Options Plumbing and Heating Ltd

I called options plumbing and spoke with James regarding an issue with plumbing in a new dishwasher and on the same day he sent out an amazing plumber Greg and it was fixed. Thank you for being so efficient and helpful would definitely recommend this company to anyone - saves me washing dishes!

Yesterday I had a direct unvented cylinder installed, and I’m absolutely delighted with the work carried out by David. He was professional from start to finish, with great attention to detail and beautifully finished pipework. I was also really impressed with the support and communication throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry to the final installation. Five stars.

James and Rory did an absolutely fantastic job stripping out the old bathroom and installing my new bathroom. They were very friendly and informative and always cleaned up after every day. Would highly recommend them.

We recently had our boiler upgraded by Options Plumbing Ltd, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Rory, Greg and James were professional from start to finish – they worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and explained the process clearly. The quotes they provided were fair, accurate, and perfectly in line with our budget, which gave us real peace of mind. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that combines great workmanship with honesty and reliability. We’ll definitely be using Options Plumbing Ltd again for any future plumbing work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy plumbers.

Had an emergency. These guys attended without delay. The communication, work, maintaining a tidy environment and price were all perfect. My new favourite plumbing company.

We don't bother contacting anyone else for quotes anymore. The Options team are wonderful. Really friendly and helpful, great service and always do a fantastic job!

James and his team were fab! Amazing service throughout. I would 100% highly recommend!

This is the third time i have used Options. From a dripping tap, water softener installation and most recently the Options team have just completed installation of a new boiler. From the first enquiry to completion I've had great communication with Rory and James. A quick and very tidy job I can't recommend them enough. They ALWAYS respond to my emails/calls and most importantly do an amazing job (with a smile 😃)

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Edit: Called the team recently for a hot water and heating failure. David attended the same day to come and diagnose the problem and got some hot water back for me. Greg then attended the very next day to undertake a full repair and replace a pump that had failed. Outstanding service as always from the team as a whole. I recommend this company to anyone who asks. 5 stars again if Google would let me! James serviced a Gas fire and replaced a defective bath plug and overflow unit. Excellent service from James, fitted us in very quickly. Polite, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him and the team.

We’ve been using Options Plumbing and Heating for five years now and have always been really happy with any work done including gas service, new radiators and fixing taps. The team are friendly and make sure they explain the process. Thank you

Had a new boiler fitted a short while ago and last week a new bathroom. Really pleased with Options - they are reliable, efficient and very professional - can't praise them enough. Will certainly recommend and continue to use them.

Highly unprofessional. Do not respond to messages nor have "options"...

Excellent service, super responsive, courteous and first class workmanship

Had a boiler fault, managed to fit in same day, quickly fix the fault and do boiler service at the same time! Dave was very polite, respectful of our home and did a great job.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Excellent service as always. Reliable and trustworthy and wouldn't want to use anyone else 🙂

Very happy that I was recommended Options a few years back, they're the best. Super service, nice people.

If only everything in life was as easy as dealing with Options Plumbing and Heating to get my boiler serviced. Nice people, no hassle. Do what they say they will.

Complete installation of new boiler to replace old fairly complex central heating system and hot water system. These guys are superb at what they do. They are fully knowledgeable and take a pride in their work. They explained all available options (pun intended) available to me. They are careful and are very clean and tidy, laying down ample sheeting in all the work areas they have to access and removing their outside footwear where necessary. They make up a great team of 4 very friendly guys, who work really well together - all are full-time employees of Options Plumbing and Heating Ltd. No third-party/external contractors used. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went the extra mile on numerous occasions to ensure my satisfaction of requirements. I have no hesitation in totally recommending this company for all plumbing and heating work.

Fab service as always from these guys. Always great value, friendly and know their stuff- especially about the houses on Longacre. Highly recommend aa a great local company.

Really prompt call out, they were able to help me the same day I phoned, explained the problem and fixed it! Really friendly and efficient service. Will use again.

Excellent work. Friendly, reliable and great communication. Very happy

James was quick and efficient in fixing my toilet leak. Would highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the high level of customer service and the professionalism and efficiency of the company and I would highly recommend Options Plumbing and Heating to others. Thanks again.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Absolutely outstanding. 💯

I highly recommend Options Pluming and Heating. Very friendly, hard working, good communication and team work, and offer an excellent service.

Great service! They are simply the best! Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Leak above ceiling was located and resolved quickly. Everything was put back as it was. Brilliant.

