Awesome product explanation by Josh in the showroom, awesome installation by Hayden the engineer and awesome after care by Maxine on the phone. Researched for a long time to work out the best system to go for. Needed to replace antique & inefficient storage heaters. Greatly pleased with my final decision & very reasonably priced. No more 'ice block' winters for me!

Once again Tassie & Son have gone over and above what they were asked to do. We had a new bathroom light to be installed - it needed assembling, the old one had to be removed and when it did there was some paint which needed touching up - which was done for us, no problem at all and no extra charge! Also there was a trip to buy the bulbs. Unbelievably friendly and efficient as always.

Tassie and son installed Ducasa radiators to replace old storage heaters in my mother’s new bungalow. Despite issues with completion date, Steve was great at getting us into the schedule at short notice. Hayden and the team were excellent, very friendly and we felt happy leaving them to it for the day. There was an issue with a piece of kit, but it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use Steve and his team again if we required further work. 😊

Very pleased with the work carried out by Eddie for Tassie & Son. Extractor fan installed into bathroom and following a little hiccup with the timing device, they returned the next day to ensure it was all working well. Clean, tidy and professional job all round. Just had 2 new electric radiators carefully positioned and fixed to walls, wired up, internet connected, programmed and left working. Good job carried out by installer (Haydn) being very easy to talk with in explaining system. Overall very pleased.

Steve Tassie attended to a very old cast iron bath, which we believe dated back to the mid 20th Century. The taps were seized on and water was running continually. He managed to locate a set of taps to fit the bath and carry out repairs to the enamel and the bath surround. Our tenant is extremely happy with the quality of the work.

Highly recommend this family firm. Most efficient and friendly people who worked with what I needed and gave advice on best solutions. Done a brilliant job on changing my old circuit board and solar panel box into a better place also completed putting in extra sockets etc. Price of the work and days that this took was very good.

Emergency work was needed at my elderly parents property to make it safe. Engineers arrived quickly and quoted for repair work and started next day. They found that the damage was not as bad as first anticipated and consequently the invoice was quite a bit less that the original quote. A very fair and trustworthy Company to use. Needed a same day service and they came up trumps. Very helpful guy on the phone advised he would sort it today. Called back after 2 hours and advised someone would be there later in the afternoon. Good as their word turned up late afternoon and again a really helpful guy. Sort the job explained everything he was doing couldn't ask for more 1st class service and company and pricing was very competitive.

Tassie & Son Ltd were brilliant throughout our engagement. I sent a brief for 11x internal and external light fittings and they replied quickly with a good value quote. They soon came to do the work and completed it all to a high professional standard. We hit an unexpected issue with a light switch that hadn't been wired properly by the builders previously (and this had not been discovered until the new lights were fitted!) but they went the extra yard and proactively resolved it for no extra charge. I engaged Tassie & Son Ltd to re-wire our house which was a big undertaking which they did professionally, within the timescale and price quoted and very efficiently. We recently changed from oil to electric heating, part of this process involved having our current electrics looked at. Tassie & Son Ltd advised us what upgrades were needed to safely carry the extra load of the heaters. They then installed a second ring main for us and installed the heaters themselves. I can't recommend Steven and Tassie & Son enough. They guided us through what was needed, completed the installation on time and Steven and Nathan were a pleasure to have in our houme. Very professional, friendly and left the house clean and tidy.

They remembered from the quote stage exactly what I wanted done. They worked efficiently with only a few questions. After changing the layout of our downstairs area, we decided that as well as needing our radiator capped and sockets moved that we would also now like additional lights/spot lights installed. Steve himself came over to see what we wanted and explained the whole process. Was shocked at how quick we was then fitted in! The work was conducted while me and my partner was at work, and other than the amazing transformation of the new lights, you couldn’t even tell tradesmen had been in!!!
