LW Gas Ltd

Very very excellent service Bradley was brilliant sorted out the problem 👍 now I have piping hot water 💦💦

We have been with LW Gas for around 6 years now and they have always provided a very polite and reliable service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Currently we are thinking about extending our relationship with them by looking into Air Conditioning as well as the existing Gas Boiler Servicing and Maintenance, so they must be doing something right !

We used LW Gas to install two air con units in our new build, and the service was 10/10. Lewis and Tom were both professional and efficient. They were particularly courteous, keeping noise down while I was in a meeting. I would definitely recommend LW Gas for your air con needs!

Always professional. Always courteous. Always a 1st class job. This is a well run, efficient operation. They always respond very quickly and always with professionalism. As you can probably tell, I would recommend L W Gas every time.

Always friendly, efficient and prompt. Would recommend them.

I have used Lee & LW Gas for around 12 years now after waking up to how much British Gas were constantly giving less for more money. LW are both a smart outfit & immensely competent, on the rare occasion I have had an issue they have prioritised a break down & have also provided servicing year on year to a high standard. The fitters are tidy, polite, skilled & able to take payment in person by card etc. Just always as simple as it should be. Highly recommend people look at what they pay BG year on year as I stopped paying the yearly cover & 10yrs out of 12 I have saved that payment other than the service cost approx 40% of service cover. P.S. I forgot to add that the ladies in the LW Gas office are extremely helpful, very friendly & competent too.

Genuinely. The customer service for this company is sublime. I’ve had issues with some of my heating and they will reply instantly and come out as soon as they can. I have even contacted one of the engineers and they were on holiday, still got me booked in and back up and running.

I have used LW Gas for a few years and have found them very reliable, trustworthy, professional and always turn up when they say. I called them the other day for boiler service and removal of 2 radiators and they came the same day. Really pleasant friendly chaps, clean workers no spillage from radiators, very professional. Will be using again to replace radiators when decorating has been done.

We have been using L W Gas for years.. When we moved house 5 years ago they didn't push us into a new Boiler but did say it would need replacing. We have just had our new boiler fitted and a shiny new yellow radiator. The two engineers who fitted were lovely, polite and took time to introduce me to the new boiler and how to use the app. I would use them every time.

Have been using Lee and his team for 12 years when they fitted a new boiler. Always fantastic service. Cannot recommend enough.

Easy booking, arrived on time, very professional service and very good customer service. Will be using LW every year.

From my first enquiry to the installation of our new boiler I can't say how impressed I've been with LW Gas. The team who undertook the installation were efficient and left their work areas imaculate, all waste was disposed of and you wouldn't know they'd been. Just a big thumbs up from me.

LW Gas has been my boiler servicer and supplier for quite a few years now. Their service is impeccable and efficient. I could not recommend them enough.

Excellent service. Ontime, friendly, and very efficient.

L W Gas arranged a date for my boiler to be serviced very promptly. The engineer, Brad, was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Reassuring to know boiler in capable hands!

Recently had my Annual Boiler Service. Very professional Engineer and great service. Would recommend them highly.

Ken, the heating engineer from LW Gas has to be one of the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable engineers I've experienced as a domestic customer. He gave a thorough assessment of the boiler, explained the remedial steps needed and offered an estimate for the works. All works completed to good standard. Also had a Hive thermostat fitted, which Ken explained in detail. Again, great experience and I highly recommend his professionalism.

LG Gas recently fixed a water leak in our boiler. I called in after hours, and they were out first thing next morning. Great customer service. They've been maintaining our boiler since they installed it the day Portsmouth won the FA cup, which obviously a long time, and that's done the trick. Couldn't recommend LW Gas highly enough.

Reliable and Good Value for Money Have used LW Gas for the last 20 years they installed our original boiler and serviced it each year. Our boiler eventually last month decided it needed new parts. However after discussing with Lee we decided to go for a new boiler. This time Lewis and Tom came to replace it. Punctual, efficient, polite, ensured they left the area as clean and tidy as they found it. Will continue to use L W Gas for the next 20 year!!

A fantastic service, from start to finish. I had a boiler moved from the loft to the airing cupboard and this was completed in 1 day, with a professional, friendly, communicative and tidy service. To finally have a reliable gas engineering company I can call on is a huge weight off my mind, as I have tried many local services and all have left me stressed, worried, and sometimes worse off than before they arrived. I highly recommend L W Gas, and will most definitely use again.

