The toilet is sturdy and efficient, and the shower has great water pressure with a sleek design that makes the space feel more luxurious. The installation was smooth and completed to a high standard. Overall, it’s a big improvement and I’m very happy with the result.

Quick and Good service, can do many more . Thank you

Very Efficient and lovely company to work with! They resolve issues quickly and accordingly, would definitely recommend!

An amazing overall experience with Bibash and the team. His attention to detail is top notch and takes pride in the work he does. He listened to all our specific requirements and was very accommodating with any last minute design changes. He kept us informed all the way through the process and sometimes worked late into the evening to get the job done. If any small issues accrued during the renovation he was quick to fix it. After the work finished we called him as we had a very small issue with slow drainage with one of the bathrooms. He was quick to arrive and fix the issue. Overall it was a fantastic experience and would recommend him to my family members and any future jobs we have. We are very pleased with our new bathroom

Keshar came to disconnect our old boiler so another party could come install a new one. We ended up with Keshar also being the one to install our new boiler when that other party ended up not being so reliable and we turned to Keshar instead at short notice. He is responsive when you reach out to him, he gives advice but also listens to our wishes, he does the work efficiently, he has a good vibe and tries to leave minimal impact to clean up afterwards and he does a good job and if there is something a little amiss he will come back and correct it. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with KB Plumbing & Heating. They responded fast and acted fast. Very friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with the service that I have booked them in to complete more jobs for me.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very prompt, lovely friendly guy to deal with, very quick, clean and efficient with the plumbing work carried out for us, even came out on a Saturday morning, good prices charged well recommended 😀

We experienced the best service today, 2 days before Christmas and no heating. Fast friendly and efficient service and our heating was back. I can't thank them enough.

Time waster.

Keshar came round to check some gas pipes before we knocked through for a new door. Turned out they were only connected to an old fire, so he safely removed them. Quick, professional, and spot on.

I can't speak too highly of the service I received to have a new boiler installed. Nothing was too much trouble for Keshar and he went over and above what was expected of him during the installation working well into the evening to ensure that we had heating. The price was also very acceptable.

KB Plumbing & Heating were absolutely amazing. I had an urgent leak in my cylinder that needed a full replacement, and a lot of water was coming through. Keshar, the engineer, handled everything brilliantly. He responded to my messages quickly, was incredibly respectful in my home, wore shoe protectors, and left everything spotless with no mess at all. He carried out the work efficiently with no problems whatsoever. Fantastic service, fair pricing, and completely trustworthy. I’ll 100% be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. I was hesitant to book this company as there are a few reviews saying they were a no show.. but as the majority of reviews are great I went for it. I called to book him to come out and visit the house to quote us for a boiler replacement. The morning of I tried to contact the same number to confirm the visit was going ahead as planned but had no response. A few hours later, he was a no show. No message to let me know he wasn't coming and the day is over and I still haven't heard anything.

I used this KB Plumbing to repair my boiler as it stopped working. The guy was smart and fixed immediately. His service is very good quality overall.

Keshar always manages to get to my tenants quickly, and sort everything from leaks to replacement taps, plus the annual boiler gas safety certificate and service. He calls my tenants to arrange times that work for them. My only niggle is that he doesn't often get back to me so that I know when the appointment has been arranged. But if Keshar is doing a job for YOU, that's not a problem. And his prices are good too.

Excellent and very quick service with reasonable price. We had a bathtub leak and he promptly responded, came over within a short time and fixed it. Highly recommended.
