Umair was amazing,sent a message early this morning and he came at 9am. My boiler was losing pressure constantly and he found the leak and fixed it and replaced the other part that needed replacing and made sure all the radiators were working properly and even fixed my hob which I thought needed replacing and even fixed my outdoor pipe which had come away because of the wind. Absolutely amazing, will definitely be calling again and can say he is the best, very friendly and polite. Thank you

Came out in the arranged time. Was really friendly and explained what had happen with boiler. He said he could fix it and would cost £640 in total and this would include the £140 call out fee. I mistakenly over paid him as I had just come from work and was trying to get it repaired asap as we had no hot water/heating. He took the money and hasn't said anything. Nice £740 for less than a hours work. I googled the chip board and could have got one for less than he had charged so overall, it has been a terrible experience.

When our boiler started leaking over the electricity RCD and our regular engineer was away, I contacted Umair to come and fix it. He told me the call out charge was £140, but in light of the dangerous electrics situation I bit the bullet and said ok. He went on to charge us £690 to replace 2 parts and was with us for a total of 75 minutes. On the Monday, the boiler wouldn’t switch off even when the water and radiators weren’t on, so I called our regular engineer to come and check. When he saw the bill, he looked very shocked and commented that one of the parts that was meant to be changed looked like it was the original part and even if it had been changed, the total job shouldn’t have cost more than £200. When I called Umair to comment, he was very evasive and made several concerning comments: -“I know I’m more expensive than most, what do you expect for an emergency call out” -“You probably can get the parts cheaper, but I carry them so you have to pay a premium for that” He then went on to say that he could refund some money if I didn’t leave a bad review. I refused and said I would take the hit to avoid other people having the experience of paying more than 3x what a job should cost. I’ll leave you with the words of my trusted engineer…”I really don’t like criticise fellow professionals, but you really have been ripped off”. Also, registered address is Bradford, not LS8.

Came on the Thursday to see if our old boiler was repairable, unfortunately it wasn't, had the new boiler up and running the next day.
