s decision & Pro Windows errors and they will learn from their mistakes. In turn not even offering a goodwill gesture of any amount! We personally would not use this company again & certainly do not recommend them, faulty goods, late delivery & terrible customer service. If Pro is short for Professional then this company needs to change its name.

Superb service from the whole team. From my first phone enquiry, to Lee coming out to discuss options and taking measurements and to fitting today with Gary and his able assistant, I cannot fault the service. There is absolutely no damage to paintwork and other than a shiny new door you'd not know anyone has even done any work. Thoroughly recommend and I'll certainly use again. I do not often take the time to write reviews, but this was well deserved.

Admittedly, it took a while to get the work booked in, but that's a sector-wide thing at the moment. Price was right and I can't fault the product (solid composite door with a 1st-class lock/mechanism) or the installation - the bloke who did it had a great attitude and was very tidy.

We had french doors and a new front door in May. There were NO snags. Delivered and fitted on time. Excellent fitter.

Just been in their showroom to enquire about windows and doors for a 10 x 1 bedroom complex we are working on in Basford. Was met at their trade counter by a very rude old man who looked me up and down and had a very puzzled face.. like why are you here. I asked are you going to help and why is your face like that? He said I’m busy wait… Honestly the rudest member is staff I have ever met in a trade environment. I hope that was your business and if it wasn’t you need to work on your customer service face and manners!

Pro windows beat all the big suppliers by the time to complete the job, the costing and the quality of work. I have had so many positive comments from friends and family regarding the tilt swivel window fitted. Thank you so much.

Customer service next to none. Walked inside, not even acknowledged. Only one person can discuss the door and a quote. After waiting for one couple to finish we then had to wait for their life stories about kids, future improvements and boiler. At this stage, after about 30 minutes in that showroom, we decided to leave. Time is money and ours was wasted. So much for supporting a local business, I will give the job to someone else. Oh, Good luck with that couple, they sounded like they won't be coming back.

They are so busy but worth waiting for. Lee did the original quote which was competitive and listened to my request for a particular type of glass. He had a friendly no pressure approach and very knowledgeable. I had 20 glazed units replaced yesterday from diamond leads to plain Planitherm A rated glass. Gary who did the install was meticulous with attention to detail and was a pleasure to deal with. I had recommended ProWindows to my neighbour who is also delighted with their whole house windows replacement. I propose to use them again for Mock Tudor Board & Rendering. I would without hesitation recommend them providing you are not in a hurry. Thanks Lee and Gary.

We had to queue for about 20 mins, but when in got what we wanted and straight out.

10/10 service From ringing to arrange an appointment the chap was very accommodating to my busy schedule, turned up at 7am as promised. He disgusted my options for new french doors. I placed the order with a 50 percent deposit. They called a few days later with a fitting date of 3 weeks. Another chap turn up to install (on time), I didn’t imagine they would look as good as they do, a top quality product and fitted to perfection. I would totally recommend using this honest, reliable, local company.

Totally recommend these lads for your windows and doors. From getting the quote to installation there was no messing no fuss and they 100% delivered on what they promised. Top quality product, top quality fitting, top job boys!!

Very dissapointed with the service. Lee didn't even bother measuring the windows we wanted to replace. Because we only wanted to change the windows on one floor instead of the whole house, he quickly lost interest and gave excuses why he wouldn't serve us, saying they are busy and we should wait a further 3months till January. We will go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
