Found Dan through Eastleigh neighbours as a lot of people recommended him already. Replaced my boiler very quick and completed some fixes in my water tank. Excellent quality of work, clean (wears protective cover when is inside), reliable, excellent customer service and affordable prices. Will use him again for my boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!!!

Dan was brilliant. My gas engineer of over five years couldn’t fix a fault in our hot water system. Dan visited and worked it out in five minutes flat and charged a very reasonable rate. He’s very talented at his job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Dan!

My friend recommended Dan (HeatTech Hampshire) when I needed annual boiler service (Mar 2025). Dan was polite, thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Ordered and replaced worn out part, and fitted a new thermostat and timer. Very clean and tidy work area, wore shoe covers in house to protect carpets. I contacted Dan again when I had a problem with the kitchen tap (Jun 2025). Sent a photo of old tap, he ordered a new one and came to fit it a few days later. Again, super efficient! I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and will certainly be calling him again for annual boiler service and any other plumbing jobs. Thank you Dan!

Dan recently attended our property to complete the annual service on our Worcester Combi boiler. Communication, punctuality and the respect he showed to our house and furnishings were all first class. He undertook a very thorough service which exceeded in detail recent services completed. The condensing unit was thoroughly cleaned and a re-pressurization was completed, both of which had not been done before in recent years. Thank you Dan and Heat Tech - we will certainly make use of your expertise for future services and any other heating issues encountered.

Dan fitted us in quickly when we had a leaking boiler. He knows his stuff and diagnosed from the video I sent him! He is clean and tidy too. Would recommend.

We needed an emergency weekend boiler repair. Contacted several people. Some didn't respond. Others couldn't come out all weekend. Dan responded quickly, arrived promptly, resolved the issue seamlessly, checked a couple of other things to help us extract more value for money from the weekend call out charge, gave some helpful advice that might help mitigate a future call out, tidied up, left. Superb service, friendly, patient, honest, helpful. I'll be calling him back to do the service early next year. What a star!

Dan was so friendly. Arrived early each day and worked hard throughout the day . Very professional . Everything was tidied and cleaned up after the job was done . Dan recently fitted a warm air heating system, combi boiler and shower for my elderly parents. Excellent service and quick and efficient work. Dan came out to an emergency repair after I managed to drill a gas pipe. Great communication and arrived quickly out of hours. Dan was very supportive in explaining the best boiler for our needs. He was professional throughout and his job on the day was completed to a very high standard.

Rang Dan as I had no heating for two days and had tried all the normal resets etc. His name was given to me by a friend and he came back to me immediately even though it was after 5:30pm. He came over that evening looked at the problem and sorted it straight away. Not many people I know would do that after working all day. He was polite and was able to tell me what he was doing which was great. I asked him if he did things other than boilers and he is fully qualified at all related things! Coming back to do underfloor heating. A gem really. Lucky to find.

After being let down by another couple of companies I came across Heat Tech Hampshire and I couldn't be happier about it! I send a message on Sunday and received a response literally 10 mins later! Dan came to do a service on my boiler and he did take the time to ask the questions if I have any problems with it and gave me options what could be done explaining at the same time to me how it all works so I had better understanding. Very knowledgeable man. Needles to say the service and quotes for the fix were highly competitive. I now have serviced, fixed and perfectly working boiler! This is definitely the company I will be using every year for the service and I will be recommending Heat Tech to my family and friends.
