Flooring Superstore

I have used the Basingstoke store a few times, on this occasion I needed wooden flooring for two bedrooms. I have always found the staff there to be very knowledgeable and they can’t do enough to help you. The fitter, Marcin, was brilliant, he went above the standard level of service and I will be asking for him again to fit a stair carpet in the future. I do have a couple of negative things regarding the head office though. My delivery date was moved forward 1 week without my consent so I was on holiday at the time of delivery. My neighbour took the delivery but I think this is bad practice as what if I didn’t get on with my neighbour or the goods were damaged? After the fitting of the wood flooring I had a few packs left over. When I went to return them I was told there had been a recent change in the handling fee from 10% to 50%. Needless to say I didn’t return them! This 50% charge is extremely high and I feel unfair. In short the staff at the store are brilliant but head office need to take a look at their procedures and policies.

Amazing service from start to finish. Everyone at the store are nice and welcoming. The installation side of things i couldn't recommend more, Marcin was recommended by Flooring Superstore and service was excellent, turned up and just cracked on. Fair play hes done an amazing job!

Very pleased with the look of the new flooring, the guys did a great job, arrived early and worked non stop until complete. Handed over with cleaning and care advice, cleaning up behind them. The whole process was very straightforward from initial viewing at the store, the cost including the whole package (no separate payments needed) finally to arranging of fitting, good communication from the company. I would definitely recommend.

We've had flooring supplied and fitted by several companies over the years, but we've never experienced such a professional and customer-focused service as we received from Flooring Superstore. Monika has been incredibly helpful, highly knowledgeable about the products, and extremely patient throughout the process, especially when we changed our minds about the flooring on several occasions. Her advice and support made the whole experience much easier. We were told that Michael was their best fitter, and that certainly proved to be true. Michael is an excellent communicator and an even better fitter. His experience was evident throughout the installation, and he provided valuable advice on a number of points along the way. The entire process, from choosing the flooring to the final installation, was handled professionally and efficiently. We are delighted with the result and would highly recommend Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. Rating: 5/5 ⭐

Great service from start to finish, they were efficient and professional and we are very happy with the floor.

Brilliant service

I found the team at Basingstoke very helpful, and their quote very competitive, so much so, Tapi tried 3 times to better and didn’t, and that approach put me off them ! Communication was good, delivery times acceptable, and the fitting team of Ian and his assistant, were very diligent, skilful , and tidy, in their workmanship. I highly recommend after an excellent experience.

Monika was so helpful and knowledgeable from moment I walked in, making the whole process from ordering to collection smooth and easy!

Amazing store and Monika is fabulous very helpful and knowledgeable

The team at Basingstoke were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. I was on a tight schedule and they were able to speed up delivery of the carpet and arrange a fitting time that met my needs. The fitting itself was first class, taking away the old carpet and laminate flooring and cleaning up and vacuuming to leave the property spotless. Would highly recommend!

Really amazing service. Monika was very helpful, highly recommended.

Best in store experience I had. The team clearly valued my business when comparing to other mainstream carpet retailers. Really good experience. Kept up to date throughout and love the new carpet.

Amazingly helpful and professional staff. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with the service. The Polish lady who assisted me was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. She provided excellent advice, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything very easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service — highly recommended.

Great service, was helped by Monika and again great experience. Highly recommended shop.

Great service, really friendly and helpful

Excellent experience. Monika was great—helpful, efficient, and easy to deal with. Sorted everything in one visit, offered a good selection of products and even a discount. Delivery was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend.

Service was flawless from all. Monika was super helpful throughout. Will return

Absolutely fantastic experience! We recently purchased our flooring here and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The entire team was super friendly, genuinely helpful, and incredibly attentive to our needs. They took the time to give us really practical advice on how to install the floor ourselves, which made the whole DIY process much less intimidating. What stood out most was that there was zero hard sell — just honest, helpful guidance from start to finish. Even the new employee was excellent and clearly well-trained. Every single person we dealt with was professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for quality flooring and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this store. We’ll definitely be back for future projects!

