So happy with my new carpet. Dom and Lindsey were so helpful and did a fantastic job with the carpet fitting going over and above. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.
First used this company in 2024 for a bedroom carpet and was really happy with the service from quote to fitting, so I approached them again this year for another four bedroom carpets. Can’t fault them. Dom came and measured up, quoted, and Darren fitted. Service was efficient, friendly, and exactly what you hope for. I’ll absolutely use them again.
Excellent service by this local company. 2 flights of stairs and landings with quality underlay and stripped pattern carpet fitted by Harvey. I would highly recommend all staff members for a fantastic experience.
By far the best carpet and flooring experience possible. After purchasing an older home, Dom and his staff walked us through carpet and flooring options with expert advice allowing us to make informed and excellent decisions. We carpeted the entire first floor of three bedrooms and stairs. Flooring was installed in two major ground level rooms with spectacular Amtico tiling in the entry hall and porch. Every accommodation was made to fit a very tight timeline between house purchase completion and the arrival of goods. The quality of the installation was terrific. Flawless attention to detail. The rooms were spotless and move-in-ready when done. I absolutely recommend this company for any flooring job.

We are really pleased with our new Amtico floor provided by Colchester carpets & flooring. Dom and Lyndsey instore guided us through our choices of the Amtico range and with their expert knowledge we made the right choice for our new home. The skill of the fitter was outstanding, Ian was very methodical in laying the herringbone flooring and we highly recommend Dom and his team as their service is amazing.

Excellent service, a lovely showroom and a great team. We went for Amtico LVT that we were able to look at in the showroom with a great range of colours, styles and finishes. Absolutely no pressure to buy or make a decision. Ian who fitted our floors was amazing and the whole team are clearly experts and passionate about what they do. No point considering anywhere else for quality carpets and floors.
We visited the shop looking to purchase a new carpet and Neil was so helpful and friendly! What a charming gentleman. He gave us lots of information about the styles we were looking at and nothing was too much trouble. Also very competitively priced - we will definitely be back.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Our entire house needed to have all LVT flooring and carpets replaced due to major water damage to our property. Neil in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful when we were choosing the Amtico flooring, especially with regards to a complicated motif design and border in our hallway, and also with choosing the carpets. The carpet fitters and LVT a team did a brilliant job and we’re delighted with the end result.

Excellent service right from the start , from visiting the shop to measuring up and fitting out my whole flat . The quality of the carpet and flooring was very good and expertly fitted by Luke who was very friendly and professional and moved all furniture for fittings and replaced once carpets were fitted . For me this service is so helpful as due to ill health I cannot move furniture. I am so pleased with the outcome and each room looks fabulous x would and will highly recommend.
