Incredible service from start to finish. We wanted vinyl flooring for my daughter’s room and it all seemed a bit of a daunting task. The hassle, having a stranger in the house and the cost were huge factors for us. We needn’t have worried. Les made choosing our flooring a breeze and was so lovely and friendly. We were kept well informed and Dave rang on the morning of fitting to advise of his arrival time. He was super friendly and did an amazing job in impressively quick time. The results are fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. Very affordable, quality flooring and impeccable service. Absolutely brilliant service from this family-run carpet business. The carpet is lovely quality and looks fantastic now it’s fitted. The whole process was quick, easy and completely stress-free from start to finish. They were really helpful and friendly, answering any questions and making sure everything was perfect. The installation was done quickly and to a great standard. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for great carpets and excellent service!
Fantastic customer service from Les going through carpet samples and measuring to Dave laying the carpet both went above and beyond and I’m so pleased with the result I will be returning in the future and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Very disappointing. Last Saturday made an appointment for measuring up an empty flat today between 3.30 and 4 pm. I left at just before 4.30 pm with no sign of anyone? Chap phoned at 5.10 with understanding and no apology, just excuses of being busy. I pointed out it would have taken them 10 seconds to advise me they were late his response? " well i'm here now( 70 - 100 minutes late) if you're not happy with our service i'll just leave" As bad as it gets really!!

Chose these guys on a recommendation. Glad I did. Les gave me solid advise and measured up, and Dave turned up on-time and fitted the carpets in just a few hours. Couldn't ask for a better service. I highly recommend you check these guys out when you are next looking for carpets.
Got great advice from Les regarding colour, type of pile durability etc, very easy payment terms and all at a good price for bedroom, lounge and hall. Clear pricing and options. Booked and installed by Dave quickly, no mess, very neat and tidy job completed in a timely manner. These two have a great work ethic, upfront and honest advice and would highly recommend. A very happy customer.
Was feeling quite deflated as had a few very high quotes for some new kitchen flooring with some poor customer service 😪 until I came here 😁 was greeted in a warm friendly manner and not pushy, got the flooring I wanted at a great price 😁 would definitely recommend everyone to go there 😉 can't wait now for my new floor to arrive 😁
If I could rate these guys with more stars… I would. I have used these guys in every property I have lived in and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! The customer service is superb, the flooring is laid with care and always looks amazing. The guys always go out of their way to be accommodating, understanding and they go one step further with helping if you’re on a budget. They have always turned my house into a home. They take care of their customers promptly. If you go with these guys you won’t regret it! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but inside feelings! If you want the best & to be taken care of then these are the guys you need and want.

Excellent service from this store. Bought two good quality bedroom carpets, underlay and grippers at a very reasonable price. No in-store pressure selling, just worked with the customer needs. No delay in fitting which was carried out to a very good standard. I can highly recommend this store and will be using them again.
Really pleased with our new kitchen flooring. Through no fault of theirs fitting ended up the same day as an appliance was delivered but that was worked round and they really did an excellent job. Same flooring put in the downstairs loo and again excellent job. Thank you.
I've had my old house in Ardleigh carpeted, and my new place in Colchester. The prices for both carpet and underlay were very reasonable and easily compared favourably with impersonal chain stores. The fitting was excellent and looks fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Allie P

Had my loft conversion carpeted by Dave and was so pleased with his work. He picked up the carpet from Carpetright for me and managed to navigate the tight spiral staircase which was an accomplishment in itself. Excellent service at a great price. I only wish I’d have thought to buy the carpet from them as well.
Absolutely brilliant. We found the same carpet with the same quality in this shop for less than half price quoted from another carpet store. The underlay is superb, the carpet quality is amazing & the fitting was done by a real expert. We have never had a carpet this nice, and the fitting was better than other chains of carpet stores. Really impressed, will be going back for our bedroom. Thanks to Les & his brother.

Had our hall stairs and landing carpet fitted today by Dave and cannot say just how pleased we are with it we had a stair lift that had to be taken into consideration all of this was taken care of. From start to finish being given samples to take home, estimate given and completion of work.....excellent. Would have no hesitation of recommending company. Thank you.

why shop anywhere else when you can get everything you need right here. Les could not have been more efficient or helpful in supporting a family in need this Christmas. Had many carpets fitted from inside feelings, the detail and professional service is 1st class every time. I would highly recommend them for carpets and vinyls. Just had a vinyl fitted in our upstairs bathroom and looks fantastic at a very reasonable price.
Great service! Great prices, great work. Had a quote one week, samples sent by text to me the next day and vinyl flooring fitted the following week. Excellent job, took less than an hour to fit and I’m really pleased with it. Would definitely use again
