Willox Electrical Ltd

I can’t recommend this electrician highly enough. I called late in the evening after losing power, and the electrician arrived within just 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the fault, explained everything clearly, and had the power restored in no time. He was friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout what was a stressful situation. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering it was an emergency call-out. Excellent service from start to finish—I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing an emergency electrician.

Great service. Girts is extremely friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job installing our bedroom plugs and we will be using his services again! Thank you!

On a very hot day Girts and his team fitted our car charger to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble and the result was terrific.. We recommend him and the business unreservedly.

Fantastic service from Girts at Willox Electrical. Kept us informed the whole time, work and installation was impeccable and all documents relating to installation arrived the same evening. I have never seen such care and attention during installation of the EV charger. Why can’t every tradesperson take this much care of a property? EV charger appears to be working fine so thank you. I am so pleased to have found this expert.

Girts installed a new Hypervolt EV charging system and did an amazing job. He was incredibly professional and completed the work very neatly. We will continue to use his electrical services moving forward as he’s such a friendly and hard working guy. Thank you.

Girts did a great installation of a Hypervolt car charger, everything was clear from the start and any alterations were well explained.

"I recently contacted Willox Electrical to replace my consumer unit and install an EV charging station, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, the communication was excellent; they were incredibly responsive over both phone and email, which made the planning process seamless. The work was completed in a very timely manner and to a high standard. Most importantly, the initial quote was 100% accurate with no hidden costs or surprises at the end. Girts was polite, professional, and offered very fair pricing. I highly recommend them for any domestic electrical needs!"

I used Girts to replace a non working shaver and light unit with a HIB illuminted mirror and built in socket in my bathroom. After contacting him he came back very quickly and following a few questions booked me in with a date and time to do this. Really pleased with Girts work. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. Looking for a friendly and reliable electrician then Grts from Willox Electrical is the one to call! I needed a new Consumer Unit, lights replaced, and an ev charge point installing and Grts from Willox Electrical did all the work. It took the whole day and what a marvellous job was done. Everything was done so neatly and tidily, and cleaned up afterwards. Grts also went through how to use the Hypervolt charger, which was so helpful, and it's so easy to use too. Brilliant way to end the day!

Willox Electrical have just rationalised the electrics in my mothers flat. Replaced outdated consumer units with something that is fit for purpose. Girts quote was detailed; competitive and he was able to fit the work in with the time I had available. There was no mess and no fuss. He was fully open and upfront as when the lid came off we found a gotcha - but he dealt with it very professionally. Girts is a very dedicated and professional electrician - He gets a glowing recommendation here.

Installed a Hive EV charger, fantastic service, excellent work quality and good communication throughout.

Fantastic service! Used Willox electrical on two occasions and they have been amazing. Highly recommended.

An excellent job from Girts from start to finish. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Girts of Willox Electrical Ltd has just completed an EV charger installation at my home. His professionalism, great communications, and friendly approach made the whole process a great experience. His workmanship is top class, keeping me well informed during the installation, and leaving his work areas spotless on completion. I will not hesitate to use Girts in the future and have already referred him to a friend.

Girts fitted an Ohme EV charger at my home. He is very efficient, well priced and sent all the correct documentation afterwards. It was not a simple installation, with a long cable run, but he did a very neat job and cleared up properly after finishing. I am very pleased with his work, highly recommended.

Willow Electrical Ltd, have just fitted a 12 way consumer unit inside my house which replaced a untidy and outdated smaller consumer unit and various circuit breakers which were located in the outside meter cabinet. Girts quote was detailed and competitive, his work was neat and tidy. He also kept me fully informed on what he was doing, including discussions on the best route for running new earth bonding wiring to my new water and gas meters on the otherside of the house from the meter cabinet. Whilst Girts was here, I mentioned I was having an EV charger fitted by a leading utilities provider. As Girts also fits EV chargers he quoted to install my chosen charger for me. In doing so he saved me £285 of the price charged by the utilities company. I am very pleased with the two installations Girts has done for me.

Girts recently installed a new 12way consumer unit and EV Charger at my home. The work was first class with very neat wiring and installation, backed up with good advice, in addition the safety certification was sent later that day. I would not hesitate in recommending Girts for his friendly professional nature and competitive pricing. 10/10 Thanks Girts for a great job and will use you again for future work.

Recently had a new consumer unit and EV charger installed. Girts did a fantastic job, reasonably priced and upon completion of the job informed us he’d used less cable than quoted, so took it off the invoice. Excellent & Honest service, executed in a timely manner. What’s not to love?! Will certainly be using him for any electrical work required in the future!

Girts responded to my posting on Check-a-Trade. He was the first to respond (on a Sunday) and his verbal quote seemed reasonable. This was shortly followed by a professional quote by email. We agreed a day and time, he fitted an outdoor waterproof socket as requested, left the place tidy. He now has 25 five star reviews. That's no surprise to his customers. 😊

Girts was professional and a pleasure to work with. His work was impeccable and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use Willox’s services again.

Great installation of my EV point. Girts explained various options and potential costs. He arrived on time as agreed and completed a thoroughly fantastic job. Very neat work and tidies up afterwards. I've had him back to fit some lights and again he was very meticulous, and at a reasonable price too. Besides that he's a really nice guy too. Highly recommended.

I got in touch with Willox Ltd through check-a- trade to move a Hive thermostat from the bedroom to the kitchen. He got in touch very quickly and arranged a time to complete a quote. The quote provided was very reasonable and he said he could do it the following week! He arrived on time and text beforehand with an ETA. The work was completed to a very high standard and all cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely rebook Girts for future jobs and would recommend to others.