Monika very kind and helpful. Great service. Good job. Super soft carpet.:)

I wanted to share some feedback about the Basingstoke branch. The team there are consistently fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I’d especially like to recognise Monika, who has supported me from the very beginning of my house renovation project. She has been there every step of the way, offering guidance and assistance throughout the entire journey. Her level of customer service truly goes above and beyond, and it has made a real difference to my experience. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Monika, for such outstanding support.

We went to pick out some carpet for our baby's room. Monika looked after us throughout the whole process from ordering through to organising delivery and fitting with care and attention to detail. Ian came and fitted, he was amazingly quick and did a fantastic job, while being respectful of our home. Will definitely be back when we need more flooring.

Excellent experience with Flooring Superstore. Monika was incredibly helpful, consistently providing the best prices and guiding us through selecting both flooring and carpet. Her customer service was outstanding professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Monika is a very polite and helpful member of the store an asset to youre company .

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my recent carpet order. To begin with, the carpet was delivered to my home when it should have been delivered to the warehouse ( message three confirming this), which already showed a lack of coordination. Upon delivery/fittting, it was then discovered that the carpet had a large oil mark, making it completely unfit to be installed. As a result, the fitting could not go ahead, causing significant inconvenience. What makes it worse is that Fitter noticed the carpet was rolled backwards, so someone had seen it and not corrected it. Equally, it was sat with the store for three weeks rolled backwards. The mark was on the outside of the roll under clear plastic. Communication throughout this process has been very poor. I was promised that customer service would contact me to find a resolution the issue, but I have yet to hear anything. Additionally, my old carpet was removed but then left behind, despite paying that it would be taken away—again highlighting a clear breakdown in communication. After waiting 9 hours with no update, I had to call the store myself, only to be told that a replacement carpet would take up to 6 weeks. This is simply unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would expect much better organisation, communication, and customer care. As a result I’m now left with no carpet, nails sticking out from the carpet grippers and no ETA of resolution and old carpet ripped up and dumped outside my house

Very happy with the service from the Flooring Store in Basingstoke. Got great advice and they delivered as promised. Their recommended fitter Ian was brilliant with a great eye for detail. I would happily recommend them.

Huge range of high quality products and friendly expert advice on everything we needed! Clear, helpful communication and even helped load the car! Would recommend!

Great service!

Purchased in store at Basingstoke. Monika was do helpful and efficent with answering queries and advising on our requirements. Ordering was very easy and wood delivered the following week.

Monika is always helpful everytime we come in! The amount of times we’ve changed our minds and have more questions she’s always available and happy to assist. Thank you so much!

Absolutely brilliant service!! Very helpful and very good for money, really happy and would highly recommend!

Really friendly team, happy to help me place an order for collection from their showroom. Thanks!

Excellent service and workmanship. I would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough, very helpful, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely considerate of my needs. They took the time to go through everything with me, really listened, and showed a real interest not only in what I wanted but also in my budget. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt fully supported throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for quality at a good price, with a very high standard of service, this is the company to choose. Exceptional service from both Monika and Ian the carpet fitter — professional, caring, and a pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely return to see Monika for the next phase of my home improvement; kitchen... 👍 Thank you so much

Highly recommended, very good quality, helpful staff who will advise you, friendly atmosphere and fast delivery ☺️

Fantastic service from start to finish! I recently approached Flooring Superstore for getting flooring and carpeting fitted in a new build property. Monika kindly invited me to visit the store and talk through options. She was thorough in her explanations, answered all my questions, made great recommendations to help me make selections, and even made me a cup (or two) of tea! :-) The materials were ordered and delivered on time, and Marcin (flooring fitter) did a fabulous job around the house, and working tirelessly even through the Christmas holiday period (as I was on a time crunch) - the attached pictures speak for themselves! I am very pleased with the service provided and will definitely recommend them.

Amazingly helpful and friendly service, offering support and advice and community spirited, especially at this Christmas season.. Thank you

Monica provided fantastic service, answered all our questions regarding the carpet. We always come to this store to place our order! She gives fantastic service, patience with our choices after changing all of times. Thankyou so much for the service

A great experience…Monika was lovely, so helpful, knowledgeable and super quick to contact fitter for dates and advice about our tricky floor repair and fitting! Great choice of flooring and found the perfect thick vinyl. Was very impressed they have gone above and beyond to fit before Christmas. Thank you so much.