Have used LW Gas for last 5 years to service gas boiler and hot water tank. Great communication, always punctual and courteous

After a routine boiler inspection they replaced our boiler due to a fault with old. Process was quick and efficient with friendly workman. Great service also when I called with questions in advance.

An efficient, friendly and obviously careful chap came to do my annual boiler service. Very happy with LW Gas and have no plans - at the moment - of changing who I go to.

Very pleased with LW Gas. We had multiple problems with our Oil fired Central heating system, and LW fixed them all, coming out at short notice and even juggling appointments and engineers where they could to fit us in more quickly. Engineers were always on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't fault them would definitiely use them again.

I can't praise these installers enough. Lee came out to quote for a boiler replacement at 10am on Monday, received very competitive quote 3 hours later; Lewis and his 2 colleagues arrived on time at 11am on Friday and finished and left the new boiler working at 3pm. Every one was very professional, polite and careful. We then had a slight problem on Saturday evening and Lewis came out immediately at 8pm and sorted it. Absolutely brilliant customer service ethos throughout the whole family run company and they provide a very competitive service. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

The engineers are very professional, polite, on-time, tidy, and efficient. Backed up by a well organised office team, with great, communications, and clear costings, its genuinely a pleasure to use them. Over the last 6 years we've had a new boiler fitted, radiators, annual services etc, always on point.

Very responsive and well organised firm. Easy to deal with and provided friendly advice.

Prompt response and excellent service - recommended

Gas boiler serviced, arrived on time and did a fantastic job.

I have used this company to install a new oil boiler and service it since. A good, reliable and professional team that do their very best to solve problems. Thoroughly recommended.

fast and excellent service

JWGas are a fantastic company would highly recommend so reliable and efficient price was reasonable communication was great will be using again couldn’t have asked for better service.

Excellent Central Heating Boiler Service

We have used LW Gas to service and install our boilers for the last 20+ years. I would highly recommend!

Routine annual boiler service carried out efficiently, to time on gas boiler fitted by Lee and his team on a bank holiday ! Who else could you find to do this!!

We have used this company several times over recent years and have been very pleased with the service offered by the engineers but also that of the office staff - Liz you have been so helpful!

I’ve been using LW Gas for my elderly mother for a number of years, including two boiler installs along with regular servicing. On Boxing Day, my mother had no heating or hot water. I called LW Gas in the early evening and left a message, not really expecting a quick response. However, I was called back within 5 minutes by Lewis. I explained the problem and he promised to be there first thing in the morning. He was there by 0830, diagnosed that the programmer was shot, popped up the road to purchase a replacement and by 0930 my mother had a working system again. You can’t complain about that level of service! I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend LW Gas without hesitation.

LW Gas removed our entire old heating system, including the water tank, and installed a new boiler — all completed in just one day! They arrived early in the morning and finished on time, which was very important for me as I had to leave for the school run. They suggested a really good boiler option, well suited to the house, and the price and finance options were very reasonable. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend LW Gas.

Straightforward annual boiler service carried as scheduled with no dramas. Friendly, polite, informative and tidy person.

Fast efficient timely service. Work was carried out quickly and tidily by a very pleasant member of your team. I wouldn’t hesitate to call you again. Thank you.

We were very happy with the workLW Gas limited down for us. Bradley was friendly clean worker. Carried job out very well and explained everything. Would recommend that firm thanks again . Reasonable priced

Would and do highly recommend LW to anyone! Have used them a handful of times now and so have friends & family. Always polite, punctual and professional.

Can’t praise L W Gas enough, my elderly mums boiler was leaking water, being 5.30 in the evening we thought we had a huge problem but within an hour of calling the engineer arrived on site and temporarily sorted the problem so she had heat and then returned the next day to replace the faulty part. Lewis was so courteous and polite to Mum and we can’t thank him enough.

Good professional service. Arrived on time and reasonably priced. Well done Bradley.

Genuinely could not have received better service if we’d have asked for it. We called LW Gas Ltd as our boiler had shut down, within 30 minutes Lewis came to our house, took the boiler apart, suggested what it likely was and showed us what he was doing, he continued to work on our boiler and managed to fire it back up, enabling us to have heating and hot water in our time of need. Lewis was nothing short of outstanding in our eyes. Thank you so much.!!

Our boiler was not working correctly, after testing the fault was rectified.. Quick and reliable

I’ve been using LW Gas LTD for a few years now, and they’ve always been fantastic! They recently came out to fix my boiler and as always, they were friendly, efficient, and quick to respond. It’s such a relief to know I can rely on them, especially during the winter months. Always great service! Thank you so much ! I would highly recommended!

