Very happy with the installation of our heat pump by the whole team. Work was efficient, communication was good throughout and the team went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of replacing our old heating system. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to get a heat pump installed.
The Lads are friendly and helpful that work there, owner was friendly at first, but as problems arose he became unwilling to solve or even acknowledge some of them. So i had to pursure a NAPIT case. Unfortunately NAPIT are pretty useless so be warned its not really worth the paper its written on 3 years and still ongoing is a joke. Customer service is incredibly slow at replying just like NAPIT. Have spent 3 years during the winter months with blocked filters and intermittent loud heating. We have loud humming noise issues, blockages and building regulations issues, poor workmanship issues. Pipework not replaced even though it was quoted for. Most of the NAPIT and workmanship ones have slowly been resolved, some are still present such as the noise,and old pipework. The thermostat installed was a on off type so wasn't any use for a heat pump luckily i managed to get a homley system installed via a government scheme to make it work better and bring the bills down. Will see what winter brings us again this year. They have now said they wont be doing any more work on my system unless NAPIT require them to. I have not escalated the matter its just a continuation. So be warned you might get stung

Our installation of an ASHP was never going to be easy, space, the property and my requirement to keep my old hot water cylinder as it was part of my solar thermal hot water heating system which I wanted to supplement the system in the summer. All my contacts with the company were excellent from the start, clear advice and a willingness to answer my idiot questions and a pleasant patient approach to what for me was a major investment. The paperwork and grant arrangements all went well and the installation was excellent. Nice people, professional and dedicated to getting the work done with least fuss and bother. A couple of things of course went wrong, but were quickly solved. Overall I could not reccommend them more highly. Thank you.
Woke up with no heating and hot water due to lack of pressure - Called Gas Worx and they fitted me in same day - The engineer (Ryan) called to advise he could come earlier due to a cancellation and wanted to check that this was ok … it was and he arrived within the next 20minutes! leak was located and fixed in our side extension - I was asked if the boiler had been recently serviced (it had not) I was offered/asked if i would be interested in a boiler service whilst the engineer was onsite, as it had not been serviced and i missed the last one! I took Gas Worx up on the offer. Received a full Gas Safety report for the service and some recommendations for replacement seals on the boiler as some had a small leak (photo evidence was provided) but was advised that this was not urgent and that seal replacement should be looked into within the next 6-8 months (no pressure to have this done on the spot like I have had in the past with other trades). All-round great service and I will be using Gas Worx again to undertake future service(s) and I will be calling them back to have the faulty/defective seals replaced. Great work goys from start to finish, if only all companies could be like this !

Stuart, Sam and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing in the conversion of an old heating system to a new one. They are extremely knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was fitted correctly and working as it should. Would highly recommend this company, as they are very passionate about their trade!

I would thoroughly recommend Gas Worx. I was having a combi boiler and new vertical radiator being installed in an old property and old tank etc removed. I was quite apprehensive about the amount of upheaval this might cause. Gas Worx have been professional from the quote to the work being completed. During the quote Sam answered all the questions I had, and he explained what happen during the install, which reassured me. The quote was sent through quickly and Kyrstie was able to helpfully book the work in to coincide with some time off I had. The work was completed on time, everything looks good and once Sam had left, having explained the instructions for the new boiler, I wouldn’t have known he had been there, apart from having a warm house, as he left everything clean and tidy. Thank you. I would definitely use them again.
I cannot speak highly enough about Stuart and his team. They guided me through the whole process and were happy to help with any questions. Very fast to reply to emails and I didn’t feel pressured at any point. The installation team were lovely and very accommodating. They moved dates at short notice when I became ill and were incredibly flexible. They attended late into the evening and at weekends to try and get the heating back on as quickly as possible. 5 stars isn’t enough!
Very good service and a great customer experience. Engineers very happy to answer all our questions and explain very clearly what was happening. There was a couple of hurdles to get over as needed a gas meter installed and they were very accommodating in working around the interruption. Also returned very promptly when some of the skirting trim came loose. All in all we made a very good choice of company to install our heating. We will continue to use them for boiler servicing. Would recommend them...

Pleasant, speedy service and reasonably priced. The boiler decided to play up just before the Christmas break which was such an inconvenience with the whole family off and no hot water for washing or heating. We called Gasworx Southampton Ltd and they came straight out to diagnose the issue. Understandably given when it happened the engineer was clear what the issue was and informed me of what he planned to do to resolve our issue. A few days later after the supplier Christmas closure period Gasworx Southampton Ltd had the boiler back up and running. I couldn’t praise the service more. Really excellent helpful company.