Was taken over by a family member. Disgusting attitude from him.Due to health never looked at job right, noticed carpet bar missing but thought dealt with other family member this could be sorted later and sort doors out as was low but too much going on at this time, the way he spoke to me, rude and nasty. Will deal with it my way.

Eric and Monika were really helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. Able to answer all our questions and ask good ones to us.

Great assistance and guidance when selecting flooring. I would recommended visiting for all your flooring enquiries. Manika was very helpful with all our enquiries and provided us with great suggestions

Good communication, all the information are given correctly and nice stuff.

Monika was excellent and helped us out a lot

Excellent customer services, any issues dealt with immediately and resolved quickly. Fitters were very professional, respectful of my home and completed their work efficiently and expertly. Finished product is perfect throughout the whole house. I am very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend you and your fitters to others.

We would recommend Flooring Superstore, Basingstoke, to anyone deciding to buy flooring. We have recently moved house and the constant help and information given to us by Monika, one of the Sales Assistant, was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t planning on buying new flooring on Sunday but Eric in the Basingstoke store was so knowledgable and helpful, allowing me to take the large showroom sample home to test in my property that I returned that day to place an order. Very happy with the service from Eric and all the team when I returned to add the required beading to the order a few days later.

Absolutely Delighted with My Experience! I recently bought engineered wood flooring from Flooring Superstore, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. A huge thank you to Monika and Erik for their exceptional help and support — they both went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right product and had everything I needed. Monika was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me understand all the options, while Erik made the process smooth and stress-free with his friendly and professional approach. The flooring looks stunning and feels premium, delivery was quick, and the service was top-notch throughout. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days — I couldn’t recommend Flooring Superstore enough. Thank you again, Monika and Erik, for making this such a brilliant experience!

Hidden Gem in Basingstoke – Exceptional Service from Sandy I had no idea there was a Flooring Superstore tucked away in Basingstoke. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but absolutely worth discovering. I visited to choose carpets and engineered wood for a major renovation project involving my own home and two others, and I was blown away by the range of options available. Sandy greeted us with a warm smile and stood out with her deep technical knowledge and genuine enthusiasm. She guided us through the selection process with clarity and care, making sure we understood the pros and cons of each product. What really impressed me was her commitment beyond the showroom, she followed up even after delivery to ensure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our choices. Thanks to her professionalism and thoughtful support, I’ll definitely be working with Sandy again on my next two projects. She’s a star!

very happy with my new flooring - Monika help & advice Above & Beyond, THANK YOU

Stunning High quality laminate ( Villa -Peterson Oak) project. The whole process from ordering the flooring to completion has been smooth as anything. Collaborative work has been done by Michal, GSK flooring & Marcin, Home Improvement Ltd. Strongly recommend the traders for anyone, who is looking for the job to be done to a Perfection)

Both Sandy and Monika provided excellent guidance and technical information on the various flooring options available and then arranged samples and a survey of the work to suit. When it came to sorting out the quote and order again Sandy was very helpful to ensure my needs and expectations were met. Altogether a professional and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service from Monika and Erik today

Fantastic sales offer & offer to help with decision making when I had barely a clue when I walked in

Flooring Superstore. Has done excellent job. Good and reliable.

I have had an amazing review with the flooring superstore staff in Basingstoke. I have ordered my carpet through them and they were great. I am now back to order flooring and even trying to persuade my other half to get some grass from them! They are extremely professional and helpful!

Brilliant store with brilliant staff. Monica and Eric have been a delight and would highly recommend using this store for all of your flooring needs. Friendly and welcoming, they will go above and beyond to help you

Monika was very helpful and professional. She advised us on the best type of flooring for our porch and helped choose the perfect color. Always friendly and smiling. Highly recommend this store!"