Professional and punctual service. Great communication from booking to after visit. I will definitely use LW Gas again

Amazing service, issue found and sorted in like half an hour. Highly recommended

LW Gas are a reliable and trustworthy business. Have used them since moving to my current address back in 06. They have installed 2 boilers in this time. Their engineers have worked with the business for a number of years and are very personable. The communication is second to none, they are in touch right up to the day to let you know if there's going to be any issues with the engineer's timings. The engineer turned up on time, promptly completing the service. Took the payment on the handheld machine, then off to his next job. Would thoroughly recommend for a service or installation work.

This month Ken carried out our usual annual boiler service as well as the installation of the new Hive smart thermostat. Everything was completed in time and to a very high standard of quality. Ken also took the time to explain in detail all the functions of the thermostat. I am always pleased with their work and the competitive prices. Truly admirable work ethic and reliability!

Friendly, knowledgeable, listened to me, did the job!

I’ve been using LW Gas Ltd for about 10 years and they’ve always been excellent. My recent boiler service was completed promptly and efficiently by a friendly engineer. Great communication and reliable service every time — highly recommend!

Great service, punctual polite and tidy

We engaged L W Gas to service our boiler (which was long overdue). We easily set up a convenient time & date. It was thoughtful to give us the name of our guy beforehand and when Ken turned up he was pleasant, informative and efficient. Several parts were replaced yet the final invoice still came in very close to the (very reasonable) basic quote. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service.

We've been loyal customers for many years. Always prompt and efficient service from both the office team and the engineers. The team go above and beyond to offer first class service.

Clean and reliable.

Great service and friendly team over the last 2 years! Will continue to use LW Gas for future services.

Ken arrived on time, he is friendly, cheerful and a total professional. Always clean and tidy. We recommend LW Gas.

I had a crisis - a gas leak! Phoned for help early morning and had a call back within minutes, before they even opened, giving me the emergency gas network number. SGN came round quickly and disconnected the gas, and LW arrived later to review and confirm that yes my pipework was old and needing replacing. They quoted for the work and managed to fit me in the following week, as I had no gas and no hot water throughout. Super team, friendly and really helpful. Would definitely recommend :-)

We have used LW Gas for a number of years, both at our own house and a rental property. I like that the Gas Engineers are always friendly and efficient. The office reminds me when the annual service is due on our boiler and they are always on time once the booking is made.

Just had these guys fit our new boiler, they were very professional from start to finish. Kept me updated on when they were going to attend and very easy to contact if I had any questions. The day my boiler was installed they arrived on time, they were very friendly and did a great job with minimal disruption to my day. Everything was left clean and tidy. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed. Lee quoted promptly after visiting, and was polite and informative while visiting. The installation team were great, both making sure not to leave a mess (impressive when fitting a boiler) and keeping me informed of the whole process ahead of time and as we went through it. Work was completed in good time and so far boiler is working excellently! LW Gas also registered the guarantee for me which is a great after-work touch. Would certainly recommend.

Had a leak from an old solder joint so I called LW gas as I have used them for over 20 years. Once again they were quick to react, performing a brilliant repair the next day , Ken completed a repair in a very awkward place in a kitchen cupboard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I use L W Gas every year to service our boiler and I'm always really happy with everything - they are excellent at communicating and getting the service booked in, they send helpful reminders, the engineers are always friendly and courteous, and the price is very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring similar work.

Annual boiler service carried out.

They called recently to service my boiler, and the enhineer Bradley was courteous and polite, and very friendly. Bradley did a great job, what you would expect from LW Gas. I have been using them for years, shortly after they were formed. I recommend them, and I am sure you will be satisfied with their service.

Would highly recommend , from office to engineers- all staff have been very helpful. Turn around brilliant, here within 30 minutes of calling, new boiler delivered and installed 2 days later. Great service!

