Very helpful, lots of good advice. Harry arrived on time, sorted all our lights, added plugs where we wanted them and installed a bathroom heater. Everything left tidy. Very professional service- highly recommended

Luke and team were truely amazing. They installed a whole a new consumer unit (fuse board) and some additional sockets. Always proffesional and always with great ideas on how to get things done. They also came quickly when there was an issue during some construction work at the house. Absolutely reccomend.

Fantastic service, completed the work in a short time, cleaned up the work areas an all round great service I'd highly recommend anyone use Norwich Electrician for their needs.

Luke has done a few bits of work on our house over the years. Most recently replacing a floodlight. His work has always been to a high standard, he is professional and responsive. Highly recommended!

Luke was very helpful from start to finish when fitting our Hypervolt EV charger. It was a quick turnaround to install (compared to other companies) and was very responsive to all our queries pre and post installation. Thank you Luke for all your help!

Spot on from start to finish! Punctual and thorough, went above and beyond extremely happy 😊

Excellent. Luke installed my EV charger. Competitive quote with no hidden extras. Arrived exactly when agreed and got the job done with no fuss. Lovely neat and tidy job and the EV charger looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Fast response, professional service plus a careful and neat installation - all round excellent, thanks!

Luke came and did three electrical jobs for me yesterday, 11 March. All done very efficiently. Excellent communication with Luke over WhatsApp and he gave good advice. The price he charged was very fair. I thoroughly recommend him.

Luke was brilliant. Very prompt helpful and efficient with the whole service

Excellent service, quick efficient, friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Reliable. Excellent work.

Excellent work by Luke, sorted the issue quickly and reasonable price, would recommend.

The servivce was very efficient, customer focussed and responsive. The price was reasonable and they even fixed a lamp that belonged to my late husband which meant a lot to us. Great service will use again.

Very pleased with outcome. They are very professional and efficient.

Efficient, quick and friendly

Fantastic job by Luke and Tate whose attention to detail was fantastic. Everywhere they worked they ensured it was clean and tidy

Would highly recommend luke and his team. He even had to deal with a cluttered garage and made it work. Great communication and hugely efficient work

Very efficient and speedy good with paperwork

Luke installed our EV charger in 2023. This was a non-standard install and required cabling under the path with the charger being installed on a substantial post with accompanying safety barrier around the charger. Luke arranged all the necessary ground works. Through the whole process, Luke was very professional and kept us informed. The charger has been in place now for over 18 months and we have not had any problems. This week I needed a replacement safety certificate and Luke responded with 30 minutes and emailed me one over. I highly recommend Luke to anyone who is considering an EV charger installation.

Clean and efficient service.

Luke and his colleague Tate were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional throughout: I received a text message letting me know they were 13 minutes away, and they arrived exactly when promised. The installation of my EV charger was smooth, tidy, and efficient, and both Luke and Tate were polite, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. What really stood out to me was the care taken from the very beginning. Luke offered a paid initial visit to walk through the process with me, answer all my questions, and ensure I could make an informed decision — with no pressure or hard sell, just thoughtful, knowledgeable advice. On the day of installation, everything was completed with great attention to detail, and the area was left spotless afterwards. I also really appreciated the demonstration of how to use the charger once installed. Highly recommend this company — a truly professional and reassuring experience.

Excellent communication before and after the job. Polite and considerate while on site. What more could you want?

Great service

Luke at Norwich Electricians has been exceptional from the moment I messaged the company. I wanted a specific type of installation, to be as discreet as possible. Luke’s knowledge and recommendations got me exactly what I wanted. Even go as far as getting colour samples delivered to my house. The actual instal was done exactly how I wanted and I was given clear instructions on how everything worked. Clear communication though-out, as well as follow up messages to check everything is working as it should be. 5* installer, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely 1st class.

Very efficient and quick.

Communication and services was great. Will definitely recommend

Very polite and professional team

Great service from Luke. After an initial delay due entirely to a third party supplier delivering the wrong consumer unit Luke rescheduled the installation as soon as the correct part had been delivered. Luke ensured the job was completed as soon as possible. Many thanks.

