Rory knew what the problem was and fixed it promptly. We soon had our heating back on which , as pensioners, we were very grateful .
Rory was outstanding with what was suppose to be a boiler service, but turned into above and beyond work and replacement of worn seals and repaired/replaced faulty thermostatic zone valves/motors. The level of detail, knowledge, and thoroughness that Rory demonstrated went well above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate all the photos that Rory sent through too of every aspect of the job. Rory took the time to talk me through every aspect of the works and clearly explained the issues encountered along the way. I can honestly say I’ve learned more about my boiler system in just a few hours with Rory than in the 6+ years I’ve been at the property, albeit I apologised to Rory as the job took much longer than initially planned but thanked him for finding the time to stick with it and not rush it through. I don’t often pass on such high praise, but I am truly appreciative of the quality of Rory’s work and the excellent service provided, I won’t be using any other company for heating works going forward. Highly Recommend!
James and the team have done an amazing job redesigning our bathroom . They were very respectful of our property , and have left us extremely happy with their work . Yesterday I had a direct unvented cylinder installed, and I’m absolutely delighted with the work carried out by David. He was professional from start to finish, with great attention to detail and beautifully finished pipework. I was also really impressed with the support and communication throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry to the final installation. Five stars.

This is the third time i have used Options. From a dripping tap, water softener installation and most recently the Options team have just completed installation of a new boiler. From the first enquiry to completion I've had great communication with Rory and James. A quick and very tidy job I can't recommend them enough. They ALWAYS respond to my emails/calls and most importantly do an amazing job (with a smile 😃)
After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!
Edit: Called the team recently for a hot water and heating failure. David attended the same day to come and diagnose the problem and got some hot water back for me. Greg then attended the very next day to undertake a full repair and replace a pump that had failed. Outstanding service as always from the team as a whole. I recommend this company to anyone who asks. 5 stars again if Google would let me! James serviced a Gas fire and replaced a defective bath plug and overflow unit. Excellent service from James, fitted us in very quickly. Polite, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him and the team.

Had a boiler fault, managed to fit in same day, quickly fix the fault and do boiler service at the same time! Dave was very polite, respectful of our home and did a great job.
Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Complete installation of new boiler to replace old fairly complex central heating system and hot water system. These guys are superb at what they do. They are fully knowledgeable and take a pride in their work. They explained all available options (pun intended) available to me. They are careful and are very clean and tidy, laying down ample sheeting in all the work areas they have to access and removing their outside footwear where necessary. They make up a great team of 4 very friendly guys, who work really well together - all are full-time employees of Options Plumbing and Heating Ltd. No third-party/external contractors used. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went the extra mile on numerous occasions to ensure my satisfaction of requirements. I have no hesitation in totally recommending this company for all plumbing and heating work.

I highly recommend Options Pluming and Heating, as a landlord they offer the exact service I need. They fix any issues at the property, they respond quickly and are happy to deal direct with the tenants, removing all of the pain! James also fitted our boiler at our home address, he was incredibly reliable and going the extra mile to plumb it all in beautifully.

5 star service. Originally came out when our central heating failed over the weekend and British Gas Homecare could not come out for 2 weeks. Sorted our problem out and I have binned BG. Options now do all our servicing and any problems. They arrive on time, do the job and don't make a mess. Cannot recommend too highly.

These guys are really top notch I cannot recommend enough.. Every time I find a service online to use I always feel it's a massive leap of faith. But options blew my expectations out of the water. They accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it extremely quickly, given the time of year it was (December 2022 while it was extremely cold) and installed a new pump for free in the process. They're quite literally the absolute best.
I went to options on recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Finally a plumbing service that's professional, reliable, efficient and polite from start to finish. I bought a water softener from a well known online retailer and wanted it fitted; Options came round to survey, quoted and fitted it a few weeks later. They were respectful, polite and tidy. Very happy will defo use again.

A brilliant service from initial quote stage which Rory delivered and actually spent the time checking our system and explaining everything thoroughly. I got other quotes and none of them were as thorough. Options had good service delivery times and Graham delivered the actual work to very high standards and was delightful to deal with. Phoned Options and spoke to James, who came out next day. He was able to resolve the issues with our cistern quickly. We are very impressed with the service and will use again for our service later this year.

Options Plumbing are our first port of call for anything plumbing and heating related. They always do a brilliant job. You are kept well informed of any issues and time it will take to get parts etc. Thus far they have always managed to come within 24 hours. In addition, they are polite and clean up after themselves. After contacting british gas on the phone and waiting hours to be connected to a human being to speak to, I finally gave up My neighbour told me about Options and I gave James a call He arranged Greg to come the next afternoon to fix our problem I will now forget about British Gas Homecare and contact Options instead. These guys are seriously good and know there trade inside out.

Rory is extremely knowledgable in all areas of plumbing and heating. We hired him to fit an outside tap (that required a lot of pipe rerouting), service our boiler and repair a leaking hot water tank. On each occasion Rory has completed the job efficiently and with the upmost professionalism.
After many attempts in a year to get a plumber to actually return from a visit with a quote I was recommended Options. James quoted as agreed, then when I spotted unrelated leak post visit had Rory come out and fix what we discovered was a bodge of mcbodge status. Very very tidy job by Rory and level of service and communication to date that I cannot fault. For all other plumbers out there please remember that potential customers dont contact you because we have nothing else to do - learn from these folks. communication to manage expectations is key.

Highly recommend options plumbing and heating, contacted on Sunday as no hot water they arrived Monday and diagnosed faulty heater exchanged part was ordered and fitted on Wednesday morning, price was even lowered from quote as job was completed quicker than quoted for.
James of Option turned up when he promised and did the job in a professional, friendly manner with no fuss or bother. I would not hesitate to use his company again. I recommend you use them for all your heating and plumbing work. Our central heating had stopped working on a cold day and needed fixing urgently. Before Option were given the job I had been let down over two days by three other engineers. James came equipped with a van full of spares and was able to supply and fit both parts needed to fix the heating. Thank you Option, especially James.

We recently moved to a property locally which was in need of modernising. Having searched in the area for local plumbers we reached out to three businesses, with Options being the third to visit. Being the last company to quote meant we had a little more info (and questions) from the previous discussions to put to James at Options: he seemed to 'fill in the blanks' where we didn't quite get the full picture from previous tradesmen, and proceeded to be incredibly helpful with what we needed, and more importantly why (even downgrading the boiler we thought we needed to a cheaper option that suffices for our needs). Our project needed a new combi boiler in a new location, replacing an older system with a tank; a water softener, a smart Thermostat/TRVs and new radiators throughout the house. James' quote was incredibly in-depth and competitive so we proceeded with Options, and very glad we did. James and his crew were on site promptly every day and worked flat out to complete the task with minimal disruption (as we needed to remain in the house during the work). Any challenges were raised and ideas discussed on a workaround where needed. The project was finished bang on the time expected, and James followed up with some remedial work within hours of raising it with him. Would not hesitate to recommend Options for any plumbing work required and will certainly rely on James in the future.
