Matthew and his team managed to fit us in for an emergency diagnostic in just an hour after contacting him. While our issue could not be fixed (as it was external to the house and to do with the power grid), he did give us advice and direct us on who to contact and our next steps. Highly recommend and will use again for any electrical needs!
Matt and his team installed a new consumer unit and resolved an issue we had following a kitchen fit. Matt was quick to respond and the work was completed within two weeks from the initial visit. Matt and his team did a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending MJB Electrical Services.
Matt came round when we called about an electrical fault. He explained everything clearly and was very genuine and honest about costs and the safety aspect. We trusted him completely and he fixed the immediate fault there and then. Within days we have a new fuse box and we are thrilled. MJB Electrical Services were booked by the builder fitting my kitchen to do the electrics. Matt found a problem with the existing fuse board which means my house needs re-wiring, he showed me the problem and explained it to me properly and told me what needed doing. His team re-wired the kitchen to get my building work completed and they are coming back to rewire the rest of the house. His team were really great and very happy to book them again to get my electrics sorted safely. All work carried out was to a high standard. Have recommended them to a friend following their work for me so far and would recommend them to anyone needing a decent electrician.

We had MJB complete a full rewire on a property we were moving into, the work was completed ahead of schedule. The work was completed with as little damage caused to where it was required to channel into walls and under floorboards. We decided to go with down lights in all rooms of the house and MJB helped us find the perfect balance. The kitchen we had fitted was unexpected in the plan and as a result MJB had to be very flexible and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall the finish on all works carried out is excellent and cannot recommend highly enough.
My electric meter had power, but my electricity had been off for 6 hours! Messaged matt and he got someone out within 10 mins at 9:30pm! And wollah, my electric is back on! I could not be so grateful! My house was freezing, I have a young boy, no lights or hot water, tropical fish were getting cold, the young lad who came was a gem! I could not recommend enough, after British Gas really didn’t have a clue. Top quality service and quick response! Thank you so very much! Would 100% recommend these guys! Again thank you so much!