A massive shout-out to LW Gas, who have been consistently wonderful over the last few years we’ve used them! They originally fitted a Worcester boiler and two radiators for us back in 2022 and were incredibly polite, efficient, and professional. They were by far the most reasonably priced, with no hidden fees—just honest, reliable service. Truly the most dependable trade company I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve trusted them every year since for our boiler servicing and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Today, they were absolute heroes. We rang in a bit of a panic, and the lovely Christine was so helpful. She listened carefully and called me back within moments with a solution. Christine, you’re a star—so kind, efficient, and calm under pressure. You really saved the day! The MVP of the day was Brad, who arrived just a couple of hours later—even though we’re based in Andover and LW Gas are over Southampton way. Brad not only sorted the issue (a leak), but also went ahead and did our boiler service while he was here. Despite the baking heat, Brad was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and got us sorted without fuss—and at a very reasonable cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Brad is a real credit to LW Gas. Thank you so much to both Brad and Christine—we’re genuinely grateful for your help today!

So efficient and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and very clean.

It was easy to book via email and LW Gas were really quick to respond with answers to my questions. Very reasonable rate. Bradley arrived on time, was friendly, identified an issue and called SGN to come out straight away to fix it. He even called the next day to check that SGN had fixed it. Excellent service and will be using every year.

Boiler Service in March. Friendly, punctual, tidy as usual.

As always an excellent service by L W Gas, the technician was punctual, clean and efficient

I would definitely use LW Gas again. They are very reliable and professional. This is the third time I have used them and they really can’t do enough for the customer. Whilst I did not use them to fit a new boiler (family member fitted it) their quote was reasonable. Thank you

Excellent company. Very professional, organised and helpful. Boiler replaced extremely efficiently and without mess. Paperwork all done by LW Gas, so a hassle free service for the customer. Even kindly sorted an extra plumbing issue for us whilst here. Would highly recommend. Couldn't ask for more!

Have used these guys for years. Reliable, professional and good value.

Great friendly, efficient service. 2 radiators upgraded to larger size. Many thanks Matt :)

Incredible service from LW Gas, extremely helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person. Matthew was very professional, clean and tidy when completing the service and removal of our 2 gas fireplaces. Would recommend.

Our boiler was due for its annual service which had been booked. Shortly before however, the boiler started cutting out after a few minutes, the house became cold and we had to switch to the immersion heater for hot water. The service date was brought forward. They turned up on time, investigated the problem thoroughly, serviced the boiler, made some adjustments to the bypass valve and replaced a zone valve motor for good measure. They had it all running again within 2 hours and advised against expensive procedures for now (e.g. power flushing, cutting out clogged pipework). All fine since and very happy! Highly recommended.

This Company is amazing.I contacted them late yesterday because I had an horrendous water leak that I thought was to do with my heating system but in fact was a plumbing issue. Lewis came out and was so helpful and tried to alleviate further damage by putting holes in the ceiling to ensure it did not collapse on me. He gave me advice on who to contact and how to deal with things. Thank you LW Gas for your support.

Quite simply, excellent! Unfortunately I needed a new boiler and fast. LW Gas were quick to answer my request, same day appointment to check if it was needed, then provided me with a realistic quote. The following day they installed it…..bosh! The lads arrived bang on time, cracked on with the work, calmly, politely and frankly, just normal people - rare nowadays! AND, they even tidied up after themselves, cooorrre!!! Genuinely, it’s been a pleasant experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend. Thanks :)

Great service by Bradley arrived on time and was able to answer some questions I had with my boiler. I would definitely recommend and will be using LW gas in the future.

Great guys. helpful office staff and great engineers. polite, helpful, good advice. Tidy and professional. They come each year to service the boiler having done a great job of fitting it 3 years ago. really recommend.

Lee and his team are great. They responded quickly to my call when we were without any hot water, and in getting a quote back to us with different options to consider the same day. Installation of the new boiler and removal of the tank went smoothly; the team arrived on time making a quick start on the job itself. I also received a follow up call to make sure all went okay the day afterwards. Very impressed with the service from all involved. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly and helpfull. Tidy worksmans.

I been using LW Gas services from last three years and it has been good experience. Engineer to visit on time and does all the necessary inspections without any issue. Definitely recommend to use for Gas Boiler related services.

Very pleasant and professional company. Great to deal with .

Unprofessional, unreliable, rude. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Stay clear! Edit: yes I was rude on the phone, who wouldn't be after getting blamed for my hot water and heating not working! It was working fine before your plumber turned up. And when I call to enquire I get abuse over the phone and get hung up on! You don't talk to paying customers like that! If you don't enjoy your job don't do it. Absolutely disgusting service

Excellent and reliable service, would highly recommend

As always a professional service from LW Gas. They installed our heating system 8 years ago and have serviced it each year. We have had no problems and Lee and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellant ! New boiler fitted.