Ian and his colleague fitted our carpet quickly and efficiently and did everything that was needed to allow us to use the room straightaway, including cutting the necessary length off the door to allow it to close, removing all packaging and old carpet and hoovering up any mess. A friendly and excellent job.

The flooring material and install both were amazing. Erik was a wonderful salesman who was able to meet our request and attended to any changes promptly.

Always helpful and capable of answering our questions.

Truly recommended this place, amazing and helpful people plus good quality :)

Good communications and nice job. Thanks

I would highly recommend Flooring Superstore. We had a very limited time for them to supply and fit a vinyl floor in our new bathroom. We gave Mónica the challenge to have the job completed in under a week. Not only did they meet the challenge to supply the materials on time, but the fitter was prompt, explained everything clearly and did an outstanding job, coming up with solutions to every hurdle that our very old cottage presented. In future FS will be the first place I go to for my flooring needs. Well done. It's great to know that service like this is still out there.

Fab experience and the staff are so helpful. Monika was amazing and helped us get the carpet we wanted for a great price. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning! 😊

Brilliant service, James was incredibly helpful throughout the process and the flooring looks fantastic now it’s down.

Monika went above and beyond throughout the entire purchasing process and made sure our order got delivered just in time. Thank you

Excellent service from everyone involved in my carpet purchase -James ,Monika and Ian -helpful ,efficient approachable, professional -very happy with my new carpet .

From the moment we walked in we felt like we were in safe hands. Monika at the Basingstoke branch answered every question we asked and made the process incredibly easy. The fitters they employed did an expert job and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Perfect customer service from start to finish. Thank you

We were very impressed with both the service and the carpet that we chose. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable, and helpful with ideas we hadn't thought about. Their fitter, Marcin, was excellent and quick, also very respectful of our property ,he took his shoes off at the front door and took rubbish we him. We will use these again when other rooms need new carpet..

So helpful, could not praise the service highly enough.

Staff member at the shop (Monika) was very friendly and engaging from the moment I walked into the shop. She made me feel very welcome and gave me her undivided attention throughout the experience. Monika even offered me a coffee and ample time to decide on the type of carpet I wanted and Justin, the carpet fitter, was also in the shop and offered me some great advice about the type of carpet that might be suitable for my place. I even had the chance to change the colour of the carpet after the order was placed. I’m very happy with my choice and I would recommend them without any hesitation. Excellent customer service and staff members that made me feel heard, seen and valuable. I’m very grateful to them both. I’ll definitely return to them in the future.

Absolutely Outstanding Service! I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service I received from Flooring Superstore. Monika was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Marcin, their contractor, was a true professional. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was top-notch. I highly recommend this company and Marcin as a private contractor to anyone seeking reliable and quality service. 10/10! Thank you!

I was exploring a highly durable option of waterproof flooring for my catering business. Coming to Flooring Superstore, couldn't be a more seamless service. I have chosen the Asenso artisan Sherwood oak -LVT with installation package, done by Marcin Home Improvements ltd, and from the moment of purchase to full completion of the installation took less than 2 weeks. Will definitely come back for future projects and highly recommend the Flooring Superstore installation package.

So helpful! Monika was lovely and Ian was so amenable. Especially on the back of carpet rite closing down. I have spent the weekend lying on my beautiful carpet .

Couldn't be happier with the service. Monika in store was super helpful and made sure I got the best deal available at the time. Nice to see that the store will use SMS to communicate with their customers. A lot of people don't have time to sit on the phone but a simple text to answer any of my queries made the process simple. Marcin the fitter was also fantastic. Really friendly and kept me informed of arrival times. Even trimmed down my door to ensure it closed properly. Will not be hesitating to recommend them to friends / family!

Yes. These guys are amazing. Specially Erik who helped me to choose the materials, worked for price reduction, Made the quick fitter appointment, etc.. Fully satisfied and worthy service.

Very helpful staff and great variety of carpets. Had a problem with delivery, wasn’t delivered on agreed date but this was sorted very quickly by James and carpet was delivered 2 days later on the day the fitter was due. Carpet looks great, very pleased.Marcin the carpet fitter worked solidly for 7.5 hours to get it finished.

