Incredaboil recently supplied and fitted a new boiler at my property. They moved it to a safer location and explained why this needed to be done! This was super helpful as I have little to no knowledge about boilers! They were professional throughout and answered all my questions, which reassured me they knew what they were doing. They left my property tidy and ensured I knew everything was working before leaving! So overall, I would very highly recommend Incredaboil for anyone looking for a new boiler!

Incredaboil have dealt with all of my gas engineering needs for the past 10 years. From installing gas lines during a kitchen install to specifying and installing and annually servicing a new heating system, they have always been professional and very knowledgable and I’ve always been confidence that the solutions provided are the best for my needs.

Just had bob come out to my boiler after it went out last night. Messaged him in the evening and responded very quickly and we arranged a time. Bob is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, he has bailed me out a few times! Our flat management company employed a firm to service all the boilers in our block and magically their assessment was that all of them needed replacing (!) I got Bob in for a 2nd opinion who serviced the boiler and wrote a report proving it was in perfect working order, that saved me a grand! Since then he's serviced the boiler a number of times and has always been on hand for other jobs. Most recently he came out and replaced an under sink unit within a few hours of me first messaging him. Thanks Bob and I can highly recommend!

It’s not very often I write reviews but a 5* review is fully justified! This week I have been away on holiday and I put the trust in Bob and his services to carry out a new boiler Worcester Bosch boiler install & unvented cylinder. The process was so much better… zero disturbance with us being on holiday and his communication was on point. Fantastic service from start to finish fully documented quotations and I’ll be in touch in 12 months time for that boiler service. Very much appreciated Bob!

I've used Incredaboil to diagnose and repair my boiler in the past and more recently at my parents house. I can't fault any part of our experience with Bob. Due to his knowledge of common faults and carrying spare parts on his van, Bob was able to repair the boiler straight away. Even the little things like putting shoe covers on shows respect for my property and a level of care that is hard to find in most trades

In addition to gas safety checks, which have always been done efficiently ensuring we stay compliant, he has also done countless repairs. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none and the willingness to help where they can at short notice is such a help. From gas safety checks to repairs and right through to new boiler installations, we have found them to ge reliable, honest and fairly priced and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Our boiler gave up the ghost after 10 years, Incredaboil had been servicing it for the last two, they gave me a really good price and installed a new one within a week of the old one giving up the ghost. I honestly will recommend Incredaboil to anyone, for new install and service they are always there. 10 out of 10

I can’t find any fault with Bob and the work he does. Always attends on time, is reasonably priced and always delivers a first class service. He’s helped us on many occasions when we’ve needed urgent help with our bolier due to previous faults prior to us purchasing the house.
