Colchester Carpets & Flooring

Fab people, great customer service. Thank you for helping me replace some scotia free of charge ♥️

We are really pleased with our new Amtico floor provided by Colchester carpets & flooring. Dom and Lyndsey instore guided us through our choices of the Amtico range and with their expert knowledge we made the right choice for our new home. The skill of the fitter was outstanding, Ian was very methodical in laying the herringbone flooring and we highly recommend Dom and his team as their service is amazing.

We’re extremely pleased with the carpet fitting service we received for our new-build property, especially as we wanted more choice than what was originally offered to us from the developer. Dom and his team advised us throughout and were professional, reliable, and clearly skilled at what they do. Most importantly, they completed the job efficiently and to a very high standard. Overall, we found their service incredibly helpful and we’re extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

I’m really pleased with the vinyl flooring installed in my bathroom by Colchester Carpets & Flooring. The quality of the finish is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special thanks to Dom, who provided outstanding service—professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what he does. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

Dom provided amazing service from start to finish. He was incredibly bubbly, friendly, and welcoming in the shop, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The fitters also did an excellent job — professional, efficient, and the final result looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Vast choice of flooring at competitive price. Excellent customer service from selecting carpet to the fitting.

Excellent quality and fitting.

Excellent service, a lovely showroom and a great team. We went for Amtico LVT that we were able to look at in the showroom with a great range of colours, styles and finishes. Absolutely no pressure to buy or make a decision. Ian who fitted our floors was amazing and the whole team are clearly experts and passionate about what they do. No point considering anywhere else for quality carpets and floors.

We visited the shop looking to purchase a new carpet and Neil was so helpful and friendly! What a charming gentleman. He gave us lots of information about the styles we were looking at and nothing was too much trouble. Also very competitively priced - we will definitely be back.

Great service 👍

Did a great job fitting vinyl flooring in two rooms at short notice.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Our entire house needed to have all LVT flooring and carpets replaced due to major water damage to our property. Neil in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful when we were choosing the Amtico flooring, especially with regards to a complicated motif design and border in our hallway, and also with choosing the carpets. The carpet fitters and LVT a team did a brilliant job and we’re delighted with the end result.

Great service from these guys from start to finish, the execution of finish was amazing!! we love it and couldn't be more pleased how we was treated throughout the whole experience thank you again

Excellent service right from the start , from visiting the shop to measuring up and fitting out my whole flat . The quality of the carpet and flooring was very good and expertly fitted by Luke who was very friendly and professional and moved all furniture for fittings and replaced once carpets were fitted . For me this service is so helpful as due to ill health I cannot move furniture. I am so pleased with the outcome and each room looks fabulous x would and will highly recommend.

Dom and the team at Colchester Carpets and Flooring have just re-carpeted our whole house and did an amazing job. The service and expertise from choosing the carpets, to fitting and tidying up afterwards was exceptional. The new carpets have transformed our house, we just wish we'd done it sooner! Thanks again to Dom, Howie and the team and would highly recommend.