Excellent service by Flooring superstore . Excellent job and help from Marcin who fitted the carpet.

A great option for choosing your flooring. While the floor has only just been put down the quality of the work has been great, along with the materials used. The fitter was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Something we have sorely missed when using other suppliers in the past. A great choice.

Eric was extremely helpful today, putting together a quote to compare with another company that we found to be more expensive than expected. Fab range of carpets on the lower price end compared to the leading competitor. Fitter contacted same day with three available days in his calendar all within 1 week. They work with independent fitters but still better value overall. Marcin managed to fit us in to his calendar to get our floors done before our move and did an excellent job throughout. Made the most of a laminate sale as well and super happy with the outcome

Sadly despite leaving a previous good review I find that I must now change my review. Shortly after having the carpet fitted my wife and I noticed lines across all the carpet which did not look good. We therefore contacted our fitter who has many years experience and he advised that it was a fault. We therefore contacted flooring superstore to request an inspection and were advised that they would not do that and despite sending them photos they refused to even give any consideration to a possible fault. Their advise was to have the carpet cleaned ( new carpet) which was ridiculous. After many attempts to get some solution they offered us £80 towards cleaning, which was again ridiculous as the carpet was spotless. As they would not offer any consideration to the problem we found it necessary to file with the small claim’s court which sounds straightforward but is not as they did not reply to the courts and have to date dragged it out for over a year. We are now in the position that to proceed with legal action will cost us more money which as pensioners we really cannot afford in these difficult times so we are forced to abandon our claim. My advice is while they may seem good value at first if their product is not satisfactory you will get no assistance from them. So I would have to say avoid them and go to a company that looks after their customers.

Absolutely brilliant service, staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service and floor work

Monika at Basingstoke Flooring Superstore provided me with customer service of the highest standard and went over and above in terms of ensuring the purchase of the flooring was exactly right. I highly recommend the quality of the product range and outstanding customer service I experienced.

Knowledgeable staff and our fitter Ian was extremely professional

James was very helpful and the delivery will be quick and they were happy to work around my diary. A very successful and easy shop for two carpets and lino at a good price.

We have now used flooring superstore twice and both times have been extremely happy with the service. The staff are very knowledgeable and unlike other carpet and flooring places we’ve been too, it never felt like we were under pressure to make a purchase. A special mention to James who helped us with ours. The carpet fitters they used were equally fantastic! Will definitely recommend!

Just excellent service from everyone at Basingstokes Flooring Superstore, great value, great product, great customer service, excellent workmanship.......... What more can you ask for. See photo of my text to their team, Monica, Marcin and Steve. Thank you from Emma 😊

The customer service I recieved was fantastic! I returned flooring as I wanted a different type of floor and they made the process extremely easy, even offering to pick up the old flooring when delivering the new one. I found the whole experience quick and easy. James, the gent I dealt with made the process smooth and it felt like, as a customer I was valued. Nothing was a problem, I would highly recommend them.

The store offers a wide range of flooring options. Will def go back if I need any more flooring Thanks Monika

Poor service, delivery cancelled at last minute with no notice what so ever. We had to call them to ask why the deliver tracker was showing “unsuccessful”. Will not order again

Amazing service from Basingstoke Flooring Superstore! Thank you so much to the team 💙 Lovely knowledgeable staff especially Monkia and James who worked hard to get me what I needed within my budget. I wad also lucky to get my installation from IMW Renovations who were equally amazing. I will be back soon for AstroTurf.

Excellent service from the staff at the flooring superstore, very knowledgeable and there was never any pressure to purchase. The carpet was fitted promptly and sent me texts as to what time he would be arriving and was kept updated with when delivery would be.

We were delighted with the service and knowledge given by Monika who very patiently explained to us the various flooring products. The quality of the wooden flooring we chose is excellent. Ian and Justin expertly fitted the floor and cannot recommend their services highly enough. First class service from start to finish.

Flooring Superstore in Basingstoke was great experience. James was knowledgeable on the products and we were able to make an order with ease. All our fitting questions were answered our fitter contact contacted us the next day. A really big store and such a wide variety of options to pick and choose from. By far better customer service, than other franchise stores.