Rory arrived bang on time and, as before, the work done - and some advice given - was faultless. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend the company 👍😊

I highly recommend Options Pluming and Heating, as a landlord they offer the exact service I need. They fix any issues at the property, they respond quickly and are happy to deal direct with the tenants, removing all of the pain! James also fitted our boiler at our home address, he was incredibly reliable and going the extra mile to plumb it all in beautifully.

We’ve now used Options Plumbing four times for work including replacing radiators, servicing the gas fire/boiler, fixing taps and toilet. Great friendly service each time. Highly recommend.

Great customer service to repair and service my boiler when I thought it needed replacing. Rory spent a lot of time asking questions and explaining on my initial call, and Jason did a good job on site. Will use again and recommend. Local, friendly, professional and efficient.

Honest professionals. Tried someone before these guys, didn’t trust their opinion. Got a second opinion from Options who told me I was told incorrect information and saved me over £1000. Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant! We've used Options for a few different jobs, and every time they've given 5 star service. I would highly recommend them!

Really great plumbing company. Always a friendly face, always happy to help - and always fix the problem quickly at a good price too. Would highly recommend them.

I had a new boiler and radiators fitted. Rory and his team did a great job, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They arrived on time, very professional, very friendly, competitively priced, and just kept going to the work was finished.

Always a pleasure having anyone from Options Plumbing and Heating working in my house. They are reliable, very hard working and always do a good job. New taps, outside tap, loo seat and bath panel fitted. They have done numerous jobs for me, including fitting a new boiler a few months ago. Highly recommend this company.

5 star service. Originally came out when our central heating failed over the weekend and British Gas Homecare could not come out for 2 weeks. Sorted our problem out and I have binned BG. Options now do all our servicing and any problems. They arrive on time, do the job and don't make a mess. Cannot recommend too highly.

They came to fit my gas hob today. Nice friendly guys. Efficient and tidy. Will definitely use them again

These guys are really top notch I cannot recommend enough.. Every time I find a service online to use I always feel it's a massive leap of faith. But options blew my expectations out of the water. They accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it extremely quickly, given the time of year it was (December 2022 while it was extremely cold) and installed a new pump for free in the process. They're quite literally the absolute best.

I went to options on recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Finally a plumbing service that's professional, reliable, efficient and polite from start to finish. I bought a water softener from a well known online retailer and wanted it fitted; Options came round to survey, quoted and fitted it a few weeks later. They were respectful, polite and tidy. Very happy will defo use again.

Very professional and experienced. I had a boiler service and it was completed in good time.

Great company to deal with, responsive and helpful. Work was carried out promptly and was very neat and tidy. Highly recommended!!

Great team! Communication is great and even though it was found additional parts were needed they managed to locate and rectify the issue the same day. Will continue to use and recommend. Thank you all

Had rory round and he was very professional and done a outstanding job would defo recommend 👌

Excellent service on my boiler and really helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed. I had tried a few different firms and none had ever come back or did the work incorrectly previously, so glad I found this firm. Rory was excellent and very prompt with responding to my online form submission and extremely courteous and trustworthy when doing the service, have booked in next job, really pleased with the professionalism

We called Rory when we were having leaking problems. Rory went above & beyond to fix my leak. Since then We have had Greg do the service & having Rory back to replace radiators. Will always look to use. 💯 customer service I couldn’t ask for more. Reliable, flexible, competitive pricing, tidy & friendly Thank you

Rory,James and Greg are a great team. From first contact to finished job they are pleasant and efficient. Greg did a full system clean and annual boiler service for me. They are my 'go to' company for any heating and plumbing work. Great job!

Over the moon with our new bathroom and boiler fitted by Options Plumbing. Rory and Alan did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Total professional job. Competitive rates. Reliable. Friendly and sociable. Will definitely use again.

Very professional from start to finish. Quality of work is also of a very high standard. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, so very helpful and prompt resolution to problems with my boiler. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant service from initial quote stage which Rory delivered and actually spent the time checking our system and explaining everything thoroughly. I got other quotes and none of them were as thorough. Options had good service delivery times and Graham delivered the actual work to very high standards and was delightful to deal with. If you are looking for a local and reliable service do not look elsewhere.

Fantastic guys. Gave a prompt reply to my message service. Quoted fairly and even fit me in earlier as they knew I needed it done quickly. Worked hard and did an excellent job! Couldn’t recommend enough!! Lovely to find honest and hard working traders. We had a large loft boiler replaced and a new under bath shower pump and taps. Thanks again!

