Awesome service. Arrive within an hour of a call to save the day with stopcock leak. Now used Richard several times on rented houses and he and his mate have always provided an excellent service at reasonable cost
Richard and his colleagues were our saviours when we found ourselves suddenly without a water supply to our flat! Not funny when on the first floor and with a medical condition that requires frequent use of the bathroom! RGW's timely professional help to restore our supply was first class and much appreciated.
Rich was incredible. Had a broken sink and blockage in the kitchen, was let down by another service and he came same day and works completed. Incredible service, cannot recommend highly enough.

Rich and Kai were excellent. Repaired a toilet cistern, fitted a vanity unit with corner sink and also fitted an external tap at the front of the house. The work was completed in next to no time and the quality was brilliant. Thanks guys and apologies for the delayed review.
We’ve relied on RGW Heating and Plumbing for years and couldn’t be happier with their service. Rich is incredibly reliable, and his expertise shines through in every job. Most recently, he and Kai installed a new boiler for us, and their workmanship was outstanding. Professional, efficient, and highly skilled—we highly recommend them.
Me and the family moved to Hedge End, Southampton, last April and needed a pipe capped off in our lounge and boiler serviced. Pipe was done one visit, the boiler a second. RGW have serviced our gas boiler for quite a long time, Also they fitted a new boiler when the old one finally died. They always do a good job. When I thought I could smell gas, Richard was round quickly and sorted the problem out and gave good advice.
Had Rich and team around 4 times to fix various issues. Always friendly, professional and does a great job. Highly recommended!
The team were friendly and professional throughout the job. Happy to make a few changes as problems were found. Plasterer arranged to make good the walls. Everything cleaned and working at the finish.
