Excellent service as always from Heatwise Plumbing!!! Boiler was not working at our office and Julian was able to attend within a few hours of my call. Julian asked for an image of the boiler so he was prepared when attending our office and it came to light that there was a fault with the meter after testing this and the boiler. Julian also advised of what we needed to do next and if any further issues once the Gas Supplier came out to fix the meter, to contact him. Would strongly recommend!!!!

Our boiler failed two days ago leaving us with no heating or hot water. I tried a number of gas engineers recommended by friends, none of whom were either available, or in two cases failed to return my call. I found Heatwise Plumbing on the internet and contacted them at14.54, their engineers arrived later that afternoon and by 18.00 our boiler was back up and running. From my initial contact I was impressed by their efficiency. The lady who took my call was very helpful and explained that the engineers would be with me later in the afternoon, she texted me later to say they were on their way. The two engineers were pleasant and smartly dressed. and clearly knew their stuff. They did a thorough diagnostic check of the boiler, identified the problem and rectified it. I would recommend Heatwise without any reservations. Full marks!

Our very old boiler was serviced and reset where necessary and is now running smoothly. The engineer showed us problems of internal wear and advised the need to replace the boiler next year.

I was told I had to change my boiler for £3k but when Heatwise came out they repaired it instead for £200. Clearly a far better outcome. The engineer and his apprentice knew their stuff and were very friendly and personable. Really pleased with the outcome!

From start to finish, the service was smooth and professional, yet also personal and friendly. Having had a service last year, they sent me a reminder and I was easily able to book a visit at a time to suit me. Communication was excellent before the visit. On site, Julian took time to explain what needed doing and why, showing me the the parts that had worn and needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill, which was more than anticipated (due to the extra part), but also represented good value for money. I can highly recommend this firm!

Great service. I needed a boiler service at my parents flat, and a Gas Safety Record. Engineers turned up close enough to the booked time to be perfect. Service went smoothly but it turns out the boiler needed a repair under warranty and my parents had not registered it. Engineers spoke to manufacturer and boiler was belatedly registered and manufacturer will come out under warranty to resolve the issue. Excellent service

I was very happy with the whole service. They worked hard and completed the job in one day. They were very tidy and helped my mum. They assisted and offered heating.

Professional, punctual, pleasant, provided a competitive quote and able to answer my queries satisfactorily for a new boiler. Did not try to change an electric switch when it couldn't be done and did not try to raise the price by suggesting changing the equipment or the radiators which were not of great benefit. Modified the kitchen cabinet to fit the new boiler. Some of the work by the previous installer was questionable but they did not berate him as many tradesman do. They protected the flooring and the carpet, cleaned the house before leaving and clearly explained the new installation. Thanks to Julian, Jason and Alfie. Its a great team. I wanted to leave a positive review for Julian from Heatwise. I had an emergency with water leaking from the boiler, just hours before I was leaving on a holiday. Julian helped me over a video call, helped isolate the problem and stopped the leak, all free of charge. Great service, very grateful for the help. Brilliant service, cannot fault. My boiler had been overheating for months and 2 3 other gas engineers had tried and failed to diagnose the problem. I was one step away from throwing in the towel and getting a new one before calling Heatwise. Julian was a genius! Went through the issue methodoically, confirmed there was nothing fundamentally wrong with boiler and set about finding the root of the issue. Turned out to be a rubber gasket that had failed deep inside the boiler which was venting exhaust gases and heat into the boiler and tripping it. £5 part - but not easy to find. week later part found and fitted and boiler has been perfect ever since.

Have used Heatwise for the last four years so when I moved house last month and my Central heating boiler needed servicing and two radiators needed removing ready for room decoration I didn’t hesitate. Julian removed the radiators efficiently, but when it came to service the boiler he detected a manufacturing error that stopped him from proceeding with the service. He immediately called the company, involved me every step of the way and gave advice so I could handle any questions the customer service employee raised. I felt confident that it could be sorted under warranty. The boiler will be fixed under warranty in a few days time and Julian will be able to complete the service. I have used the services of Heatwise to service my boiler over the years. I was able to make an appointment to suit me and my boiler was serviced by Daniel. I found him to be very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. So much so, that I recommended the company to a friend of mine and had no fears about doing so. I can't think of any reason why I should get my boiler serviced by anyone else!