Really impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work undertaken by Options Plumbing and Heating. Will be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Highly recommended! Very responsive & efficient local service. Will definitely use again.

There is only one thing to say: He's Good.

Really pleasant people, got the job done efficiently.

Plumbers that take great pride in their work at a reasonable price....what more could anyone ask for, highly recommended!!!

Phoned Options and spoke to James, who came out next day. He was able to resolve the issues with our cistern quickly. We are very impressed with the service and will use again for our service later this year.

We had Options Plumbing and Heating in to do our bathroom, toilet and change the toilet to a comfort height in our en-suite. They were all polite and courteous from the first meeting until the end of the job and offered solutions to problems that were encountered along the way. We will definitely use them again for any other plumbing and heating work we may need and would highly recommend the company

Options Plumbing are our first port of call for anything plumbing and heating related. They always do a brilliant job. You are kept well informed of any issues and time it will take to get parts etc. Thus far they have always managed to come within 24 hours. In addition, they are polite and clean up after themselves. Finally, all jobs have been completed well. What more does anyone need!

Fixed my boiler, fantastic service, work and price. My boiler stopped working and these guys came out on emergency and fixed it.

I contacted Rory to service my boiler. He was available to fit me into his schedule that week. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with no mess. I’ve used Rory now a few times and would highly recommend.

Great service delivery and a great job cleansing the ch system. The engineer had all the required technology and expert experince to do the work and solve the problem.

I had Rory and Greg over to replace an old combi boiler and do a full system flush recently. They did an excellent job, explained all the work they were doing and happily answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

Excellent job very pleased

Rory makes time for his customers and finds any issues with the boiler and fix it as promptly as he can. His customer service is amazing and I fully recommend him and his team. Will definitely be booking his company again.

I had a new gas boiler installed with some new radiators and a lovely new shower. Rory and his team were very hard working and responsive to any queries. They took all the old equipment away, made good any holes or anything required for the new system and tidied up nicely every day. I can highly recommend them.

Brilliant work - a real expert - and so friendly and helpful - would never go anywhere else - really grateful

Excellent service from James and his team. Responsive to messages, explained the job clearly. Fit us in with really short notice as we had a hard deadline to complete the work. Quality work and good value. Would highly recommend.

James and the team installed a new boiler and re-piped the whole house including 7 radiators. Totally professional from start to finish

So efficient and reliable throughout communications and they really know their craft!! Instantly diagnosed the issue we had and even through the busy holiday break helped us out.. keeping their details for ongoing work and we recommend them highly!! Thanks Rory + James!!

James installed my dishwasher and I couldn’t be any happier. I have searched and searched for plumbing services who don’t charge a ridiculous amount and I found James, who charged me with a fair price with the same knowledge other plumbers have. Thank you for helping me.

Finding a professional is a minefield. My experience with Options Plumbing and Heating has been a pleasure. Outstanding, on time, professional, courteous and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend, Rory was a star, thank you.

James serviced our boiler, changed a fridge filter and replaced a broken tap. He was quick, calm, polite, returned calls, turned up when he said he would, everything a customer could want. Would highly recommend.

These guys are seriously good and know there trade inside out.

We used options Plumbing and heating recently and we would highly recommend them. They came out quickly and fitted us in as soon as possible to fit a new water tank. Its a busy time of year for them but they still managed to get us up and running again. Work was neat and tidy, no mess left behind. A good team of guys, we will be using them again for sure. Reliable, professional and did a great job! Thank you

More than happy with the service, we had a problem with our heating and with in hours it was sorted, very quick response to our first message for help, very please we came across these guys amazing Thankyou again.

Rory is extremely knowledgable in all areas of plumbing and heating. We hired him to fit an outside tap (that required a lot of pipe rerouting), service our boiler and repair a leaking hot water tank. On each occasion Rory has completed the job efficiently and with the upmost professionalism.

After many attempts in a year to get a plumber to actually return from a visit with a quote I was recommended Options. James quoted as agreed, then when I spotted unrelated leak post visit had Rory come out and fix what we discovered was a bodge of mcbodge status. Very very tidy job by Rory and level of service and communication to date that I cannot fault. For all other plumbers out there please remember that potential customers dont contact you because we have nothing else to do - learn from these folks. communication to manage expectations is key.

Great company. Arrived promptly on time. Very thorough boiler service. Left clean and tidy. Rory was very pleasant and professional I will use him for everything in future.

