Brilliant company to use. We’ve used them quite a few times over the years from minor repairs to full boiler refits. Today we rang them at 8am complaining of no heating or hot water. Unfortunately, my experience with Boiler Man was not a positive one. I was charged simply for someone to come out and look at the fault, and then felt under pressure to have a new boiler fitted the very next day. Although the advice they gave me did ultimately turn out to be correct, I now know that I could have got the same advice without the cost and without feeling pressured into making such a quick decision, at a much more reasonable price and for a better unit. My biggest advice would be not to feel pressured into agreeing to work immediately. Take a step back, get a second opinion and look at your options. You can manage without hot water for a few days while you make sure you are making the right decision. Having since dealt with many other since, I would recommend anyone else over Boiler Man any day. The difference in approach, flexibility and overall experience was huge.

Most reputable and reliable boiler service ever! Rang Muhammad after seeing his incredible reviews as my boiler had been leaking whilst I was away and had been switched off for a while to avoid damage. He made me feel extremely comfortable on the phone and took the time to talk me through everything before even coming round and there was no pressure at any point to proceed. I could immediately tell that he was trust worthy and took extreme pride in his work. He was round within a few hours to diagnose the issue and made sure to show me exactly what part was affected and thoroughly educated me on the issue at hand - he even let me have a look myself so I could have complete transparency! As a woman, this was extremely important as it can be typical for other services to take advantage of the lack of knowledge but Muhammad was not like that whatsoever and I would recommend him to anyone! Parts were ordered speedily from diagnosis and was booked in for repair at the soonest possible slot. Repair was fast and executed perfectly with care, even checking everything before leaving to make sure it was safe and working correctly. Absolute stand up guy and would advise anyone with boiler issues to head straight his way ☺️

I got problems with my boiler and they came to rectify the problem straight away. We decided to get a new boiler and boilerman and his engineer came to install within no time, so we didn’t need to suffer with no heating and hot water for long time. Called at 5.45pm in the middle of the Christmas holidays, he answered straight away, got himself from Bradford to the other side of Leeds, replaced a crucial part and everything was done and dusted by 7.30pm. Great service. Rang late in a Sunday and they were out within 20 mins. Talked me what they thought was wrong on video call before hand and then showed me exactly what work was done when here.

Can't recommend Mohammed enough. We'd returned home after Christmas on Sunday night to find our boiler had gone caput while we were away, we were absolutely freezing with no hot water or heating. Mohammed was round within 20 minutes of calling, and at no extra charge for a sunday call out. He was very kind, very professional, and incredibly thorough, going out of his way to fix and clean every part of our crusty old boiler at no extra charge, and taking time to explain every step of his process and reasoning. Excellent service. Called “BoilerMan” on a Wednesday late afternoon after our boiler just stopped working. Quoted for emergency call out which was incredibly reasonable compared to other companies I had called. Text was sent immediately after the call confirming the call out charge and asked for my information if we did want to go ahead. Absolutely no pressure at any stage. At my house for 9am today and everything fixed and working before 10. Mohammad ensured that I was informed every step of the way, was super personable and did not talk down to me (as a lady I have had this in the past and it does irk me) and was really wonderful with my children who were very interested in what he was doing. Outstanding service. I called Boiler Man after my own boiler cover spent hours messing me around and refusing to come out to repair my boiler. I called boiler man and they came out in less than half hour, and the repair was done in less than an hour from when I called. Friendly service, quick and efficient.

After days of problems with the boiler at my son's address after a bath fitter had caused the boiler to stop working altogether I called the Boiler Man company. Little more than one hour later on a Friday late afternoon Mohammed Zubair turned up from the company. I advised him of all the problems we had over the last four days with the boiler. He was very polite and explained exactly what he would be trying to do to get the boiler working as soon as possible. Throughout the time he was at the house he continually updated me with what he was doing and the progress he was making. His manner was really friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. He spent two hours and many different ways to get the boiler working again which he finally managed to do. I cannot speak highly enough of Mohammed and his work ethic. He was all about the customer and how he could sort out my problem and get the boiler working. I would definitely use the Boiler Man company again and would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their boiler. Many thanks Mohammed you made me a very happy man this evening. Hot water and central heating again for my son and two grandsons at their home.

Unbelievably great service. I was up from London visiting my friends who is single parent. She’d been having problems with her boiler for few years each time calling different people and each time either being let down or even sadly ripped off. While visiting her boiler packed up completely. I tried to fix it buying and installing two parts with no success. Because of previous experiences she asked me to help her find someone as have some experience with boilers etc and also dealing with tradesmen. (I’m a builder and surveyor by trade) called two local numbers and could immediately tell they’d be a waste of time after my given then basic details of suspected fault. Then I remembered I’d seen a large billboard advert for boiler man Leeds. Tbh I was worried with a big advert like that I’d be dealing with a big company where you just a number but so so glad I called them. From the first point of contact with Mohamud I knew he was our guy. He was shy to say that she needed a new boiler but I kinda knew that’s was the reality of things as her old boiler was over ten years old and clearly been patched up number of times. Within 24 hours of contact her lovely knew boiler was installed and up and running. Good value and genuinely fantastic service. I would not hesitate to recommend them anyone and everyone in Leeds. I know I would struggle to find this kind of quality genuine service anywhere in London. Simply perfect!

Amazing job done from start to finish! I got in touch about needing an old boiler removed and a new one fitted. Communication was amazing and Mohammed was at the house having a look and providing me with options and a quote within a couple of days. Very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to where to put the new boiler and what type to go for. He gave us a really good price for the work compared to other quotes we had done. Mohammed did an amazing job installing the new boiler. He removed the old boiler and even removed kitchen cupboards that were in the way of the installation. He also disposed of all the old boiler and debris from the work without any extra charges. I can’t recommend this company enough, really pleased with the work and I will definitely use them again. 5 stars ⭐️
