Classic Carpets

Excellent service great job all on a tight schedule before Christmas!!

Great job, fast competent and very friendly. I went for a very affordable option as my budget is not high but I am delighted with the carpet and the workmanship. Below is the message I sent you the company: I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for providing such a great service. Dave was super helpful and friendly from the first moment I came into your shop, very accommodating of all my requests and he and his assistant worked at an amazing pace on the fitting days.

My whole experience with Classic carpets was 5***** 100% from coming around at the start of 2024 with quotes that ticked all my boxes. 2 Bedrooms at beginning of May 2024 then Lounge and Hall end of May 2024. Service 100% they moved heavy furniture, cut some off the doors, and cleaned behind them. Friendly Service from the staff in the shop to fitters David and Richard. Highly Recommended !! :) Thanks Guys. Rhonda Williams

After our regular carpet fitter moved away, we were recommended Classic Carpets by a family friend. David at Classic Carpets offered helpful advice and gave a competitive quote. He confirmed he was able to remove and trim a door if needed after fitting the carpet, unlike another company who said they would send someone up before or after the job to trim the door at an extra cost!! David was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. He fitted the carpet and trimmed the door quickly, and he left the room and door looking great. I highly recommend using Classic Carpets.

Fantastic service from start to finish as always thank you so much l love my new carpet

Great professional service from enquiry to work completed. Lovely positive customer service by a lady when I entered the shop on Ashley Road. Great communication throughout from the guys who came around to provide me a free no obligation quote. When I rang up again to book inn, the lady had all the information and was again patient and lovely and I didn't feel messed around like I had with other businesses. Happy with the work and mannorisms on all 3 visits. I plan to use again for our last room.

I have tenants in my Westbourne property and used Classic Carpets on two occasions to replace carpets in three rooms with lino tile in a kitchen. They did an excellent job each time on price, schedule and workmanship. They also coordinated with my Letting Agent and arranged their schedule around other contractors with no fuss and left no mess. A Classic job well done :))

As always very good service, never use anyone else. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic service and excellent fitting. Local family firm who offer a wide range of good quality and reasonably priced carpets. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others

Disappointing arrogant service. Ended up going to Carpetright who surprisingly beat Classic Carpets on price and excelled on service to boot.

Well what can we say 😂 Wow! Wow Wow 😊 Sorry I wasn't there at the time ☹️ Absolutely brilliant job on lounge and landing Dave and Pal 😊 And I was worried about how you were going to move our heavy wooden display cabinet and leather sofa 🤔 Can't thank you enough,I need new slippers now 😂 We shall be back 😍 first class, Classic Carpets 😍Jan and Pete Foster xx

Have had this company four times for various work and they are the most amazing carpet fitters ever. Good quality carpet fitted on exact day beautifully done .. house left perfect. Would recommend them as the best in Bournemouth

Excellent - quality carpet at a reasonable price. Fitters 1st. class - quick, clean & friendly. Hall, stairs & landing perfect.

Good service, very well priced carpets. My order was completed within the time scale given which is very good as I was having furniture delivered and needed in carpets down first. A very clean and professional service was given.