Monika of Basingstoke store was superb! She was always trying to help and very patient. She finally managed to find all the carpet we needed within our budget. The result was excellent! Definitely recommend Monika for buying carpet or wood flooring.

Super work, clean, tidy and neat. Lovely team who worked very hard and had great attention to detail.

Monika from Basingstoke was amazing ! She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, helped us browse through the website and show us samples. She wasn’t pushy and I felt genuinely tried to help us. The best customer service I’ve ever received. Monika you rock ….. thank you 😊

Great service from start to finish. Will use again.

Very good quality laminate flooring which looks lovely when it's laid down in the kitchen. The carpenter recommended to lay the flooring by Monika at Flooring Superstore was excellent, very prompt, tidy and always on time.

We had arranged a quote from Tapi Carpets and after seeing an advert for Flooring Superstore, we popped in and we are so glad we did! Monkia and Michael were incredibly helpful in selecting the right flooring and not only could they beat the cost of Tapi, they were able to beat it by 50% with a far more superior laminate. Not only that, whereas Tapi were offering a 6-7 week turnaround, Flooring Superstore could offer delivery and fitting within a week. They arranged a fitter, Maciek who couldn't have been more helpful and did an excellent job of fitting the floor. He measured up, then came back when the product was delivered to check the quality and ensure we were ready for fitting and on fitting day worked incredibly hard to deliver excellent results. We are so impressed with Flooring Superstore and so pleased with our flooring. We cannot recommend them more highly. Outstanding customer service and great value for money. Thank you so much.

Friendly and efficient service. Lots of choice in a well layed out store.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!!! Ordered some samples and was sent a text message explaining where our nearest showroom was so popped along to see Michael at Basingstoke who was incredibly helpful in helping us choose some LVT. Really smooth process from choosing to ordering and under a week for delivery. Definitely will be using this company again. Thank you Michael for looking after us!

Really helpful team, helped with all Questions and friendly. Amazing experience from start to finish!

Mike was incredibly helpful with a couple of naive new house owners!

We received great service from Monika today - came in to buy artificial grass for my patio but was a bit overwhelmed with the choice. Monika talked me through everything but wasn’t pushy at all or tried to upsell heavily - I feel like I got what I needed and wanted and would come back again to get advice. I feel very welcome in the store.

Friendly staff, great delivery, good products

absolutely fantastic. made our choosing so much easier. thank you for your advice.

Best customer service ever! Thank you for all your support and customer care!

Went in to see Michael at Flooring Direct Basingstoke once again he was great with helping us choose our choice of LVT waterproof flooring for our bathroom he also helped us transform our flat with the amazing flooring they have in stock on our last visit here is an image of the transformation. Lost with words . Can’t thank enough Monica for the help in choosing the right wood floor and advising the carpenter Mr Chriss. We are so so happy.

Excellent buying experience. Monika was very professional and friendly. We never felt under pressure to make a decision. Highly recommend this store.

Michael was fab - very helpful indeed!

Visited Basingstoke branch very friendly and helpful (Mike) would recommend.

The Sales Manager, Michael, was very helpful, even when the supplier at first said our carpet was discounted, then delivered it early. One call to Michael and he sorted everything

Amazing service in the showroom, Michael was efficient and helped us well with selecting and ordering our carpet. I cannot say the same for the delivery service. Despite requesting an afternoon delivery slot on our delivery day I received a text the day before saying our delivery will arrived between 8:30 - 9:30 the next morning. I quickly called to mention that we have requested an afternoon delivery slot as we don't receive the keys until midday to which they responded that wasn't possible and I'd have to rearrange delivery for another day. I had a carpet fitter booked in to fit the carpets for us. The delay means that they will now not be fitted before we were meant to be moving in at the weekend. I've had to rearrange the carpet fitter and rearrange the removals company too. Its a shame the delivery service didn't live up to that of the showroom. Moving house is a stressful time regardless, without the added stress of broken promises. A bad experience overall for us unfortunately

Monica at the Basingstoke branch has been amazing, professional and her communication and customer service was excellent. Thank you Monica

We've bought the flooring for our whole house from Flooring Superstore, Monika has made the process incredibly simple and was always trying to find us the best cost savings.

