John and his team provided an excellent service fitting our kitchen flooring. Throughout the process, they were friendly and helpful and we are more than happy with the final result.

We have used Complete Flooring for many years for each of our rooms as we have changed our decoration. We have had carpet and laminate and the finished result has been excellent. John, Tania and Arlene have been so helpful and readily available with problems arising outside of the original plan and brief (our cause and changes) and very patient and accommodating with changes to the fitting schedule. Very polite, skilled and tidy workmen on the fitting too. We highly recommend Complete Flooring and the team and will continue to use them as and when the need arises, however this may be a while as the finished jobs have been so good and excellent quality at reasonable and competitive prices.

We are really pleased with the LVT flooring we had installed in our hallway recently and have just confirmed a date to have the same flooring installed in our kitchen/dining area. It was a pleasure to deal with John and his team to make the arrangements/estimates initially and Ross did an excellent job with the installation. We would not hesitate to recommend them and have actually told a few of our neighbours who may consider replacing their flooring in the near future.

They did our original flooring/carpets many, many years ago and that is still going very well. Recently had 2 lots of differing flooring done - and again, an excellent job was done. Workmen are polite, friendly and skilled. John really knows his stuff. Arlene and office support was brilliant too. Trustworthy. No 'sales' pressure from anyone at any point and they are always patient and helpful.