A very seamless process from first contact to a very professional installation of my EV charger. I have also received all relevant paperwork and certification the following day. I can highly recommend Luke who was very responsive to my questions.

Luke is an extremely competent electrician who takes pride in his work. Having installed for us at various times, he offers consistency and consultancy showing a deeper understanding of EV charging than simply the physical installation itself. Whilst it's safe to say we have to book his services a reasonable time in advance, I believe this is a reflection of his capabilities and a small price to pay for the service provided. Highly recommended and definitely not your average electrician/engineer.

Really good service, quick efficient and good quality work

Arrived promptly. Very good job completed, although the light was not quite centred over house number. For such a quick job, I felt it was a little overpriced but all working well and happy with the result.

What an amazing service! Called Luke in the afternoon and he came to resolved our fault the same day. Thank you so much and I can’t recommend his services highly enough

Called based on reviews as all the sockets in the house went. Luke and his apprentice were efficient, helpful and fixed the problem! Would recommend

Luke was brilliant - really helpful in making decisions and got the work done quickly and very tidily. We're really grateful and would highly recommend.

It's a real pleasure to deal with this firm: they are knowledgeable, professional, thorough and leave the site clean and tidy. I expect you could find people to do the job a bit more cheaply, but I doubt you'd get it done as well. Communication with them is easy, prompt and clear. They are also just thoroughly nice people. I recommend without hesitation. Their website presentation is also hilarious and worth a read in its own right.

Very pleased with the service provided by Luke. The survey was detailed and the explanation of the work that would be carried out was detailed and comprehensive. The installation was extremely tidy and we are very happy with the end result.

He makes it look so simple because he has the knowhow to think through what is required . He explained how to use the equipment in a clear way. He is tidy and efficient. Full marks from me.

Luke has been brilliant. The initial appointment to survey the property and make recommendations on the way forward was really helpful and meant we could make a decision with all the info I needed. Once we decided to go ahead the work and service were perfect. I highly recommend Luke to anyone considering an EV charger installation with a challenging location/cabling route.

Luke managed to come a day early for the electrical survey and did all the work the same day due to a cancellation. We’re pleased with all the work and safety checks he carried out and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others.

Fantastic experience with Luke of LJM Electrical of Norwich. My emergency call was responded to within hours on the day of the call and the problem identified getting us back up and running. The price for the call out was extremely reasonable bearing in mind that it was same day attendance. Further works had to be scheduled in which were quoted for on the same day and scheduled in for the following week. Excellent communication throughout, worked very tidily and all legal paperwork provided at the completion of the works. Would definitely highly recommend this company

Seriously impressed. We first heard about Luke from a card through the door - which is enterprising in itself. Excellent communication (including via WhatsApp), good work on the replacement kitchen light (not that complicated), fair price, excellent knowledge on additional queries.I can see us using Luke for years to come. The above led to quite a batch of follow up work: a bathroom heater, various old plugs and sockets replaced, a new circuit board, a bathroom vent. All very good work; we like Luke's company: very happy to keep the five star rating.

I highly recommend Luke for his friendliness, communication and professionalism.

Couldn’t have been more helpful. Arrived quickly explained everything and very reasonably priced will definitely use again if needed. Thank you.

It wasn’t a straightforward installation needed, due to our room in the roof and the cable also had to be drilled through a solid timber beam to feed into our loft space, but Luke done a fantastic, neat and tidy job. Very pleased with the EV charger.

From start to finish, Luke did an incredible job. We got in contact with Luke as we wanted an EV charger installed after relying to much on public charging for too long (costing a small fortune). We were previously told by a large corporation that we would not be able to have an charger installed, however, I didn't want to give up hope and reached out to Luke as I wanted a local companies opinion. From the get go Luke was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Luke reassured us that he was able to get a charger installed. From contacting Luke to having the charger installed was around 2 and a half weeks. Whilst our installation wasn't the easiest Luke recommended and liaised with builders to come in and assist. Luke was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job! Thanks Luke.