I was very impressed that the first thing Julian did was to cover the carpet with some kind of plastic. I have never had this kind of service before as my old plumbers would just came in and walked all over the house with his muddy boots leaving me to hire a carpet cleaner afterwards to clean the whole house. Excellent time keeper. Very patient with me when I couldn't find the main tap valve to the house, which was needful to turn off the water supply in order to work on the troubleshooting boiler. Heatwise team took about an hour to locate it. Eventually, they found it hidden behind the kitchen cabin under the boiler, which they had to open after after all searches failed. I’ve used Heatwise for a few years now and have always found them to be pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable so they were my first choice when I needed a new boiler. Julian and Jason fitted my new boiler with minimal disruption and left no dirt or mess. Previous to starting, Julian explained our options and recommended a solution which is now working admirably. Throughout their day and a half fitting the boiler and carrying out associated works (removing an old cylinder, shower pump etc) they were polite and courteous. Communication before and after installation has been prompt, and they will automatically contact me each year to arrange a service to maintain the 12 year guarantee. Highly recommended.

The central heating on my out of warranty Worcester Bosch boiler packed in recently, although I still had hot water. After getting a mixed response by calling round I’d like to pass on a gold star recommendation for Heatwise Heating, gas safe registered engineers based in Moortown. I had 3+ visits from other boiler engineers through my bank insurance who never resolved the issue, and advised I needed a new expansion vessel, heatwise attended on time and advised the vessel is fine and diagnosed the issue and adv the vessel just needed calibration done and recharging, very reasonable costs and will use again.i received updates on the visit.

Incredibly impressed with Julian and colleague (whose name I've forgotten - sorry!); not only did they fit my shiny new boiler, neatly moving it up the wall, with a minimum of mess, they also diagnosed and fixed a slow gas leak in a corroded pipe deep under my floor, which had been missed on previous gas safety surveys (potentially resulting in the incorrect condemning of other household appliances). All done with a smile despite the freezing weather. p.s. make sure to have good coffee on hand - it will be much appreciated!

Just over 12 months ago my old boiler finally had enough and failed beyond repair. Despite the bad time of year, up stepped Julian and his team. Arranged installation of a new combi boiler from an old vented system within the week. All the work was done in a day including all electrics, gas and tidying up. Heatwise offered a competitive package when I decided to replace my existing 13yr old boiler. A date for the job was agreed and their engineers arrived at 7 45 on that day as promised. The old boiler and dated pipework was promptly removed, the new installation was then completed and the heating system was flushed out and commissioned ready for use by mid afternoon. I cannot recommend Heatwise highly enough. Our boiler broke a few days before Christmas and by Christmas Eve Julian had managed to find a replacement to fit in our kitchen. He booked us in to start work straight after Christmas. He did a power flush and fitted the new boiler, finding solutions to a few problems that cropped up in a calm and easy going professional manner. The job took two full days and the house was left clean and tidy with a working boiler!

Julian and Jason installed a new boiler within just over half a day and when they finished it looked as though no one had been - apart from the new boiler that was left, sitting pretty. Great service. Kenny arrived on time, was clean and tidy and extremely helpful - he even spruced up the paintwork behind the radiator before fitting a new one! He found a minor problem (leaky valve) in addition to replacing the radiator, and sorted it with no fuss. Would always recommend Heatwise. And just a word of praise for Dominique who does the admin - she is very efficient. :)

I can't recommend Heatwise highly enough. Had a boiler give up the ghost and contacted Julian. He talked me through the options, quoted a fair price to replace it (it truly was beyond repair) and rearranged appointments to install the boiler as soon as possible. They worked past 8pm to finish the job in one day and found and fixed several supplementary issues as they inevitably appeared during an installation of this type. First class service from a firm that take pride in their work.

*WARNING* I rarely leave negative reviews but being charged £175 labour for "a tricky job" to replace a part which then takes less than 30 minutes does not suggest a trustworthy trader.

Julian came to have a look at our heating that was not turning on. Turned out the problem was the thermostat, he checked if he had a spare one in the van and had it fixed and working shortly after. He also showed us how to sort out the pressure on the boiler at the same time. Professional job quickly done.

We recently had Julian come and look at our boiler which was not holding its pressure. Resulting in us having to daily sometimes multiple times a day top it up so we had hot water coming through. He was very friendly and kept us up to date with what he thought the issue was and what he could do resolve it, and was very transparent regarding what the cost would be. His work was done two weeks ago now and so far everything if perfect with the work he has completed. I would not hesitate in recommending Heatwise to anyone who is having issues with their boilers.
