I have been extremely pleased with the service we received from Diamond Services, installing our new EV charger and testing our fuse board. From start to finish there has been great communication and they went the extra mile to to ensure they provided a comprehensive and accurate quote. We have had another EV Charger fitted and once again the service provided by Kate has been excellent. We had to change the install date a few times due to delays in the delivery of the car and it was never a problem for Kate to accommodate. Jack who installed the charger was also excellent, happily moving items to enable him to do the work, doing a very tidy install and then not leaving until everything was set up exactly as it should be and having briefed us fully on how to use it. Will happily use again without hesitation.

Diamond Services fitted LED lighting throughout our commercial premises and installed and certified a new fuse box. We had a couple of companies quote for the job and not only were Diamond services very competitively priced, but due to their highly trained staff they were able to complete electrical work that others couldn’t. Nice polite & understanding staff originally dealt with my needs & explained the reasons for taking payment before carrying out work. Electrician turned up on the day set & carried out work. Was informed that he was pleasant & professional, leaving the area clean .

They made the process of installing a Tesla wall charger extremely easy. From the first phone call to the installation date, everything went smoothly and Diamond Services were very professional. The installer was on time, friendly and did a really clean install - he also took the time to show me how the charger works and helped me pair the charger to the Tesla app. Finally, they were very reasonable on the price compared to other quotes I had from Tesla recommended installers. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Diamond services have been superb to deal with, our electric car charger broke, they came out the same day, dealt with the manufacturer, ordered the new part and installed it the day after it was in stock then double checked everything was ok afterwards. great service.

We needed a car charger for our new hybrid car. I really struggled to get anyone local to return my calls until I found Diamond. Amy was very helpful and we arranged a site survey on the first call. The quote was very competitive and based on the service we had received we were more than happy to place an order. She also advised us about the Government Grant, although I had already researched and applied for this so again, very efficient. The installation went ahead on the day agreed, electrician arrived punctually and was very polite and efficient. Needed home charger for new EV Diamond were recommended to us and were competitively priced with various different charger products available. They were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and efficient. They came out for a site visit prior to booking/ordering with them due to us wanting to check possible locations of charger and having to accommodate solar panels. I needed a car charger for my new EV (coming soon!!) I got some quotes from local businesses and Diamond came out competitively priced, but they were also the most responsive, friendly and efficient. One call with Amy and the install was booked in. Jack arrived on the day of the install bang on time. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and cracked on with the install, which went perfectly. He even waited for my landlord to go and pick up some particular trunking he wanted used, which he then installed. Nothing was too much trouble. Really good response from Diamond services. I contacted them for a quote for an EV charger (Zappi) installation. They quickly called for an initial chat, to understand what I wanted & after requested a few photo’s of where I wanted the charger installed, consumer unit details etc. quote was received in good time. They answered a couple of extra questions via email for me & as their quote was slightly cheaper than others I had received, I asked them to proceed. A suitable installation date was soon agreed & pleasantly surprised it was only a couple of weeks later. Install was completed in about 2.5 hours. All workmanship looks good. Very pleased with the service I’ve received.

Installed a Zappi EV charger at short notice. (Before Gov grant ends March 2022!) Straightforward process, decent price quoted and the installer listened to my concerns and got it exactly where required. Not rushed, pleasant chap and cleared up after himself. Would highly recommend.

I can highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. It was easy to submit photos online and get a quote for works to be done. They were able to offer an appointment within 10 days, communication was excellent, work was carried out quickly and tidily. Many thanks.

Diamond were recommended to me by the Kia dealer that I bought my car from, having had a previous customer use them and get a very quick and good quality installation. The dealer recommended them despite Kia having negotiated special prices with pod point and BP pulse, but as I wanted a Zappi neither of those were suitable installers. I had a Zappi v2 installed 3 weeks after first contact and Diamond could probably have installed sooner than that, but I asked for it to be done on a day that I had already booked off work. There was minimal disruption during the installation (the power had to go off briefly) and the site was left clean and tidy.

After contacting Diamond Services they promptly sorted what I needed,quickly booked a date for the following week,arrived promptly and fitted my EV Charger, dosing a neat and tidy job. Highly reccomended

We phoned up as we were worried about our light switch and alarm system wiring. They sent out Jack the next day for a free look at the issue. He came adhering to full COVID guidelines I.e mask and social distanced etc... He quickly tested the issue we had and identified the issue quickly. Martin and his team have worked on several different installation projects within our workshop at Fox Joinery in recent years and have always been a pleasure to have around, getting the job done without holding up our own production.

Fantastic service with fast quote and after two days of work had new control box fitted in garage new wiring for kitchen lights. New wiring, switches and controls for outside flood light & garden lights. And 32amp feed for new jacuzzi and separate jacuzzi lighting. We also ordered new spectacular lights for our staircase from their shop in Taverham, Norfolk lighting. All in all a great service a great deal.
