I have been using NJP Heating Services for a number of years now. Nick originally installed our boiler in 2019 and has been doing the annual service ever since. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough service.

Nick came out to disconnect a cold water tank in the loft and change the old hot water tank to a pressurised system. Communication was good and always punctual. Nick and his colleague were both very polite and friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions we had (including from our 3 year old). Nick came back within 24 hours when there was a minor issue and fixed it with no issues. The work seems (to my untrained eyes) to be of good quality and it certainly works great for us. We definitely would recommend.

I'm POA for my brother but live in Scotland so not the easiest mechanics his being in England .This company however, dealt with everything for me to ensure my brother and 24 hr carers got everything they needed urgently when the boiler and heating broke down.. Together with Staywarm@the environmentcentre, they understood the companies needed to work togetherr to get an urgent situation and grant funding resolved asap. They also both kept me informed along the way . My tterminaly ill brother was in dire need of heating and warmth in his condition and so were his 24 hr carers too. I could not have ask for more than this company gave and for me personally away up in Scotland my peace of mind . Thank you so very much . Tonight they hasve heat for the first time in a while and I will probably rest tonight too. Please do not hesitate to use this ethical and helpful company . It takes a lot these days to find such reliable and fair service. I'm so grateful for them.

Nick recently replaced my Unvented hot water cylinder at short notice due to a leak. Nick fitted a high quality Viessmann 200ltr cylinder. Due to the previous cylinder configuration, he had to totally repipe my airing cupboard leaving it in a much better shape than originally as everything is clipped and against the wall, fitting a new pump as well. Great job from a great bloke! Can highly recommend!

I can recommend NJP and have given 5 stars. I like to support local small business and NJP are local. Our heating recently failed leaving us without central heating and hot water, so with Winter upon us I contacted Nick of NJP who came and checked it out for faults the same day. He returned and sorted out the whole system, boiler, radiators etc and also doing a power flush to clear out the gunge in the system. He arrived on time was very tidy and efficient and the system is now a 100%. I highly recommend NJP.
Nick is totally reliable, helpful and professional, and has given us knowledgeable and expert service over several years, installing and maintaining our new boiler. Nick came out to me for an emergency. He did his best and got to me quickly and despite the root cause being more complex than we originally thought, he sorted it all out promptly. His calm manner instills confidence, I would definitely recommend him for any jobs you may have.

Nick did a great job on getting my back boiler up & running last year and also replaced the CH / hot water valve and installed a new pump, all of which have performed perfectly since. Ive used Nick for a boiler service in january, he was very quick too book me in and passed my boiler but then unfortunately it went on thursday, throwing error codes and i contacted Nick and he managed to fit me in for a full boiler replacement the following wednesday. It was completed in one day and he was so easy to contact, i had so much trust in him so left him a house key while i was at work and he got it done in the day, Came home to a fresh beautiful new boiler which he had set up ready for me and it was worth every penny for his service, i will be going back to nick for my boiler services in the future and he also has great aftercare services aswell!

This Company fitted a new Gas Boiler for us in 2024 and returned to do the first Boiler Service. An appointment was possible three working days after the request. Nicholas arrived on time and performed a no fuss service. Extremely pleased with our set up and will asking him to return next year

Required an annual service for my boiler and gas fire. Quick call, followed by an email (which I miss-spelt ... oops) but Nick still took the time to phone back to check what needed doing. Arrived 2 days later, work completed quickly with zero fuss. Chatty, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Easy to see why he has had so many 5 star ratings.
Nick is always knowledgable, punctual and professional and gives the boiler a thorough check when he services it. He replaced the boiler about 7 years ago and power flushed the central heating system at the same time to ensure it ran efficiently. He is always clean, tidy and respectful of your property. Equally he is friendly, professional and feel safe in his company.

NJP heating Services recently fitted a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler for us. Nick was very knowledgable at the survey and quotation stage, answering all our questions relating to boiler type and sizing as there is a lot misinformation about this subject. After submitting a very competitive quote NJP was successful, and subsequently completed the new boiler and associated equipment installation in one day. Nick and Adam worked hard throughout, and were very tidy and thorough, resulting in an excellent installation. I would recommend NJP and Nick to anyone for boiler replacement, repairs and servicing.

Nick delivered a rapid and very smooth installation for a complex new boiler system. He was able to act quickly before our new tenants moved in and we now have comfort of 10yr warranty afterwards.
My ancient hot water tank failed. I chose a Mixergy tank. It is intelligent, efficient and takes multiple sources of heat. Looking through Mixergy's list of qualified installers, I found NJP in my area. Ever-smiling Nick ordered my tank and made a really neat installation. Both the plumbing and electrics look great and work a treat. Nick connected my new tank to my Johnson and Starley warm air and boiler unit as well as to the electricity supply so now I can choose how to heat my hot water. I'm delighted and can recommend Nick and his colleague when you want someone you can trust.

Our boiler is a Powermax, which are notoriously bad and most heating specialists won't touch them, Nick immediately diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Amazing service. Nick rebalanced my radiators and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I have noticed a considerable difference in my heating since his visit. He also have my boiler a full service and took time to explain to me the options involved in getting a new system. At no point was I subjected to a hard sell, jargon or unnecessary work.