Highly recommend options plumbing and heating, contacted on Sunday as no hot water they arrived Monday and diagnosed faulty heater exchanged part was ordered and fitted on Wednesday morning, price was even lowered from quote as job was completed quicker than quoted for.

James of Option turned up when he promised and did the job in a professional, friendly manner with no fuss or bother. I would not hesitate to use his company again. I recommend you use them for all your heating and plumbing work. Our central heating had stopped working on a cold day and needed fixing urgently. Before Option were given the job I had been let down over two days by three other engineers. James came equipped with a van full of spares and was able to supply and fit both parts needed to fix the heating. Thank you Option, especially James.

Rory was a delight, saved us from a very cold evening. Will definitely be using these guys for any future issues

Absolutely fab service, Rory attended a job after contacting him the night before and saved me after I had been let down by someone else! He was friendly, efficient and good value for money, will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone! 10/10!

Annual Boiler Service. Appointment made with ease. Engineer arrived promptly. Very happy with the service.

His service was quick and to a high standard, James did an amazing job of fitting a new boiler in my home. I would highly recommend his company if you need any plumbing or a new boiler supplied and fitted.

I wanted a boiler service and advice on how to improve the efficiency of our central heating system. James was very prompt to attend, the service was undertaken efficiently and within a week he had organised and installed a new programmable unit for both hot water and central heating complete with room thermostat which I can understand. Would highly recommend the company.

fantastic company , fixed my toilet valve in no time at all , very fast call out and friendly team - highly recommended!

James & the team recently changed my 30 year old boiler, with a new unvented system. From quotation to completion, James was fantastic. He explained in detail what needed to be done, how it was going to be done & answered all my queries along the way. James and the team arrived promptly each day, worked tirelessly & were tidy throughout the process. Would I recommend them? Yes 100%, and I have already done so to many friends & family. Options Plumbing & Heating Ltd are honest, reliable & as trustworthy as they come. James is a credit to his profession & he is now my go to guy for any plumbing work needed to be done at my home.

James serviced boiler .arrived promptly after advising what time he expected to call. Worked quickly and efficently. Very pleased with service. So would be happy to recommend.

Great service and follow up to check if issue resolved. Would highly recommend.

We recently moved to a property locally which was in need of modernising. Having searched in the area for local plumbers we reached out to three businesses, with Options being the third to visit. Being the last company to quote meant we had a little more info (and questions) from the previous discussions to put to James at Options: he seemed to 'fill in the blanks' where we didn't quite get the full picture from previous tradesmen, and proceeded to be incredibly helpful with what we needed, and more importantly why (even downgrading the boiler we thought we needed to a cheaper option that suffices for our needs). Our project needed a new combi boiler in a new location, replacing an older system with a tank; a water softener, a smart Thermostat/TRVs and new radiators throughout the house. James' quote was incredibly in-depth and competitive so we proceeded with Options, and very glad we did. James and his crew were on site promptly every day and worked flat out to complete the task with minimal disruption (as we needed to remain in the house during the work). Any challenges were raised and ideas discussed on a workaround where needed. The project was finished bang on the time expected, and James followed up with some remedial work within hours of raising it with him. Would not hesitate to recommend Options for any plumbing work required and will certainly rely on James in the future.

Our 30 year old gas boiler finally gave up and, after being let down by a long standing national maintainer, we turned to Options Plumbing & Heating who stepped in with a fast, professional service!! Can't speak highly enough of James (my wife says he is her knight in shining armour!) Highly recommend!! Nothing was too much trouble and always cheerful!!

James replaced a ball valve in my water tank that was causing an annoying drip 24/7. He replied to my message quickly and was able to sort the problem the following day. Very efficient! Would definitely recommend him and his business.

My house had sprung several leaks. James fixed them all no bother it's a huge weight off my shoulders. Friendly, reliable, & trustworthy service.

James has carried out various plumbing/ heating repairs and new installs for myself, family and friends. He recently serviced my boiler, super efficient, trustworthy bloke. Look no further.

Great service from James. Comunicated well, arrived ontime, tidy, polite, good work, honest pricing - What else could you ask for? Really impressed and will be using Options Plumbing and Heating again!

James completed some plumbing work as part of our new kitchen installation. We were very pleased with the neatness of the pipe work and the careful consideration he took whilst completing the job. We will definitely be using him again, highly recommend!

Options Plumbing and Heating provided me with great advice and good service on some gas safe work I needed doing in my house. I will definitely use them again in the future.

James fitted a new boiler and hive control system for me. He was very punctual, turning up at the time agreed and carried out the work very neatly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend him.