Top class

Fantastic service, from initial booking to completion of work, this company was a pleasure to deal with. Engineers arrived spot on time, were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer some questions I had regarding my boiler and service. Will happily rebook them again for next year's boiler service and would recommend.

Fitted a replacement Worcester combination boiler for us 23/9/24. Several variations of quotation were given covering various options discussed. The work was carried out very professionally, and the old messy boiler pipe work was replaced with well laid out new pipe work. Very happy with the end result, and done for a competitive price. Would recommend without hesitation.

Efficient and pleasant company to deal with. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my boiler service and repair. I requested a quick response (Sunday) and received an appointment the next morning at 7 am. I highly recommend LW Gas and will use them for all my boiler needs in the future..

After selecting LW Gas to install my boiler several years ago I have been extremely satisfied with company’s customer service. They come every year to check all is well with the boiler and the system. I can highly recommend LW Gas, their attention to detail and communication are second to none.

We had our Combi boiler serviced in August and were very satisfied with the service provided. The Engineer was thorough, answered all our queries and left the area clean and tidy. He also arrived at the premises on time.

Great service as always.

The over all experience was nothing less than professional. From initial contact to job completion we were guide through the process and the staff were curious, and polite I would absolutely want LW gas Ltd to to be involved in future planned projects

Bradley was really friendly and did a great job. Gave us lots of useful information and tips that we didn't know about before. Would 100% use LW gas again. Thanks!

Great experience with LW Gas. They fitted our boiler over five years ago after our old one gave up the ghost. They were really helpful explaining the different options. Since then they've continued to service it every year and we've had no problems. Everyone we've met has been incredibly polite and professional. Communications about appointment times etc always very timely. Would highly recommend.

A good company to do business with. Engineer was on time and completed our boiler's annual service without difficulty.

LW Gas carried out a boiler service. Bradley was prompt, efficient and friendly, happy to answer any questions I had. We've used LW Gas for several years now and have always been very happy with their service and would happily recommend them.

For a boiler service. Great professional service, friendly, knowledgeable. Tidy job.

Excellent service, polite and tidy engineers, what's not to like.

Good communication, on time, tidy and very competitive pricing.

The engineer was prompt, polite and tidy, explained clearly what he was doing and made a very neat job of replacing the radiator too

A pleasure to deal with the company - from Liz reminding me that a boiler service was required, to Brad who came and serviced the boiler. Extremely efficient and very friendly company. I thoroughly recommend LW Gas.

Excellent. All aspects of the service provided by LW Gas is to a very high standard. Prompt, clean, polite, tidy and an all round excellent job.

Always efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I've been using then for years and have recommended to friends.

Great service as usual

Good

Great service thank you. Prompt and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

Very efficient from start to finish. Competitive quote to replace boiler and had a wealth of experience when unexpected problems occurred.

Excellent customer service and tradesmen. Couldn't ask for better professionalism from start to finish, they explained everything, cleaned up after themself and even took the old boiler and tank away with them at no extra cost. 100% recommend!

This was an annual LPG boiler service. During which Matthew found a broken gasket which was replaced. LW Gas installed my boiler and have serviced it annually since. They are reliable and pleasant. They must be doing a good job because I never have any problems with the boiler during the year. I was pleased that they replaced the burner gasket and had the spare with them. The broken gasket was shown to me and the price for replacement was specified before this work proceeded. I'm very happy with the service and have no intention of using anyone else.

I have been using LW Gas now for more than 18 years and cannot rate them highly enough. From your initial point of call, to arranging an appt and the service that is carried out. All staff are friendly and professional and it is extremely great value. I would highly recommend this Company to all my friends and family. 100%

LW Gas were a great company to deal with from start to finish. We were given great advice and explanation of what kind of boilers and system would be best for us and Lee and the team were always at hand to give detailed answers for any questions we had. The installation process was very smooth, the team were very polite and friendly and clearly had detailed knowledge of the equipment that they were installing. We were left feeling very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company.

A really great and prompt service. We had a visit and quote to replace our old boiler the day after we phoned and an available install date a week later. The guys that fitted it were very professional and polite and I'm very happy with the product. All in all, a really great job.

Fast response, quick turnaround, professional attitude and agile problem resolution. So happy to be LW Gas client for 10 years. Look no further for heating professionals.

Excellent service from Lee and the team to call out and fix my boiler within an hour of my call. 5 star plus service. I can’t rate highly enough and thoroughly recommend

Called Lee on Friday late afternoon with a problem with my boiler, he had finished work and was enjoying some down time with friends however he made sure that I had someone with me by 8am the next day even though it was Saturday. Excellent customer service. The engineer arrived and resolved the issue straight away.

