Used All Electrical several times over 4 years. First time I used them was to get old workshop electrics up to standard to satisfy insurance company expectations. Andy was clear with what needed to be done and completed the job to the time frame stated and to the cost stated. I have had to use Andy again a bit more frequently recently when my business suffered power outages with thanks to a certain fast food chain. Andy got me out of a muddle on two occasions, the third time he supervised and pretty much schooled the so called bigger company on how to do the job! If it wasn't for Andy's determined nature and a will to do the job properly I don't know where I would be now. It's nice to find another tradesman who has the same principles as I do. Thanks Andy

I cannot praise Andy and the team at All Electrical & Testing highly enough. They did a difficult rewiring job on my property, and completed it quickly, on time and communicated everything throughout. They also brought a much needed level of knowledge and experience to ensure that everything went smoothly (a less careful and experienced team could have made the problems worse). They did such a good job that the plasterer even commented on how neat everything was. Andy is very knowledgeable and went out of his way get the job done within our timeframe, to the specification and to a very high standard. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

I have been using All Electrical and Testing in Norwich for several years now and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Their prices are fair and reasonable but more importantly their responsiveness and quality of work is excellent. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Andrew and his team are extremely responsive and reliable, and always do a good job. Have used him for quite a few domestic/home electrical work (and testing) and always had a brilliant service. He also is extremely helpful, e.g. recently when I needed underfloor heating he was able to help recommend someone to lay baseboards, and when the original timing/plans had to change due to unforeseen circumstances he was able to be flexible and adapt.

UPDATE: We've been relying on Andy's expertise for almost two years now. In that time we've had dozens of builders through our door and Andy is by far one of the most reliable, professional, and component. He comes in, gets the job done, and leaves the place better than he found it. When you reluctantly become a renovator you quickly have to build a team of tradespeople you can count on. Andy is on the top of our list. He's also very competitively priced. We can't sing his praises enough. Review from 2021: We hired Andy from All Electrical & Testing to do a survey of a property we're buying and I was really impressed with the service we received. He was able to undertake the work quickly and to a very high, professional standard. The report came back right away and we were able to discuss the next steps less than 24 hours after the inspection. I would definitely hire this company in the future and intend to do so once we complete on the property.

Andy was great at the start but I am afraid has let himself down, he has not responded to my calls regarding issues with his work which means he is not honouring the guarantee which he offered ,I have paid for a total rewire of my house with no guarantees, got to say very disappointing and well over priced and not what I expect Trust is massive thing but Andy has failed and therefore cannot be trusted Thankyou for your reply but unfortunately after asking you to contact me you have failed to do so , also your response isn't the truth, I gave you a chance to deal with the issues i have and your response admits your supplier did have issues and which you chose to install in my property , however you have not taken the opportunity I gave you to put things right knowing there could be problems in the future ,therefore you have failed to deal with the issues with your work which was very expensive and certainly not worth what I paid , therefore I have changed my rating to one star Very disappointing and can't be trusted

At Lamberts we have used Andy for over ten years because his work is of the highest standard, he is always polite, punctual, and professional. He has installed everything from a light switch to a new fuse board and everything in-between as well as a car charge point, and every five years does an inspection of all our electrical systems. I have also had Andy install some motion activated lights indoors and outside at home. I would highly recommend Andy and have done so to a number of local companies.

We've been fortunate to have Andy and his team do a number of jobs over the last couple of years such as: Electrical inspection, making safe unsafe electrical work done by previous owner, installing extractor fans, installing a custom chandelier light fitting and disconnecting electrics for a room we are having building work done. Andy and his team have worked on our house over the past 3 years in a variety of projects, most recently a garage conversion. An extremely professional service from start to finish, Andy and his team are undoubtedly the best at what they do. We had quite a few jobs lined up and everything was completed within a single day and I can honestly say I'm so pleased with the final results. Andy and his team are friendly and professional. We had all wiring work (first and second fix) done for a new extension, new consumer units installed and the electrical work for an air source heat pump installation. Rainbow Wholefoods renovated a reasonable sized retail shop in the city centre of Norwich in 2020 to 2021 and everything to do with electrics and lighting needed to be supplied and fitted including a disability access lift. Andy and his team at All Electrical did a wonderful job for us. The work was finished to the highest quality and the work was done tidily, efficiently and with a very positive approach to deadlines and other trades that were present. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

We urgently needed an EICR certificate for a rental property and also needed some corrective actions and improvements. Although Andy was clearly very busy in the run up to Christmas he managed to fit in the work. His work was very thorough and his advice and suggestions were helpful and sound. Prompt, professional and tidy and very reasonable. Had to have a electrical test certificate for our workplace and Andy was quick to respond to my request for a survey and quote which i received a few days later, agreed to the work which was completed quickly. We hired All Electrical to undertake a complete house rewire including a new Consumer Unit as Andy Lincoln and his crew came highly recommended through friends. Andy reviewed our property, appeared very knowledgeable, gave excellent advice on where to place sockets, switches and lights and gave us an entirely fair quote so we went ahead. Andy and his team were punctual, efficient, polite, tidy and helpful, going beyond the contracted work by doing little extra bits and pieces along the way. This was a major piece of work, involving the entire house, that was completed on time and in budget. If I was concerned about anything after the install, I called Andy and he was straight round with his kit to check it over so I can’t fault the after care. In summary, All Electrical provides an excellent service that I will be using again.

I had a really good experience with Andy and his company. Very efficient, prompt and accommodating. Was able to adapt to some very tricky requests and worked extra hours to get the jobs done. I cannot speak more highly of him and his team and would recommend this company to anyone.

Awful - Money Stealing & Dodgy! Have paid £60 (including VAT) to this company for them to complete only 2/3rds of a very easy job. Only wanted 3 hanging lights to be installed in our flat, called up and were able to book this no worries! On the actual day, we had to phone as they had obviously forgotten about us and had rushed out quickly to sort it out. When the two lads arrived they seemed nice enough and explained they had to leave early so therefore would be unable to carry out the third light - we were more than fine with this and paid the full £60 in good faith that they would return as promised to finish the job. We were told to text the installer and they'd "pop over on the way to or back from a job", so we did... No reply. Left it a few days and text again, no reply. Called the mobile listed on google.. no answer. Have since left multiple voice messages stating that we had our carpets arriving shortly and would like the final light to be done before this happened.. sill no reply. I left a final voicemail again this morning and stated that if I didn't get a call back I'd write a review... still nothing! This company are obviously dodgy and will try and get easy money for no work. I cannot believe that All Electrical and Testing would rather have a bad review and treat their customers like this, rather than just walking over the road (as we live a 10 minute walk away) and finishing the job we have PAID THEM FOR!! Disgusted does not suffice.
