Persha Carpets & Flooring is praised for its friendly, helpful service, wide choice of carpets, LVT and engineered wood flooring, and sensible prices. Customers value the prompt measuring, clear advice and polite, tidy fitting, with workmanship often described as careful and professional across rooms, stairs and landings. One review raised concerns about aftercare, an unwanted pack of designer strips and marks on LVT flooring, but the wider feedback highlights a trusted local team.
Use these guys! We bought our engineered wood flooring here over internet providers. They have a great selection of flooring. I was able to take a good size sample to ensure the right product. All at sensible prices for the quality. All the staff I dealt with were super helpful. Thank you.
I have used Persha carpets on at least 4-5 occasions and felt compelled to write this review owing to the very high standard of service they have provided to me. Their shop has an excellent range of flooring product which I have purchased for kitchen, bedrooms and stairs. From the very helpful assistance in the shop to the installation of carpets, they provide an excellent and always very friendly service. This week I had carpet laid to stairs and landings on three levels and the attention to detail and the care taken was first class. Thanks to everyone in the team as they all played a part in the great service I’ve received. I’d definitely recommend them.
Would recommend this family business without hesitation. From beginning to end, everyones assistance and professionalism has been fabulous. Intentions were to have three rooms re-carpeted, yet were so pleased we had the rest of the house done.
Really pleased with the service we received from Persha carpets . Friendly and Helpful staff in showroom , prompt measuring up for carpets, polite and professional guys who fitted our carpet . Carpets very well fitted . Would highly recommend .
Great place
Pro's : I brought LVT flooring from this Shop, the service at the time was great and items were ready for pick up on time. Con's: I brought designer strips with my flooring which I provided my measurements to the lady who contacted their Supplier to question how many pack of designer strips I would need for the measurements provided. They suggested 2 packs so I paid for that. When flooring was laid and finished I had an unopened pack of strips left over, I contacted this store and was basically refused a refund bearing in mind I didn't ask for 2 packs, this was suggested to me. I find this shocking as never had this kind of issue with any other purchase I've made elsewhere, I could understand if I had asked for 2 packs and got it wrong but this wasn't the case. Also the flooring has marks that are not part of the design, I'm not impressed in the slightest with the aftercare customer service from this Company and won't be using them again. I would love to be able to add pictures but you don't get that option when leaving a review
Fantastic service from start to finish, top quality flooring and the workmanship is faultless ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely cannot fault their service. They came out to measure quickly and in the showroom were very helpful in finding carpets and LVT suitable for our budget, but also that would withstand a busy household. Fitting of both carpet and LVT floor was outstanding. All the guys were polite, friendly and they were so neat and tidy aswell! Definitely recommend!
Lovely people, friendly professional and honest. Came really fast when I needed them, very pleasant owner, shop managers and installers. Such a contrast to other businesses !
A really fantastic little business, having visited the showroom Angel was very helpful offering advice on the different types of carpet and underlay, and the prices were very reasonable. Ordered, measured up and fitted within a few days and the new carpet looks absolutely fabulous, very happy. Great customer service and very friendly, definitely recommend especially if you're local to Colchester and want to support small local companies rather than the big carpet warehouses where the service and price are nowhere near as good.