Our combi boiler was playing up and so I contacted LW because of their good rating on the Hampshire Trading Standards site. I was not disappointed. Called on a Friday and the engineer came on the Monday. Quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a quote. Quote agreed on Tuesday and the fix and a service were carried out on Friday. Engineer was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great job fitting a new boiler, clean tidy and really make sure they look after the property wile they are carrying out the work would highly recommend.

Phoned at 8-20 boiler fixed by 9-55 brilliant service thank you.

Or central heating programmer broke in Feb 2023 in a cold spell. LW gas were recommended to us. They answered the phone and arrived at our house all before 9am. They explained the problem and sorted a temporary solution. Their quote for replacement was competitive. We got them in in April to replace and update it all. Took them the morning, they were tidy, courteous, and stuck to the quote. Very happy with results. Would recommend.

L W Gas service my boiler and fire annually, they are reliable and professional. They always remind me when the service is due (a helpful service to provide) and I am very happy with the work carried out.

LW Gas installed a new boiler for me in 2019, after providing a competitive quote. They have serviced it annually since then. I have found all employees that I have come into contact with professional, knowledgable, prompt and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending LW Gas to anyone needing installation and servicing of gas equipment.

If you are looking for anything gas related use this company. They gave good advice when other companies were floundering. They were prompt at every stage of our heating installation. They took time to explain the things they were doing and left the place clean and tidy. This is an outstanding family business and I recommend them without hesitation.

I have used LW Gas for a few years now. Originally to install the boiler and then to maintain it. Recently they fixed a radiator issue from a bathroom install someone else did. I've always found their engineers to be polite and courteous, and they turn up when they say they'll turn up

I now use LW Gas for all my central heating and gas work. Over the last 3 years they have provided me with a consistently exceptional level of service from new boiler installation, gas hob removal and replacement and other work to gas pipework as necessary. Always helpful and flexible, I would not hesitate in recommending Lee and his team.

I can highly recommend LW Gas. The service is friendly and very professional. After being let down by Heatwave I contacted LW Gas to see if they could diagnose and repair my boiler, Luke arrived and knew what the issue was with my Ideal boiler straight away. I felt the cost of the repair, parts, and labour were reasonable. It was also worth every penny to have an engineer with an obvious level of experience. Within a few days of me agreeing the quote Luke arrived again to repair the boiler for me. I'm very happy with the overall level of work and service I received, I would also like to thank Liz for arranging everything.

Fantastic company, fast and efficient service. Very polite guys too. L W went above and beyond to help fix a substantial leak in our hot water tank over the Christmas period. I won’t use anyone else now for all our boiler and heating repair and maintenance jobs. Thanks so much. Highly recommended

LW Gas saved the day yesterday. Lee was amazing. Despite having finished work for the day and about to settle down to watch England in the World Cup quarter finals, he came to our rescue. Our boiler had stopped working and with minus temperatures outside, two young kids and family coming for dinner, it was the last thing we needed. Lee knew exactly what was up and gave us clear instructions on how to fix the issue. Thanks to him, the boiler was soon working again and we didn’t freeze. So charming and professional. We couldn’t recommend LW Gas more. Thanks Lee.

Always had good dealings with LW Gas. Really professional, reliable and quality. Not the cheapest but then "buy cheap, buy twice" as they say. Highly recommended.

Job : Decommission old boiler (Potterton system boiler), supply, reposition and install Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Style 40kwh combi boiler, remove old cylinder and attic tanks, reroute the shower feeds in the attic so as to allow attic flooring plus replace 2 radiator thermostats that no longer functioned. The team were very professional and the operation was slick, each of the 4 team members did their job very well. By the end of day one the install was completed and the following day the jet wash procedure began. At the end of the day we have a new boiler delivering hot radiators all round the house (which we didn't have before), high pressure water flow hot and cold (which we didn't have before), upstairs showers that are now like power showers instead of the old, limp feed we had before and a bolier which is more conveniently positioned. The LW Gas team did a pretty good job of tidying up afterwards, there was little for me to do except fill in some celing gaps where the old piping had been and replace a few wall tiles where the old boiler had been. Very pleased with the result and service, not cheap of course but close to other like for like quotes.