Very helpful Sales team. Offered great advice and provided all the help we needed.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish, from arranging a flooring fitter, the same flooring fitter who subsequently did the installation of the flooring, to come and measure up my property, to liaising with the flooring fitter on requirements and all laminate and accessories were competitively priced when compared to the mainstream flooring supply companies. The laminate / underlay / scotia was all manufactured of a very high standard indeed. Delivery of all the laminate / underlay / scotia beading was delivered to the flooring fitter on my behalf. I can not praise Flooring Superstore enough for their professionalism in assisting me with everything in regards of my flooring.

I was served by Michael lovely guy helped me pick out a wonderful carpet very competitive prices highly recommended!!

Amazing! :)

Monika had been helping me for several weeks trying to find some scotia beading for some existing flooring we had but then a flood in the house forced us to change the whole floor. We went back to see Monika and also met Michael the manager. They were both very friendly, not pushy and listed to what we wanted and helped guide us in the right direction. I would definitely recommend using them. I've requested so many samples over the last few weeks and there's never been any hesitation in sending them.

Amazing service, fantastic prices.

Such a great experience, thank you so much for helping us choose our carpet!

We visited the flooring superstore for the first time today. Michael was very friendly and attentive without being pushy. We were able to take several large samples away to look at in our own home and have returned to purchase our LVT from them this afternoon. We were very impressed with the 100day returns policy which gives us great peace of mind in case we change our mind! We will definitely recommend The Flooring Superstore to others.

We wanted to get carpets for three bedrooms, landing and stairs but didn't really know where to start. Monika was extremely helpful and showed us lots of different carpets, and arranged for samples to be sent out. Everything from ordering, delivery and fitted was seemless. The fitters were excellent and have done a superb job. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service and competitive price. Michael was friendly and professional, would recommend

Hadn’t been to the store before, in fact I was not aware the store existed. I was passing and popped in having already had quotes for the carpet I wanted from 2 other high street carpet companies. Target room a bedroom, carpet colour needed to be close to hall carpet, and I didn’t want to pay too much. Monika was great. Helped show me what I was looking for so saved me much time. Cost was comparable to others I had, in fact a little cheaper. It was Monika and the fact that the carpet could be delivered and fitted within a week that sealed the deal. I would definitely buy from here again. Also the fitter Monika arranged for me was so nice and very very helpful. All in all a great experience

Monica was amazingly helpful and quick to respond to text and emails we placed our order and it will be with us next week many thanks to monika

I popped into their branch and was greeted by their friendly staff who directed me towards the I was looking for and helped made some suggestions. Soo excellent customer service.. Monika was very helpfull and knowledgeable! Thank you sooo much !

Excellent service from start to finish. First class customer service - Monika was knowledgable and helpful, answering numerous questions, yet leaving me in peace to look at carpets and decide. 2 carpets bought to be fitted to 2 rooms, stairs and landing on the same day the following week. The fitter was just great, and we are very happy! Can't recommend highly enough!

Helpful staff, got what I wanted, easy to find.

Excellent customer service and very efficient delivery. Everything from measuring till fitting went efficiently.Great Help from monika. I would highly recommend flooring superstore. Thank you and keep up with the good work.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Very easy process!

Friendly and efficient service. Great help from melissa on all the products in store. Lots of quality products to choose from at good prices.

No stock, no customer service, lost money! They didn't have stock of most of their carpets. After order carpets 8 weeks in adverts we were told 4 weeks later they didn't have that carpet so had to choose different carpet. We had a text the night before saying my two order will be coming in the morning. When the delivery driver came only one order was on the van, this was the carpet we had ordered 8 weeks before. The store staff can't speak to a manager or head office to found out what was happening, only email. It took three days for anyone to call me back. After 5 days of try to found about where our carpet was. I had to cancel my order and get carpets from other people. I lost money because because the carpet fitter had to come back. And couldn't move in to our new property fully, causing stress and extra work. I will never go into a flooring superstore again
