Great service, called on a weekend about a leaking toilet and they were straight our on the monday (they did offer a same day service but it worked better for me on a monday). Friendly engineers who explained everything clearly and got the job done in no time. No mess no fuss, highly recommend.

Unprofessional and unreliable plumber who does not show up to scheduled appointments.

Booked on Saturday morning and the plumber was there by 1:00pm. He was very polite and completed the job without any issues. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing emergency. My neighbour’s toilet was seriously blocked and he had it sorted within 45 minutes. The fixed fee is expensive, but worth every penny to have the problem resolved so quickly.

Highly recommend this company - I needed an emergency plumber early in the morning to identify the problem of rushing water from an overflow pipe. Amir came promptly at the estimated time and quickly identified the problem. Will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend Smart Plumbers. We had problems with a leak which coincided with us selling the property so very stressful. Smart Plumbers arrived within a day, on time and worked non stop to resolve the issues. Very professional, explained what they were doing, showing us and happy to answer any questions we had. Due to internal workings of the pipework it took a while but they stuck at it and were brilliant. Cleaned up after as well. Made a very stressful situation a little easier and it all got sorted and repairs made good. Would use them again.

Very efficient service. I had called for a boiler repair this evening and the engineer had came within 25 minutes. He had serviced the boiler and had also installed a towel radiator. Furthermore, the service was spectacular the employee was very well communicated and kind.

Jeff the plumber was amazing, I had a burst pipe in the loft which was causing damage to the bedroom below. Within 20 minutes of calling Jeff arrived and stopped the leak in 5 minutes. He then put in a fresh pipe and used copper for a permanent fix. He was kind & courteous. I will be using him for all my future plumbing & heating needs.

Boiler broke down late Friday evening. Got recommended them from my neighbour. Excellent recommendation, I will also be recommending them to anyone who has boiler problems. They fixed it in 10 minutes. It was low pressure which i didn’t really understand but the engineer kindly explained and showed me how to top it up. I have booked a boiler service with them next week. The ‘field engineer’ you arranged to visit however didn’t turn up. I spoke with them around 2pm to see what time they expected to be with me. They didn’t seem to know much about the bath or its issues and said they would be with me between 4pm and 5pm They didn’t turn up by 4:30 so I called again and he said he would be with me before 5pm still. But by 5:30pm and 6pm still there was no sign of him and he also stopped answering his phone at this point and has never even rang with an apology or explanation

Engineer Hopeton was sent from Smart Plumbers to fix my Baxi Boiler. After doing some research online for the E133 fault code I needed a Gas Safe Registered Engineer to repair it. Within an hour he turned up, very respectful of my property as he put on shoe protectors without even asking. The error code on the boiler was displayed because of a faulty Gas valve, a part which he had in the van. He was done within the hour. Smart Plumbers have given me a 12 month warranty with the repair as well. Thanks for the help !