Highly Recommend Excellent service, prompt, efficient, friendly and good value. I will be changing my annual service to this company based on their exceptional service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to deliver a same day call out for a heating bill that was rising by the second as I could not switch the heating off and put my mind at rest. Will definitely stay with them. Cannot thank you enough. *****

The engineers are very pleasant and do a thorough job, very impressed thank you

I have been a customer of LW Gas for many years and their heating engineers do a consistently good job. Without exception they are reliable, knowledgeable and polite. The faces may change occasionally but the level of service remains reassuringly the same.

I was very pleased with the prompt, clean and professional manner of the engineer and of the quality of the installation. The price was competitive and based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending L W gas Ltd

Everyone from start to finish where very polite, professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better.

LW Gas have always given a superb thorough service. They have always been friendly, helpful, professional and always accommodating. I have used them for many years now and would thoroughly recommend them for speed, responsiveness, efficiency and good value!

I needed an LPG gas changeover valve replacement. LW Gas were excellent and very helpful. I already had a new valve which they fitted for me. Quick, efficient, courteous. Highly recommend

Fast response time, bent over backwards to reassure everything was safe, reasonably priced and everyone I spoke to was friendly

We have been using L W Gas for over 10 years now and they have always been very professional, courteous and reliable. We have used them for boiler installation on two occasions and to carry out all annual services. We would definitely recommend them.

We were in need of a new boiler and used LW Gas. Great service and very efficient with a great team of installers. They removed the old boiler from the kitchen and installed then new one in the utility room as well as this they moved and installed a couple of new radiators for us. Would defiantly recommend.

It was pretty obvious that our 20 plus year old gas boiler was in need of replacement. That was the easy part. The hard part was finding someone to do it. We tried British Gas and that was a disaster from start to finish. They failed to keep two appointments and when the engineer finally attended on the third visit he spent an hour drinking coffee and telling us the job was too complicated to do and that the person who signed us up for it didn't know what he was doing. Another engineer, strongly recommended by a friend, attended once and left us in the lurch. One said that he would do the job but only by ripping up our carpets to run the essential wiring. Finally, I was talking to a friend who recommended LW Gas Ltd as they had installed his new boiler. It was in the middle of the Covid pandemic so installation was delayed but eventually it was achieved. Radio controlled systems were used so that our carpets could rest in peace. As compensation for the delayed installation two free services were offered. We have already had one and there was no quibbling about it so that will be the best part of £200 saved after next year's service. Apart from the delayed installation, for which I blame Covid not LW Gas, everything was perfect. Yes, it was a complex installation which is why I had to have the best man on the job but we haven't had a moment's trouble since it was done. Our gas bill for a whole year was about 65% of the previous year's. If you can get them, book LW Gas with absolute confidence.

LW Gas have a fabulous friendly team who are super efficient, highly professional, and exceed expectations every time. They genuinely value their customers, going out of their way to be helpful. We have used LW Gas for both regular servicing as well as call-outs when things have gone wrong and they have always been prompt, thorough, methodical, clean and tidy, and a pleasure to welcome into our home. Their communication (both with the office, on the phone, and in person) is pro-active, clear and informative every step of the way. The company is clearly good at employing professional, polite, kind and pro-active people because we have met a number of staff and all have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

We had a new boiler fitted by Matt. Excellent service....quick response and competitive price. Very happy with the service. D&E

Absolutely lovely people, really friendly and efficient, I wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone.

L W Gas installed our boiler and we have used them every since. Would definitely recommend. Excellent service, friendly staff and good prices

I called on a Saturday about a broken boiler and they had someone out at 0700 Monday morning and it was fixed within two days. Great service from the engineers - would recommend.

Had young Matthew pop over to fix a leak and connect our stove and a few other little bits in our new property. He is a really nice young lad, professional, reliable and honest. The rates were also more than fair. Will definitely be using LW Gas for any future needs!

LW Gas Ltd attended my elderly parents house as an emergency call out to fix a boiler, this was completed very quickly and thoroughly, highly recommended! Thanks again.

An extremely trustworthy, professional company to deal with. From start to finish, they were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was left super clean. Thanks again

Great company .highly recommended. Wouldn't go to anywhere else .

Great service, friendly and useful engineer who kept to social distance measures, and wore a face mask.

BRILLIANT... Highly Recommended. I didn't want cheap, I wanted the best boiler and central heating upgrade I could afford and a quality, trusted service. Lee provided a detailed quote with three alternative prices with no hidden costs. The installation carried out by Mark, Lewis and Mitch was first class, thank you. So pleased with the Bosch Greenstar boiler ... money well invested.

Used them for 14 years. Would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First rate service, always super clean, friendly and considerate

Excellent job. Fair price.

Couldn't be bothered to return my telephone call. On my second call to make contact I committed a grave sin mistakingly asking for 'Les' to be rudely told there was no one of that name. On my third attempt thinking that I had the number wrong my call was answered by the same individual. He now said that he was 'Lee' which he could and should have done on my previous call. I explained that I had a 'Swan nest' fire with a tray, but that the igniter mechanism had failed and that I was looking for an expert fitter to supply and fit a replacement. I was told that as the fire was now obsolete a new unit could not be fitted on the existing tray. I asked why, in the alternative, a new tray and unit couldn't be fitted and the reply was clear he wasn't vaguely interested! Steer well clear, don't waste time and seek a fitter professional in attitude!

Used these guys for years, remarkable engineer's.

I had three boilers serviced with this company, one installed by them the year before. For one boiler they claimed it was illegal, despite having a a CORGI certificate of compliance that it met building regulations when installed. The service did not fix the failure message that was intermittently coming up. When asked to return to solve the problem, the response was that the boiler was condemned, but we'd be happy to come and quote for installation of a new one. I insisted that they come and have another look, even though 12 years old, the boiler was serviced annually and generally in very good order. They came back, said they had to replace a door gasket (£80! just for a piece of rubber, let alone the second call out fee) and "that should fix it". It didn't. I had another company come out and problem fixed, a faulty sensor at £30 (plus call out)! Boiler two - after the service the ignition system seemed to be finding it much harder to fire up, thought it might have just been the change in settings. A few weeks later a different problem arose, called a different company who diagnosed the problem over the phone, came out in an hour (despite COVID) and confirmed the problem. In the process they asked when the boiler had last been looked at?! Continuing to say that the igniter was not cleaned and that was why the boiler was struggling to start. The new guy, sorted out the other problem the day after, even with the difficulties in getting parts during the crisis. Boiler three - just 14 months old and installed and serviced by LW Gas, has just now failed as well. This has been the straw that broke the camel's back. In a nutshell, I found LW Gas to be scaremongering, outrageously priced, and simply out to get more business. I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with their service and attitude.

Excellent service at short notice for boiler problem

They did a really fantastic job. Really efficient, identified a potentially very serious problem, and stayed late to complete the job in one day so that we were not left without hot water. I would highly recommend.

An appointment was made with Lee ward Of L W gas ltd, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We needed a new central heating boiler, a new toilet system , New bathroom radiator and another radiator that needed rehanging and fixing. Lee helped us with exactly what type of new boiler we should have, and left us with a brochure of the boiler that we chose. We received a full quotation from Lee the next day, (which was exactly the price we paid.)Everything was explained perfectly. We booked the appointment and was given the time and day that the work would be completed on. We had two fantastic professional gas fitters that worked together, this was brilliant as instead of taking two days to complete the work, it was done in just one day. Steve and Mike turned up exactly the time they said they would, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such fantastic workers, in their work skills, professionalism, cleanliness and consideration. They never stopped. The standard of their workmanship was superb. I am absolutely delighted with everything that this company has done .They even registered my new boiler for me. When I contacted the office to pay, I spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady called Philomina. I even had a follow up call a few days later asking if there was any more questions. They also gave me some more very helpful advice. I would highly recommends this fast efficient company with first class workers. I have never been so impressed with a company before. They were very competitive on price, but achieved what everyone wants, a hassle free 1st class quality service. Thank you

We had our old boiler replaced by LW Gas in 2012 and they have serviced it ever since. Always very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. Professional, Polite and extremely helpful. Shortly moving and will definitely continue with their services.

LW Gas took out our old boiler which had packed up, fitted a new one in a new location, with new pipework, a new flue, and added some additional radiators into the system. They came at the agreed day and time, and finished within the agreed time. They were professional, friendly and helpful, and good value.

Very good, came out to look at my failed boiler. Engineer tried everything even got an extra part to try and get it on, and only charged the call out fee. Even phoned to say he would be late. Very good and they may even be inbstalling a new boiler for me.

Excellent................

Although installation not happened yet. These guys are really professional. They have done other work for me and turned up when they said they would and cleared up after. When they did quotation they were thorough and considerate and efficient. They are also competitive. Will post again after next week.

Just awful! Don't even think about it.

Excellent efficient service, polite and friendly and got on well with my dog.
